Main Structure & Working Principle
The machine is built consisted of the following: stainless-steel frame, washing system, rinse system and
electric control etc. It draws the water from the wash tank through the pump which also pressurizes and
circulates the water. The temperature of the water in the wash tank is always controlled at the range of
50℃ by the temperature controller. During cleaning operation with the tray in the washer, the upper
and lower washing arms will be rotated by the water pressure. The advantage of this cleaning method is
that the washing arms can clean the bowls and plates in every angles. Upon completing wash with
detergent, the rinse system will kick in within the range of 82℃ high temperature clean water sprayed
from the rinse arm. The last rinse is then used as the next washing water. The rinse detergent can
evaporate the water in the dishware without any trace.
Installation
The machine must installed by qualified installation person. That machines should be installed on solid
floor with drainage.
• Dimension: 600×600×820 mm
• Check Up: Check whether the machine is firm, fasten all bolts in the machine.
• Leveling: Leveling machine by adjusting the foot of machine, then do the calibration of
horizontal and vertical direction by level tester to make sure the machine is stationary.
Water supply & Connection
• Requirement
Water pressure: 0.25 – 0.50 Mpas
The least water flux: 20L/min
Consumption: about3L/cycle
• Connection
Before connection, use the hose which is supplied to connect to the washing pipe. Water outlet
pressure should be over 0.50MPa.
Drain water
Use supplied hose to connect to the drainage outlet.
Note: Do not recycle the water.
