1. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please read this product manual prior to
operating your equipment.
In the interests of Health and Safety we
recommend that this product is only
installed, maintained and repaired by
qualied refrigeration personnel.
2. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

3. TRANSPORTATION
Never transport this unit any way except in
its standard upright position.
Never tilt the product to an angle of more
than 45o from the regular, horizontal
position.
Always allow the product to rest for at
least 1 hour after transportation before
switching it on.
4. PLACEMENT
For maximum performance this product
should be placed in a well ventilated area
away from direct sunlight, sources of heat
and forced air.
Please allow at least 50mm between the
rear of the product and any walls.
Always place the product on a strong, level
oor to eliminate unwanted noise and
vibration.
WARNING - FAILURE TO MAINTAIN MAY INVALIDATE WARRANTY
This item must be maintained regularly to the standards set out in this operations manual. Failure
to do so may result in the warranty becoming null and void.
If this equipment has been subject to misuse, abuse or damage through careless operation the
warranty shall be invalid.

Pre-Operation
Please completely remove this unit from all packaging materials. Be aware that it may contain
packaging internally to stop the movement of shelves or baskets.
Run the equipment for at least 2 hours prior to loading with any product.
Always place product into refrigeration equipment in small batches. If you attempt to ll the fridge/
freezer completely with un-chilled product it may places undue stress on the refrigeration system.
Always neatly place items into the equipment ensuring for adequate air circulation.
Always place items gently into the equipment, never throw item as this may damage the insulated
wall panels.
Adjusting the Temperature
You can adjust the temperature of the equipment using the digital controller located at the bottom of
the unit.
Energy Saving
To save energy and improve the eciency of your equipment please do not open the door any more
than is required. When the door is open please ensure that this time is kept to a minimum. Switch
light o when unit is not in use.
If you can hear the refrigeration system is running please take extra care not to keep the door open
any longer than is necessary as this may place undue stress on the system.

1.1. Cleaning
A regular and thorough cleaning regime is essential for
the efcient and hygienic operation of your bottle cooler.
Before undertaking any cleaning operation, ALWAYS
turn the case off and if possible, disconnect it from the
mains power supply.
Avoid water splashing onto the case’s electrical
elements. If water splashing occurs, make sure that
all electrical components are thoroughly dry before
reconnecting to the power supply. Never use abrasive
or caustic cleaning agents.
1.2. Exterior/Internal surfaces
Painted or metal surfaces should be cleaned with a
cloth soaked in warm soapy water. Surfaces should be
dried with soft cloth. Shelves should be removed for
cleaning as above.
1.3. Glass & Mirror
Glass and mirrored surfaces should be cleaned with a
suitable glass cleaner. Glass and mirrored surfaces may
be wiped with a soft dry cloth.
1.4. Evaporator Fans
Ensure fans are NOT running when cleaning the fan
blade.
Clean around evaporator fans
1.5. Air cooled Condenser and Cooling Fins
Carefully vacuum dust and airbourne debris from the
condenser unit and cooling ns located at the rear of
the unit. Exercise care not to damage ns.
Beware of the sharp ns and take care when cleaning
this area.
1.6. Condensate Tray
The self-evaporating water tray which collects defrost
water should be cleaned regularly.
Spilled milk and other dairy products collecting in
the condensate tray may lead to odor and should be
cleaned immediately.
1.7. Water Outlets
Outlets for waste water should be cleaned regularly to
ensure continuous ow of waste water.
Maintenance
The condensor coil located at the rear of the unit
should be kept clean and clear for maximum
ecency.
When loading the cabinet:
• ensure you do not block the air duct located at
the back of the unit and the fan on the roof panel
• blocking the airow from these will cause a
decrease in performance
• for maximum performance maintain at least
50mm of clearance between the contents and the
air duct
Shelves can be adjusted to suit your needs. Always
ensure that they are secure before loading with
products.
The temperature controller is located at the bottom
of the unit and is set to ‘4 °C’ as default.
Do not leave the door open for prolonged periods of
time. For maximum eciency close door immediately
after use.

