Lesen Sie diese Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig durch und bewahren Sie sie zum späteren
Nachschlagen auf.
Allgemeine Gewährleistung
Anstelle der gesetzlichen Gewährleistungsfrist von 2 Jahren übernimmt HEINE für seine Geräte (ausgenommen
Verbrauchsmaterialien wie z.B. Lampen, Einmalgebrauchsartikel und Ladebatterien) eine Garantie von 5 Jahren
ab Warenauslieferung ab Werk. Unter Warenauslieferung ist zu verstehen, dass HEINE die Ware dem Spediteur,
dem Frachtführer oder einer sonst vom Kunden zur Ausführung der Versendung bestimmten Person ohne
Verladung auf das Beförderungsmittel übergeben hat.
Diese Garantie gilt für einwandfreies Arbeiten bei bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung und Beachtung der
Gebrauchsanweisung. Während der Dauer der Gewährleistung und Garantie werden auftretende Fehler und
Mängel am Gerät kostenlos beseitigt, soweit sie nachweislich auf Material-, Verarbeitungs- und/oder Konstruk-
tionsfehlern beruhen. Rügt ein Besteller während der Gewährleistung einen Sachmangel, so trägt er stets die
Beweislast dafür, dass das Produkt bereits bei Erhalt der Ware mangelhaft war. Diese gesetzliche Gewährleis-
tung und die Garantie beziehen sich nicht auf solche Schäden, die durch Abnutzung, fahrlässigen Gebrauch,
Verwendung von nicht original HEINE Teilen / Ersatzteilen (insbesondere Lampen, da diese speziell für HEINE
Instrumente nach folgenden Kriterien entwickelt wurden: Farbtemperatur, Lebensdauer, Sicherheit, optische
Qualität und Leistung), durch Eingriffe nicht von HEINE autorisierter Personen entstehen oder wenn Vorschriften
in der Gebrauchsanweisung vom Kunden nicht eingehalten werden.
Jegliche Modifikation der HEINE Geräte mit Teilen oder zusätzlich angebrachten Teilen, die nicht der HEINE
Originalspezifikation entsprechen, führt zu einer Erlöschung der Gewährleistung auf die einwandfreie Funktion
der Geräte und damit des Garantieanspruchs wegen Mängel, soweit dies auf die Veränderung oder Ergänzung
zurückzuführen ist. Weitere Ansprüche, insbesondere Ansprüche auf Ersatz von Schäden, die nicht am HEINE
Produkt selbst entstanden sind, sind ausgeschlossen.

Zweckbestimmung
1. HEINE mini 3000®Batteriegriff
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung:
Der HEINE mini 3000®Batteriegriff ist ausschließlich für den Betrieb von HEINE mini 3000®Instrumenten
bestimmt.
2. HEINE mini 3000®Ophthalmoskop
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung:
Das HEINE mini 3000®Ophthalmoskop ist ausschließlich zur Untersuchung des Auges bestimmt. Halten Sie
das Instrument bei der Untersuchung so, dass der Zeigefinger auf dem Linsenrad (1) liegt. Das Blendenrad (3)
erreichen Sie ebenfalls mit dem Zeigefinger. Im Fenster (2) sehen Sie den eingeschalteten Korrekturwert.
Minuswerte sind rot, Pluswerte schwarz.
3. HEINE mini 3000®Focalux Handleuchte
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung:
Die HEINE mini 3000®Focalux Handleuchte ist bestimmt zur Beleuchtung für allgemeine Untersuchungen der
Mundhöhle, des Rachens, der Nase, der Hautoberfläche, sowie zur Untersuchung der vorderen Augenabschnitte.
Darüber hinaus eignet sie sich auch zur indirekten Ophthalmoskopie in Verbindung mit einer Ophthalmoskopier-
lupe.
4. HEINE mini 3000®Spatelhalter
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung:
Der HEINE mini 3000®Spatelhalter ist ausschließlich zur Beleuchtung der Mundhöhle und des Rachens
bestimmt.

