Thank you for purchasing EasyIO products.
This user guide will help you to configure Q9 tablet in a fast and efficient manner.
Always use caution when using the tablet because you need the Date and Time updated.
If the Date and Time are not updated you can’t update any application and also you can’t use Wi-Fi.

Installation/Overview

Ethernet
To connect the tablet to some device by Ethernet you need to configure the Ethernet network.
•Set to Use Static IP.
•Set the IP Address of your Q9 tablet.
•Set the Gateway as the IP Address of your device (Jace or FG32).
•Set the Netmask of your network (normally 255.255.255.0).
•About DNS you need to fill it because without DNS the Ethernet will not work.
So use the Goolge DNS in the case of being connected to the internet.

Hide the status bar and enable installation of non-Market
apps
Open Settings of your tablet and follow these instructions.
Hide the status bar of android to enjoy all the space and to hide the android buttons.
To install apk files you need to enable Unknown sources.

Auto Web
This app was made to keep the web page opened and not exit easily.
You can use this Auto Web app as your browser, it will open on boot and even you click on home
button it still on app so it’s not so easy to exit.
To configure this app you just need to set the IP of your device in the first time.
The problem of this app is the resize of the pages because it doesn’t zoom out to the full size.
So take care with the size of your pages and remember the resolution is 800x480.
