Your Smart-Tag is designed to be most accurate when used outside.
Using your Smart-Tag in wet conditions

Turning on your Smart-Tag
Your Smart-Tag will be pre-programmed with your customer information and will turn-on
automatically with-in 50 yards of the Course. Once the Smart-Tag is on, tracking information will
automatically be relayed to the Course Gateway.
Getting Distance to the Flag Stick
Your Smart-Tag has range finding capability. To get distance to the flag stick, simply press the
button ‘ ‘ at the center of the tag and the distance to the flagstick will be displayed on the
screen in yards.
Charging your Smart-Tag
Your Smart-Tag comes equipped with a rechargeable lithium-polymer battery.
With normal use, your Smart-Tag should last about 2 months before needing a charge. Your
Smart-Tag will alert you via the customer app when tag needs to be charged.
To charge your Smart-Tag, plug the charging cable into the customer Charging Hub and the the
micro USB port at the bottom of the Smart-Tag. The screen will immediately refresh when the
charge commences. Charging completely can take up to five hours.

pressing & holding the button on the tag for 6 seconds, then pressing again.

Do not attempt to open the Smart-Tag. Substances contained in this product and/or its
battery may damage the environment and/or human health if handled and disposed of
improperly.

Do not tamper with your Smart-Tag.
Do not use abrasive cleaners to clean your Smart-Tag.
Do not place your Smart-Tag in a dishwasher, washing machine or dryer.
Do not expose your Smart-Tag to extremely high or low temperatures.
Do not leave your Smart-Tag in direct sunlight for an extended period of time.
Do not leave your Smart-Tag near open flames.
Do not dispose of your Smart-Tag in a fire. The battery could explode.
Do not attempt to disassemble your Smart-Tag. It does not contain serviceable
components.
Never allow children to play with the Smart-Tag; the small components may be a
choking hazard!
Built-in battery precautions
Do not attempt to replace your Smart-Tag battery. It is built-in and not
changeable.
Charge the battery in accordance with the instructions supplied with this guide.
Use only the charger that shipped with your product to charge the battery.
Charge your Smart-Tag using a certified powered hub or power supply
Do not attempt to force open the built-in battery.
Disposal and recycling information
The symbol on the product or its packaging signifies that this product has to be disposed
separately from ordinary household wastes at its end of life. Please kindly be aware that this is
your responsibility to dispose electronic equipment at recycling centers so as to help conserve
natural resources.
Do not dispose of the Smart-Tag with household waste.
Batteries are not to be disposed of in municipal waste stream and require
separate collection.
Disposal of the packaging and your Smart-Tag should be done in accordance with local
regulations.