Electrical
This equipment works on the standard voltage and frequency for the UK 220-240V/50Hz.
Always ensure that the unit is grounded before use. Connect this to a safe grounded point, not a water or
gas pipe.
To protect the compressor never restart the equipment within 5 minutes of a power cut.
Only use a dedicated wall socket for this equipment, do not use extension leads or multi-plug adaptors.
If the electrical cable becomes damaged please contact a qualied electrician or refrigeration engineer –
never attempt to x it yourself. NEVER OPERATE THIS PRODUCT WITH A DAMAGED POWER CABLE.
Always disconnect the equipment from the mains supply prior to cleaning.
Gas
This unit features a fully sealed refrigeration system, however in the unlikely event of a refrigerant leak
unplug the unit, do not operate and please call a qualied refrigeration engineer.

This equipment is not designed for the storage of medical products.
This equipment must not be used for the storage of ammable, combustible or unstable substances such
as petrol, acid or any other explosive.

Fault Fault/Action
Bottle cooler does not run and the
light does not work
Make sure the bottle cooler is plugged in securely
Check for a blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker
Inspect the electrical cord for damage
Eliminate use of an extension cord, if one is being used
Bottle cooler does not run but the
light works
Check the temperature setting
Make sure there is sufcient ventilation at the rear, sides and top of
the bottle cooler to prevent overheating
Clean the condenser at the rear if accessible
Check the compressor is running
Bottle Cooler light does not work
Check the light switch is ON
Replace Starter
Replace the light tube/ LED tube
Bottle Cooler is not cold enough
Check the temperature setting
Make sure there is the sufcient ventilation at the rear , sides and top of the
bottle cooler to prevent overheating
Ensure bottles are not blocking the vents
Clean the condensor at the rear if accessible
Check door seals are OK
Check internal fan is running
Bottle cooler is too cold Check the temperature setting
Bottle cooler is noisy or makes a
strange sound
check that the bottle cooler is level
Check the drainage
Check the evaporator fan is running

The temperature of your bottle is controlled using the digital controller located at the bottom of the
unit. The internal temperature of the equipment can be aected by many dierent elements, such as,
room temperature and the frequency at which the door is opened.
The controller is already set at the optimum settings based on regular use and we do not recommend
that you adjust these settings as it may have an adverse eect on eciency and performance.
Using the Digital Controller
To set the temperature press the SET button, the current set temperature will now be displayed on the
screen.
Use the up and down arrows to adjust the temperature according to your requirements.
Store the new temperature by pressing the SET button once more.
WARNING – the digital controller is set automatically from the factory to the optimum setting for
eciency and
performance, by adjusting this you may reduce both of these and possibly cause damage to the
refrigeration system which will NOT be covered by warranty. Temperatures should only be adjusted by
an experienced and qualied person.
Adjusting the shelves
This chiller has the facility to adjust the shelves to suit your needs. To do so, follow these instructions.
Lift and remove the shelf to expose the support clips
The support clips can be removed by pressing them together and lifting upwards.
Replace the clips at the level you require, taking care to ensure that all are level before replacing the
shelf.
Internal Light
The internal light can be switched on and o using the power switch on the front control panel of the
equipment. Switching o improves performance and eciency.
Defrosting
The Platinum features automatic defrosting and requires no user input to function.