5. HEINE mini 3000®Otoskop
HEINE mini 3000®F.O. Otoskop
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung:
HEINE mini 3000®Otoskope sind zur Untersuchung des Gehörgangs sowie für allgemeine Beleuchtungszwecke
bei der nicht-invasiven Untersuchung bestimmt.
6. HEINE mini 3000®Cliplampe
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung:
Die HEINE mini 3000®Cliplampe ist ausschließlich für die Untersuchung der Hautoberfläche bestimmt.
Handhabung
1. HEINE mini 3000®Batteriegriff
Batteriebestückung:
• 2 Akali-Zellen (AA/LR6)
• Der HEINE mini 3000®Batteriegriff kann zur Verwendung mit dem HEINE®mini NT Ladegerät mit einer HEINE
Ladebatterie für 2,5V (mini 2Z Ladebatterie) bestückt werden.
Ladedauer:
• Die Ladestation HEINE®mini NT signalisiert über die Ladestatusanzeige (Leuchtring), wenn die Ladebatterien
voll aufgeladen sind (der Leuchtring leuchtet konstant):
• mini 2Z Ladebatterie (2,5V, NiMH) = ca. 4h (730mAh).
Instrumentenanschluss:
Innengewinde im Griffkopf (1).
Einschalten:
Schiebeschalter (2) nach unten.
Ausschalten:
Schiebeschalter nach oben. Beim Einhängen des Clips in der Brusttasche schaltet der Griff automatisch aus.
Batteriewechsel:
Schrauben Sie die Bodenkappe (3) ab und schütteln Sie die Batterien / Ladebatterie nach unten heraus. Setzen
Sie neue Batterien / Ladebatterie mit dem Pluspol zum Griffkopf ein.
2. HEINE mini 3000®Ophthalmoskop
Lampenwechsel:
Schrauben Sie das Instrument vom Griff ab und ziehen Sie die Lampe (4) heraus. Wischen Sie die Kuppe der
neuen Lampe mit einem sauberen Tuch ab. Setzen Sie die Lampe so ein, dass der Justierstift (5) in den Schlitz
passt.
3. HEINE mini 3000®Focalux Handleuchte
Handhabung:
Setzen Sie das Instrument auf einen Griff auf. Schalten Sie die Beleuchtung ein und richten Sie das aus dem
Prisma (7) austretende Licht auf eine weiße Fläche. Mit dem Schieber (1)können Sie die Fokussierung des Lichts
zwischen parallelem (Schieber unten) und konvergentem Strahlengang einstellen.
Verwendung der Lupe +3D:
Die Lupe wird auf den zylindrischen Teil (8) der Handlampe aufgesetzt. Achten Sie darauf, dass der die Lupe
tragende Ansatz (5) des Lupenrings (6) nach oben weist. Die Lupe ermöglicht bei der indirekten Ophthalmoskopie
dem presbyopen Untersucher ein bequemes Arbeiten und ergibt eine Vergrößerung des Fundusbildes. Stellen
Sie die Lupe immer in die Mitte der Handlampe.
Lampenwechsel:
Bitte beachten Sie: Die einwandfreie Funktion dieses Instruments ist nur bei Verwendung von Original
HEINE Ersatzlampen gewährleistet.
Nehmen Sie das Instrument vom Griff ab. Fassen Sie den Kragen (3) der Lampe mit den Fingernägeln von
Daumen und Zeigefinger und ziehen Sie die Lampe nach unten heraus. Setzen Sie die neue Lampe, nach
Abwischen der Kuppe an einem sauberen Tuch, so ein, dass der Justierstift (4) in die Aussparung (2) passt.

