1解开包装
(1) 确认产品型号、控制线圈电压与要求的规格是否一
致。
(2) 检查是否有由于运输过程中等原因而引起的零部
件松动或破损现象。
2. 保管
避免高温多湿、有腐蚀性气体及日光直射的场所，
以原包装的状态 行保管。
3. 安装
(1) 安装于干燥、洁净、牢固的场所。
(2) 垂直安装。允许倾斜角度在 30°以内。（Fig.1）
(3) 导轨安装型可装于 35mm 安装轨上。(符合 IEC60715)
安装轨平面布置见(Fig.2)。
装、卸接触器的方法见图(Fig.3)。
4. 安装空间（Fig.4, Fig.5）
(1) 安装间隙需在 Table 1 尺寸以上。
(2) 交流接触器紧密安装时（连续通电和高频通断的产品
视同紧密安装），根据使用条件有可能因温度上升而
造成线圈寿命降低。在此种条件下使用时，推荐使
用时产品间的间距大于5mm。
5. 维修·保养
5.1 运转前的检查
(1) 确认螺钉没有松动。
(2) 确认是否有电线碎屑、垫片等嵌在产品中。
(3) 确认控制回路电压在控制线圈电压的允许变动范
围内。控制线圈电压的允许变动范围为线圈电压的
85～110％。
(4) ＡＣ操作时， 确认电压波是否无畸变，频率为
50Hz 或60Hz。
5.2 定期检查
(1) 初始检查尽早 行，运行中的点检 定期 行。
(2) 端子的紧固螺钉 定期重新紧固。
(3) 检查时，触头表面的发黑、毛刺现象不影响触头的性
能时， 不要行研磨或者涂油。

(2) Makesurethatnopartshavebeenlostordamaged.
2.Storage
Storetheunitinthepackingbox.Donotstorethepackingbox
inalocation subjecttohightemperature,high humidity,
corrosivegas, ordirectsunlight.
3.Mounting
(1) Mountinadry,cleanandstable location.
(2) Mountingonaverticalsurface.Theproductmustnotincline
morethan30゜. (Fig.1)
(3) Therail mountingtypecanbeattachedon astandard35mm
IEC60715mountingrail. See Fig.2formountingoftherail
onthepanel,see Fig.3forattachmentandremovalof
products.
4.Mountingspace（Fig.4, Fig.5）
(1) Mounttheproductsat adistanceofatleastthatshownin
theTable 1.
(2) Whenunitsmustbeinstalledveryclosely, thetemperature
mayriseinsomeconditions (i.e.thepoweriscontinuously
suppliedforalongtimeor unitsthatfrequentlydo
switchingareinstalledveryclosely),anditmayshortenthe
lifeof thecoil.Thus, wheninstallingunitsveryclosely,itis
recommendedtoinstall theunits5mmormoreapart.
5.Maintenanceandinspection
5.1Inspectionbefore operation
(1) Checkthat all screwsaretightened.
(2) Checkthat thereisnoforeignmatterintheunit,suchaswire
chips orwashers.
(3) Checkthattheoperatingcircuit voltageiswithinthe
allowable voltagefluctuationrangeofthecoil voltage.The
allowable voltagefluctuationrangeis85 to110%of thecoil
voltage.
(4) InACoperation,checkthatoperationpowersupplyis
sinusoidalwaveform (50Hzor60Hz)withoutdistortion or
cave-inetc.
5.2Periodic inspection
(1) Performinitialinspectionearly,and perform subsequent
inspectionsonaregularbasis.
(2) Checkthatall terminalsaretightenedwiththepropertorque
periodically.
(3) Darkandroughcontactscanstillfunction.Donotrefinish
orgreasethem.
