GARANTIA GUARANTEE /
Todos los productos Fabricados por Felisa están garantizados contra
defectos en los materiales y mano de obra por un periodo de un año a
partir de la fecha de embarque.
Aquellos artículos que en su totalidad o en sus partes resulten
defectuosos, serán reparados o repuestos sin cargo, según sea el caso
y se entregaran L.A.B. Nuestra planta . los motores eléctricos están
garantizados, de acuerdo a la política del fabricante.
Esta garantía dejara de surtir efecto, si se comprobase que los artículos
han sido utilizados en forma ajena para la cual fueron diseñados, de
igual forma no serán valida para cubrir los daños ocasionados durante
su transporte, o los provocados por alteraciones hechas por personas
no autorizadas por Felisa.
La responsabilidad máxima, en ningún caso sera mayor que el valor
del producto involucrado.
Felisa se reserva el derecho de hacer cambios o modificaciones en sus
productos, con el fin de mejorar operaciones.
All products manufactured by Felisa are guaranteed for one year from
date of shipment fron Felisa plant. All those products returned within one
year will be rebuild or replaced under the guarantee regardless of
reason for failure. Electric motors, are guaranteed according to the
manufacturer policies.
Exceptions may be made by Felisa on particular applications, where
experience has indicated conditions are so unusual that premature
failure can be expected. Transportations on charges, in all cases will be
at customer expense. Maximum liability is in no case to exceed the
value of the Felisa product involved.
Felisa has the right to change or modify the products in order to improve
their presentation and /or operation.

El cuidado que tenga al leer y seguir estas instrucciones determinará
el servicio satisfactorio que usted recibirá de su Mufla.
DESEMPACADO INSPECCIÓN E .
Maneje el equipo con cuidado pues golpes fuertes pueden dañarlo. Este
equipo es empacado especialmente para evitar daños durante el
transporte, es recomendable que al recibirlo se revise, encaso de
detectar golpes en la caja, desempacarlo en presencia del transportador
y asentarlo en el talón de embarque para hacer efectivo el seguro de
transporte.
INTRODUCCIÓN.
Las Muflas están disponibles en varios modelos con control FELISA
digital. Su construcción exterior es robusta ha sido diseñada en dos
módulos, quedando el módulo caliente separado del módulo de control,
asegurando así un mejor enfriamiento y duración de sus componentes
electrónicos. Todos los modelos tienen un rango de operación de 50 a
1100°C. Cuentan con un programador indicador micro controlado para
él control de la temperatura, el cual opera con un sensor termopar tipo K.
Este ha sido diseñado con elementos de alta calidad y precisión, su
electrónica es totalmente de estado sólido. Todos los modelos están
equipados con pantalla , con una resolución de 1 °C. LCD
INSTALACIÓN.
Instale su Mufla conectado en una alimentación de voltaje adecuado.
Vea la placa de especificaciones antes de conectar. El equipo puede
ser instalado sobre cualquier superficie o mesa plana, fuerte y firme;
deje al menos un espacio de 10 cm. Entre él equipo y cualquier
superficie vertical. Mantenga el área alrededor de la base libre de
cualquier material para permitir la ventilación en la parte del fondo. Para
su correcta operación es necesario que el usuario se familiarice
con los controles y las especificaciones mostradas en cada modelo.
CARGA DE LA CÁMARA .
Es muy importante no sobrecargar la cámara. La carga tiene que ser
calentada uniformemente y no debe ocupar más de 2/3 partes de la
misma para que el aire caliente pueda circular libremente.

TEMPERATURA DE OPERACIÓN .
Su mufla esta diseñada para ser operada satisfactoriamente a
temperaturas que no excedan los 1,100 °C. Si esta temperatura no
se excede la mufla le proporcionara un largo servicio. Si la
máxima temperatura es excedida, el elemento calefactor y el
termopar se deterioraran rápidamente y pueden quemarse en
poco tiempo. Para una larga vida de los elementos calefactores es
recomendable no operar la mufla por arriba de los 1,000 °C por
largos periodos de tiempo.
ELEMENTO CALEFACTOR .
Debe tenerse precaución de no dañarlos con alguna herramienta o
derramar substancias químicas en la cámara. Todos los elementos
calefactores se deben considerar perecederos y por lo tanto
reemplazables, sin embargo, un cuidado razonable extenderá
grandemente la vida de los mismos. Como el fabricante no tiene control
sobre el uso y cuidado de estos elementos, no se otorga garantía
sobre los mismos.
OPERACIÓN MUFLA .
Descripción general del sistema de control: Este control tiene
implementado un algoritmo Fuzzy para el control de la temperatura,
cuenta con una pantalla gráfica con retroiluminación así como un puerto
de comunicación serial para el envío de datos, ya sea a una
hiperterminal o una impresora térmica (opcional según el modelo).
DESCRIPCION DE BOTONES .
Cancelar: Este botón permite regresar al menú anterior y abortar un
ciclo al estar ejecutándose.
Aceptar: Permite seleccionar entre las operaciones de cada pantalla
Incremento: Incrementa el parámetro seleccionado.
Decremento: Decrementa el parámetro seleccionado.

