Getting started…

Check the pack and ensure that you have all of the
parts listed.
5When you are ready to start, make sure you have the
right tools to hand, plenty of space and a dry area for
assembly.

Care should be taken when drilling into walls to avoid
any hidden pipes or wires.

Always use protective gloves when assembling the
product.

Always use a ¿rm, Àat surface, and ensure that the
feet are in constant contact with the Àoor. 'istribute
loads evenly starting from the bottom.
5CAUTION: Always ensure the product is securely
installed before use.

Keep out of reach of children. This product must
undergo periodic checks. If in any doubt about the
reliability of this product, please do not use it.
5(nsure the units are securely ¿[ed to the wall.

Care should be taken when ¿tting panels and ¿tting to
wall as the unit will be heavy.
5WARNING: to prevent the risk of tipping, this product
must be used with suitable fasteners.
5CAUTION: the screws and wall anchors are not
supplied because they depend on the type of wall the
unit will be af¿[ed to. 6eek advice from an instore
salesperson.
5Failure to follow these instructions could result in
bodily injury and damage to the product and property.
5%efore ¿lling your rack, check the load capacity for
your Àoor.
The 6 golden rules for care
Never use any solvents, scourers, bleach, acids,
strong detergents, aggressive chemical cleaners or
solvent-type cleaning solutions on the product.
Clean by wiping with a soft damp cloth. Wipe dry with
a clean cloth.
3'o not place the product near heat sources.
4'o not allow the product to come into contact with hot
objects.
5To ensure the product functions correctly, use it at a
temperature between -5°C and +40°C.

Duration and conditions of guarantee
At FORM, we devote special attention to selecting high-
quality materials and use manufacturing techniques that
enable us to create designer and durable product ranges.
That is why we offer a 20-year warranty against product
manufacturing defects.
This product is under warranty for 20 years as from the
date of purchase, for normal, non-professional household
use. The warranty shall only apply upon presentation of
the till receipt or the invoice. Keep your proof of purchase
in a safe place.
The warranty covers product breakdowns and
malfunctions under the condition that the product is
used in accordance with its intended use and subject to
installation and maintenance in accordance with good
practice and the information contained in the
user’s manual.
This product must be installed so that it may be later
removed without damaging it.
This contractual warranty does not cover defects and
damage caused by the natural wear of parts, bad weather,
Àooding, heat releases, free]ing, damage caused by
water quality (hardness, aggressiveness, corrosion,
etc.), by the presence of foreign bodies transported by
water or otherwise (sand, ¿lings, etc.) or the lack of room
ventilation, and damages that could be the consequence
of improper use, misuse, negligence, accident or
maintenance that is defective or does not comply with
good practice or the information in the user’s manual.
The following are also e[cluded from the warrantyharmful
consequences due to the use of accessories and/or non-
original equipment manufacturer or improper replacement
parts, disassembly or product modi¿cation.
The warranty is limited to those parts recognised as
defective. Under no circumstances shall it cover
fringe e[penses (travel, labour) and direct and
consequential damage.

Ne jamais utiliser de solvants, d’éponges métalliques,
d’eau de javel, d’acides, de détergents puissants,
de produits nettoyants chimiques agressifs ou de
solutions de nettoyage à base de solvants sur le
produit.
Nettoyer avec un chiffon dou[et humide. Essuyer
avec un chiffon propre.