1. Warranties and Liabilities
1. The Seller will have no liability to the Buyer for damage in transit,
shortage of delivery of loss of Goods unless the Buyer gives written
notice to the Seller of such damage, shortage of loss with reasonable
particulars thereof within three days of receipt of the Goods or (in
the case of total loss) of receipt of the invoice or other notications
of despatch. The Seller’s liability (if any) will be limited to replacing
or (in its discretion) repairing such Goods and it shall be a condition
precedent to any such liability that the Buyer will if so requested,
provide authority for the Seller’s employees or agents to inspect any
damaged Goods within fourteen days of such request. The Seller will
not be liable for any damage to or loss of Goods occurring after risk
in the Goods has passed to the Buyer. Furthermore, the Seller will
have no liability for any consequential loss arising out of any damage
in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of the Goods.
2. Subject to clause 2.3 the Seller warrants that:
• the goods shall be free from defect in materials and
workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery
to the Buyer. it will perform the Services with reasonable care
and skill and in accordance with the terms of the Contract.
2. The above warranty is given by the Seller subject to the following
conditions:
• the Seller will be under no liability in respect of any defect in
the Goods arising from any drawing, design or specication
supplied by the Buyer.
• The Seller will be under no liability in respect of any defect in
the Goods arising from fair wear and tear, accidental or wilful
damage, negligence of the Buyer or it’s employees or agents,
abnormal working conditions, or use of Goods outside their
design parameters, failure to follow the Seller’s instructions
(whether oral or in writing) or misuse.
• The Seller will be under no liability in respect of any defect
in the Goods arising from (a) improper installation service or
repair carried out by any one other than the Seller (b) any
alteration to the Goods carried out by anyone other than the
Seller or a service agent approved by the Seller
• or (c) the use of any spare part or component which has not
been manufactured or supplied by the Seller.
• the above warranty does not extend to parts, materials or
equipment not manufactured by the Seller, in respect of
which the Buyer will only be entitled to the benet of any such
warranty or guarantee as is given by the manufacturer of such
parts, materials or equipment to the Seller.
3. The Buyer will notify the Seller as soon as reasonably practicable
after becoming aware of any defect in the Goods or any deciency
in the Services and will provide authority for the Seller’s employees
or agrees to inspect the Goods and / or Services and if necessary to
remove any Goods for further testing and analysis.
4. Where any valid claim is made by the Buyer that the Goods are
defective or that the Services have not been performed with
reasonable care and skill and in accordance with the terms on the
contract then the Seller will (in the case of the Goods) at its discretion
either repair or replace the Goods (or the part in question) free of
charge and (in the case of the Services) will at its cost re-perform the
Services necessary to remedy the deciency.
5. Subject to the clause 10 the Seller will have no other or further
liability to the Buyer and whether for breach of Contract, negligence,
breach of statutory duty or otherwise in respect of any claims,
proceedings, damages, losses, costs and expenses (whether direct
or consequential and including without limitation refrigerant loss,
food loss, loss of business, loss of prot and loss of good will) made
against or incurred by the Buyer arising from or in connection with
any defect in the Goods or any failure by the Seller to perform the
Services with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with the
Contract.
6. The Seller’s liability for any direct loss or damage sustained by the
Buyer as a result of any error in any weight, dimension, capacity
performance or any other description or information which has
formed a representation or is part of the Contract will not exceed
the price of the Goods and / or the Services in respect of which
description or information is incorrect.
7. Except for the terms applied in Section 1 2 of the Sale of Goods Act
1979 or Section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, all
conditions warranties and other terms express or implied, statuary
or otherwise are expressly excluded except in so far as they are
contained in these Conditions otherwise expressly agreed by the
Seller in writing.
8. Subject to clause 10 the Seller will not be liable to the Buyer in
respect of any direct or consequential loss or damage suffered by the
Buyer arising from the negligence of the Seller or wilful default of the
Seller’s employees or agents in connection with the supply of the
Goods or the design or manufacture thereof or in the performance of
the Services.
9. The terms of clause 6 and 9 will not exclude any liability of the Seller:
for the death or personal injury resulting from the negligence of the
Seller or the negligence or wilful default of the Seller’s employees or
agents: or under the Consumer Protection Act 1 987.
10. Except in respect of liability for death or personal injury resulting
from negligence the Seller will not be liable to the Buyer under any
circumstances (and whether arising from breach of Contract or the
negligence or breach of statutory duty of the Seller or its employees
or agents or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss
or damage including without limitation refrigerant loss, food loss,
loss of business or loss of prot and loss of good will surffered by the
Buyer which arises out or in connection with the supply of the Goods
or their use or resale by the Buyer or the performance of the Services
even if such loss was reasonably foreseeable or the Seller had been
advised of the possibility of the Buyer incurring the same.
11. The seller shall not be liable to the Buyer or to deem to be in breach
of the Contract by reason of any delay in performing or any failure
to perform any of the Seller’s obligations in relation to the goods or
the Services if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the
Seller’s reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of
the foregoing the following shall be regarded as causes beyond the
Seller’s reasonable control.
• Act of God, explosion, ood, tempest, re or accident;
• war or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or
requisition; acts, restrictions, regulations, bye-laws, prohibitions
or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental,
parliamentary, or local authority; import or export regulations or
embargoes; strike, lock outs or other industrial actions or trade
disputes (whether involving employees of the Seller or the third
party); difculties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts
or machinery; power failure or breakdown in machinery.