MENUS:
El Controlador esta conformados por los siguientes menús:
1) Inicio
2) Ciclo
3) Tipo de ciclo
4) Configuración
5) Impresión / Grafico de ciclo
6) Calibración.
ENCENDIDO DEL CONTROL .
Encender el sistema de control presionando el interruptor a la posición
ENC este deberá iluminarse. Inmediatamente se imprimirá la pantalla
de inicio (1) por unos segundos, el sistema operativo evaluará el
funcionamiento de los elementos del sistema y el voltaje de línea. Al
terminar estas tareas se escuchara un beep y se imprimirá la pantalla de
revisión (2). El sistema de control requiere se conecte a una línea
aterrizada para evitar problemas de ruido en la línea.
CONFIGURACIÓN DE CICLO .
El sistema puede almacenar dos ciclos de trabajo (A) y (B).En este

CONFIGURAR UN CICLO SIMPLE .
Podemos configurar:
Temperatura de operación
Temporizador encendido o apagado
Tiempo de ciclo
Alarma de sobrepaso con rango de 5 a 30°C.
Con las teclas de incremento y decremento podemos navegar dentro
del menú (5). Para incrementar, habilitar o deshabilitar cada parámetro,
primero debe seleccionarse y pulsar la tecla Aceptar, en ese momento el
parámetro se sombreará (6) esto indica que podemos modificar su valor
con las teclas de incremento o decremento. Al tener el valor deseado
deberá presionarse la tecla Aceptar para ingresar el dato al sistema, al
seleccionar Ejecutar y presionar la tecla Aceptar el ciclo iniciará su
operación.
REPAIRS.
Like any other manufactured product, some parts of the Furnace could
be damaged after using for a long time. To replace them always use
original factory parts, a list of which is included in this instruction manual.
Always order the parts with its corresponding number. All the parts can
be ordered from any distributor or directly from Felisa.
IMPORTANT.
To carry out any maintenance work, disconnect the Furnace from its
source of energy.
Do not Spill any solution inside the camber.
Do not change the position of the temperature sensor.
Do not use your equipment without a ground connection.
Do not saturate the chamber with material.

If the Plug Cable is damaged a qualified person is needed to change it to
avoid damage.
REPLACE THE HEATING ELEMENT F E-340
1.-Remove the furnace back cover ( )9
2.-Remove the thermopar and the interior back cover ( )11
3.-Remove the rear insulator block ( ) by opening the door and pushing 15
it out gently. These will leave in sight the terminals of the heating element.
4.-Cut the terminals or disconnect. Remove the element and the base
5.-Place the element downwards, place a ruler over the bored line and
bend gently upwards to form a ninety degree angle. Bend the other side
6.-Slide the element and base through the inside of the insulator
chamber
7.-Connect the terminal and tight the nuts
8.-Reinstall the rear insulation block, the interior cover, the thermopar,
and the furnace back cover.
9.-Heat the furnace and check if the element is warming.
REPLACE THE HEATING ELEMENT FE AND FE -360 -363
1.-Remove the furnace back cover ( )9
2.-Remove the nuts from the element to be replaced.
3.-Put the terminals straight.
4.-Open the furnace door. Pull out the damaged element. It might be
easy if turn the furnace so the element stay in the upper side.
5.-Place the new element.
6.-Connect the terminals and tight the nuts.
7.-Reinstall the furnace back cover.
8.-Heat the furnace and check if the element is warming.
CONFIGURACIÓN DE UN CICLO TRIPLE .
Podemos configurar tres ciclos de operación con:
Temperatura de operación.
Tiempo de ciclo.
Alarma de sobrepaso con rango de 5 a 30°C.
Con las teclas de incremento y decremento es posible navegar dentro
del menú (7). Para incrementar, habilitar o deshabilitar cada parámetro
primero debe seleccionarse y pulsar la tecla Aceptar, en ese momento
el parámetro se sombreará (8) esto nos indica que podemos modificar
su valor, con las teclas de incremento o decremento. Al tener el valor
deseado deberá presionarse la tecla Aceptar para ingresar el dato al
sistema. al seleccionar la opción Ejecutar y presionar la tecla Aceptar el
primer ciclo iniciará su operación, al terminar este iniciara el segundo y
posteriormente el tercero. Al terminar el último ciclo programado
solamente queda energizado el control.

