Read, understand, and follow all of the instructions and safety precautions in this manual
and on all product labels. Failure to follow the safety precautions could result in serious
injury or death.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO BUYERS
This is a DIY product preliminary launch for early adopters. This concept has gone through
all major engineering, prototyping, limited production, testing, revisions, and approval in order
to be released to market. However, there might be multiple unknown failure scenarios during
the use of this product as mobility means the product will be used on various terrains in
which the risks are assumed by the user. That means the buyer, assembler and users must
be mechanically inclined and fully understand the product details and instructions as well
as all probable risks of using them. Customized DIY assembling of the snow track and its
accessories requires creativity and a technical mind. Failure to properly install the product
may cause serious damage to the SnowKart and/or severe injury. The buyer assumes the
liability for the safe installation and use of this product by signing the Liability Waiver. If you
have any questions or need further details, do not hesitate to contact us.
All information contained within this user manual is based on the latest product information at
the time of publication. Due to constant improvements in the design and quality of production
components, some minor discrepancies may result between the actual vehicle and the
information presented in this publication. Depictions and/or procedures in this publication are
intended for reference use only. No liability can be accepted for omissions or inaccuracies.
Any reprinting or reuse of the depictions and/or procedures contained within, whether whole
or in part, is prohibited.

2. RIDER SAFETY
2.1. OVERVIEW
Follow the instructions provided in the manual and ensure that all critical components of the
SnowKart are inspected thoroughly before installation and riding.
Riding a SnowKart requires your full attention. Do not drink alcohol or consume drugs before
or while riding. Drugs and alcohol will reduce your alertness and slow your reaction time.
SnowKarts are capable of traveling at high speeds. Use extra caution to ensure operator
safety. Make sure your SnowKart is in excellent operating condition at all times. Always
check major and vital safety components before every ride.
The ENVO Drive Systems SnowKart is designed and tested to provide safe operation when
used as directed. Failure of critical machine components may result from operation with any
modications, especially those that increase speed or power. Do not modify your SnowKart.
Loss of control may occur at higher speeds. Modication may also create a safety hazard
and lead to serious injury.
The warranty of your entire machine is terminated if any equipment has been added, or any
modications have been made to increase the speed or power of the SnowKart.
The ENVO SnowKart can be dangerous to use. The user or consumer assumes all risk of
personal injuries, damage, or failure of the bicycle or system and all other losses or damages
to themselves and others and to any property, arising out of or as a result of installing the
ENVO SnowKart.
As with all mechanical components, your SnowKart is subjected to wear and high stresses.
Different materials and components may react to wear or stress fatigue in different ways.
If the design life of a component has been exceeded, it may suddenly fail, possibly causing
injuries to the rider. Any form of crack, scratches or change of coloring in highly stressed
areas indicate the life of the component has been reached and should be replaced.
