to live life fit! please read the instructions below before use to ensure proper
operation, as well as to maintain the lifespan and accuracy of the food scale.
attention
• place the scale on a clean, hard, flat surface and make sure it is steady before use.
• the maximum capacity of the scale is 5kg or 11 pounds, which is the weight
before tare.
• use a soft tissue with alcohol or glass cleaner to clean the surface of the scale.
do not use soap or other chemicals!
• keep the scale away from water, corrosive liquid, heat and extreme coldness.
• the scale is a high precision measuring device. please handle with care to
avoid dropping or breaking.
• the scale is not suitable for professional use.
• please check the battery if the scale malfunctions or change the battery when
“LO” appears on the screen, which means the battery is out of power.
• batteries should be recycled or disposed of as per state and local guidelines.

how to use the food scale:
1. insert the lithium cell CR2032 battery into the holder on the back of the scale and
replace the cover. ensure the positive (+) pole of the battery is facing upwards.
2. place the scale steadily on a hard, flat surface. a clean table is best!
3. press the “ON/TARE” button to turn the power on. it will be ready for use
when the LCD screen shows “0g” after full display.
4. press the “UNIT” button to select the unit of measure: grams (g), pounds (lb),
ounces (oz), or milliliters (ml).
5. put the container (without food) you want to weigh on the platform of the
scale and the weight will be shown on the screen.
6. press the “ON/TARE” button to clear the weight of the container on the
platform and the screen will show “tare” and “0”. add the food into the
container and the weight of the items you are weighing will be displayed on
the screen. “EEEE” shown on the screen indicates overload.
7. continue to use the “ON/TARE” button to get the respective weight of
additional items, repeating tare as needed. when all items are removed from
the platform, the total weight will be shown on the screen.
8. press and hold the “ON/TARE” button to switch off the scale, or the scale
will automatically turn off if it has not been used for a few seconds.