GRAPHIC AND PRINTING .
From the start menu press the buttons Cancel and Decrement at the
same time, you enter to the menu of graphic and printing of data In (13)
this menu are registered data from the last executed cycle. To observe
the generated graph option select Graficar and press Ok, by doing this
will show the graph on the screen We can return to the previous (14)
state by pressing Cancel.
The display shows the option D tos, this refers to the number of data a
stored in the system memory. To print the stored data, select the option
Print and press , then this data is sent to the thermal printer ( If your OK
equipment has it.
CANCELADO DE CICLO .
Para cancelar un ciclo que esta ejecutándose habrá que presionar la
tecla Aceptar, seguida de Cancelar dos veces, después de presionar
por primera vez la tecla Cancelar el sistema nos pregunta si queremos
cancelar el ciclo (9). Si se presiona nuevamente la tecla Cancelar el
ciclo queda cancelado (10), si no se presiona por segunda vez, pasados
unos segundos el sistema eliminará la orden y nos regresará al estado
anterior.
MENU DE CALIBRACIÓN .
El control fue calibrado en planta, usando patrones confiables y
certificados, sin embargo, el transporte, temperatura ambiente o
condiciones específicas de ubicación pueden afectar esta calibración.
Si se cuenta con un termómetro confiable, es posible calibrar su equipo
contra esa referencia de la siguiente manera:
Programe su equipo a la temperatura de operación más frecuente.
Coloque su termómetro en la cámara, espere a que se estabilice la
temperatura dentro de la cámara para tomar las mediciones y comparar
contra el sistema de control. Para ingresar a este menú debe regresar
al menú de ciclo (3) y presionar la tecla Cancelar e Incremento al mismo
tiempo, aparecerá la pantalla (11).
Dentro de este menú debemos seleccionar la opción Escala y presionar
la tecla Aceptar esta se sombreará y con las teclas de Incremento o
Decremento ajustamos la temperatura a la marcada en el termómetro,
presionamos la tecla Aceptar para guardar la calibración y regresamos
al menú de inicio.
Si seleccionamos la opción C. Original (12) y presionamos Aceptar el
sistema regresará a los valores de calibración establecidos en planta.

CALIBRATION MENU .
The control was calibrated in the plant using certified and reliable
instruments, however transportation, temperature or specific location
may affect this calibration. If you have a reliable temperature measurer,
you can calibrate your equipment against this reference as follows.
Program your Furnace to the required operating temperature. Place your
measurer in the thermometer holder located on top of the unit, ensuring
that the sensor is inside of the chamber. Wait for the temperature to
stabilize within the chamber (Approximately 30 minutes after reaching
the set temperature. Compare the temperature display against the
thermometer and adjust if there are difference as follow.Return to the
start menu 3 and press the Cancel and Increase buttons at the same ( )
time, the screen appear 11 Within this menu we select Escala, and ( )
press Set, with the Increment or Decrement keys adjust the temperature
in the display and press .OK
If you select the option C. Original 12 the system will return to the plant ( )
calibration values.

GRAFICAR IMPRIMIR E
Oprimiendo la tecla de cancelar y decremento al mismo tiempo, desde el
menú de inicio, se accede al menú de grafico e impresión de datos (13).
En este menú están registrados los datos del último ciclo ejecutado, ya
sea un ciclo simple o de tres etapas. Para observar el gráfico generado
se selecciona la opción Graficar y se oprime la tecla Aceptar al hacer
esto se mostrará el gráfico en pantalla (14), regresamos al estado
anterior oprimiendo la tecla Cancelar.
En la pantalla principal se despliega la bandera “Datos” esta hace
referencia al número de datos guardado en la memoria. Para imprimir
los datos almacenados, habrá que seleccionar la opción Imprimir y
presionar la tecla de Aceptar, en ese momento se enviarán los datos a la
impresora térmica, en caso que el equipo cuente con ella.
CONFIGURING TRIPLE CYCLE A ..
In this option you have the ability to configure three different cycles with.

ELEMENTO CALEFACTOR .
Elemento calefactor de Kantal en concreto refractario proporcionando
una gran resistencia contra daños por agentes externos y una alta
eficiencia en la irradiación del calor. Todos los elementos calefactores se
deben considerar como perecederos y por tanto reemplazables, sin
embargo un cuidado razonable extenderá grandemente la vida de los
mismos.
Como el fabricante no tiene control sobre el uso y cuidado de estos
elementos, no se otorga Garantía sobre los mismos. (9) (10)

REPARACIONES.
Como cualquier producto manufacturado, algunas partes de la Mufla
puedes dañarse después de usarse por un tiempo. Para reemplazarlas,
use siempre partes genuinas de fábrica. Una lista de estas partes es
proporcionada en este instructivo, todas las refacciones pueden ser
ordenadas con nuestros distribuidores o directamente a .FELISA
NOTAS IMPORTANTES .
Antes de realizar cualquier labor de mantenimiento, desconecte el
equipo de la fuente de energía.
Para preservar el buen estado de los elementos calefactores no
derrame ninguna solución dentro de la cámara.
No Cambie de posición el sensor de temperatura.
Conecte siempre el equipo a un contacto debidamente aterrizado.
Variaciones de voltaje pueden dañar los componentes electrónicos.
No saturar la cámara con material: nunca cargue a más de 2/3partes de
su capacidad.
Si el cable de alimentación es dañado, debe ser reemplazado de
inmediato por personal capacitado
COMO REMPLAZAR EL ELEMENTO CALEFACTOR FE -340
1) Retire la tapa posterior (9)
2) Retire el termopar.(11)
3) Retire la tapa interior(8)
4) Retire el aislamiento posterior(15). Esto deja al descubierto las
conexiones del elemento calefactor.
5) Corte o desconecte las terminales y retire el elemento.
6) Doble el elemento nuevo como esta el viejo.
7) Invierta el proceso y coloque el elemento.
8) Conecte y apriete firmemente las tuercas.
9) Coloque el aislante, tapa interior, termopar y tapa posterior.
10) Caliente su mufla.
COMO REMPLAZAR LOS ELEMENTOS CALEFACTORES FE -
360 Y -363FE
1) Retire la tapa posterior (9)
2) Retire las tuercas del elemento a ser reemplazado.
3) Enderece las terminales.
4) Abra la puerta de la mufla y jale el elemento para retirarlo.
5) Invierta el proceso y coloque el nuevo elemento.
6) Conecte el elemento, apriete las tuercas y corte el exceso de alambre.
7) Coloque la tapa posterior.
8) Caliente la mufla y compruebe que el elemento sustituido calienta.
CYCLE SETTINGS .
The system can store tow different cycles, cycle A, and cycle B. In the
cycle menu (3), is where we can make a selection from cycle to use, with

The care you take in reading and following this instruction will
probably determinate the satisfactory service you will receive from
your Furnace.
UNPACKING.
Carefully remove the Equipment from the shipping case. Preserve all
paper work for future reference. If damage has occurred from shipment a
claim must be filed with the carrier immediately; preserve the shipping
container for inspection by the carrier. Contact your dealer or Felisa.
INSTALLATION.
Install your Furnace using a connection of the adequate voltage. See the
label specification before connecting. The Furnace can be installed on
any surface or table sufficiently firm and strong, leaving a minimum
space of 10 cm. Between the Furnace and any other vertical surface
Keep the area around free of any material to allow ventilation in the area
of the bottom. For correct operation it is necessary that the user
becomes familiarized with all the available controls and specifications
shown in each model.
LOAD IN THE CHAMBER .
It is very important not to overload the chamber. For the right heating of
the load, it should occupy no more than 2/3 of any dimension of the
chamber. The Furnace heats up any load by radiation and will heat as
fast as it absorbs this energy. Try to center the load, the Furnace can not
be forced without risk of damage.
FURNACE OPERATION .
Control general description.
The control has implemented a Fuzzy algorithm to control the
temperature, has a graphic display and a serial communication port for
sending data to either a terminal or a thermal printer (optional depending
on each model).
BUTTONS DESCRIPTION .
Cancel: This button returns you to the previous menu and abort a
running cycle.
Set: Selects between the operations of each screen.
Above: Increases the selected parameter.
Down: Decreases the selected parameter.

. CONTROL ON
To turn the control on, press the switch to on position . Immediately
following will print the screen (1) for a few seconds, the operating system
will recognize the operation of the temperature sensor, the strength and
integrity of the line voltage. Upon completion of these tasks will hear a
beep and the review screen print (2). The control system requires to
connect to a line grounded to avoid electrical noise problems, also the
control system makes detection to line and verify that the supply voltage
is correct.