4. HEINE mini 3000®Spatelhalter
Einsetzen und Auswerfen der Spatel:
Schieben Sie einen HEINE-Einwegspatel in die Führung (3) bis zum Einrasten. Durch Druck auf den Hebel (4)
wird der Spatel ausgeworfen.
Lampenwechsel:
Schrauben Sie die Hülse (1) ab und ziehen Sie die Lampe (2) heraus. Setzen Sie eine neue Lampe ein und
schrauben Sie die Hülse fest.
5. HEINE mini 3000®Otoskop
HEINE mini 3000®F.O. Otoskop
Zum sicheren Betrieb:
Das Otoskop darf nur mit aufgesetztem Tip in den Gehörgang eingeführt werden. Die Kontaktzeit (Haut) darf
1 Minute nicht überschreiten. Bei der pneumatischen Prüfung muss der Druck vorsichtig dosiert werden.
Aufsetzen der Tips:
Die Otoskope werden nur mit aufgesetzten Dauergebrauchstips aus SANALON S (schwarz) oder AllSpec-
Einwegtips (grau) in den Gehörgang eingeführt.
Setzen Sie den Tip so auf das Otoskop, dass die Nocke im Innern des Tips in den Bajonettschlitz (1) passt.
Ziehen Sie den Tip durch leichte Rechtsdrehung fest.
Vergrößerungslupe:
Die Linse im Fenster (2) ergibt eine etwa 3-fache Vergrößerung. Zum Instrumentieren kann das Fenster nach
beiden Seiten geschwenkt werden.
Gebläseanschluss:
Das HEINE mini 3000®F.O. Otoskop hat eine Anschlussmöglichkeit für das als Zubehör lieferbare Gebläse.
Zur allgemeinen Beleuchtung:
Das Otoskop kann – mit oder ohne Tip – zur Beleuchtung z. B. der Mundhöhle oder der Haut verwendet werden.
Vermeiden Sie dabei den Kontakt mit Schleimhaut oder verletzter Haut.
Lampenwechsel:
Beim HEINE mini 3000®Otoskop schwenken Sie das Fenster (2) zur Seite und ziehen die Lampe (3) nach
hinten heraus. Schieben Sie die neue Lampe bis zum Anschlag in die Fassung.
Das HEINE mini 3000®F.O. Otoskop schrauben Sie vom Griff ab und ziehen die Lampe (3) nach unten heraus.
Schieben Sie die neue Lampe bis zum Anschlag ein.
Hygienische Aufbereitung
1. HEINE mini 3000®Batteriegriff
Der Batteriegriff kann mit einem feuchten Tuch (z.B. leicht alkalische oder pH-neutrale Reinigungsmittel)
abgewischt werden. Zur Desinfektion / desinfizierenden Reinigung der äußeren Oberflächen des Batteriegriffes
empfehlen wir die Wischdesinfektion. Dafür kommen Behandlungsmittel zum Einsatz, die für Medizinprodukte
aus Kunststoff freigegeben sind. Sprüh- und Tauchdesinfektion sowie Sterilisation sind nicht zugelassen.
2. HEINE mini 3000®Ophthalmoskop
Wischen Sie das Gehäuse mit einem weichen Tuch und Alkohol ab. Verwenden Sie ein Wattestäbchen mit
Alkohol für die Glasflächen.
3. HEINE mini 3000®Focalux Handleuchte
Wischen Sie das Gehäuse mit einem weichen Tuch und Alkohol ab. Verwenden Sie ein Wattestäbchen mit
Alkohol für die Glasflächen.
4. HEINE mini 3000®Spatelhalter
Abwischen mit Reinigungs- oder Desinfektionslösungen. Eintauchen in Flüssigkeit und Autoklavieren sind nicht
zulässig.
5. HEINE mini 3000®Otoskop
HEINE mini 3000®F.O. Otoskop
Otoskop-Hauptteil: Reinigung außen mit weichem Tuch, innen mit Wattestäbchen, ggf. mit etwas Alkohol.
Gassterilisation ist unbedenklich anwendbar. Eintauchen in Flüssigkeit ist nicht zulässig.
Dauergebrauchs-Tips aus SANALON S können mit allen handelsüblichen Mitteln gereinigt, desinfiziert oder
ausgekocht werden. Autoklavieren ist uneingeschränkt möglich.
AllSpec-Tips sind ausschließlich zum einmaligen Gebrauch bestimmt. Der Versuch der Reinigung kann zur
Beschädigung des Tipendes führen und den Patienten verletzen.

6. HEINE mini 3000®Cliplampe
Die Cliplampe kann mit einem feuchten Tuch (z. B. leicht alkalische oder pH-neutrale Reinigungsmittel) abge-
wischt werden.
Zur Desinfektion / desinfizierenden Reinigung der äußeren Oberflächen der Cliplampe empfehlen wir die
Wischdesinfektion. Dafür kommen Behandlungsmittel zum Einsatz, die für Medizinprodukte aus Kunststoff
freigegeben sind.
Sprüh- und Tauchdesinfektion sowie Sterilisation sind nicht zugelassen.
Wartung
Für das Produkt ist keine Wartung erforderlich.
Service
Das Produkt ist servicefrei.
Entsorgung
Das Produkt muss einer getrennten Sammlung von Elektro- und Elektronikgeräten zugeführt werden.
Es sind die jeweils landesspezifischen Entsorgungsregeln zu beachten.
Allgemeine Hinweise
Überprüfen Sie das Produkt vor jedem Gebrauch hinsichtlich seiner einwandfreien Funktion.
Nehmen Sie das Produkt nicht in Betrieb, wenn dieses sichtbare Schäden aufweist.

1. HEINE mini 3000®Batteriegriff
Keine Alkali-Mangan-Batterien mit Lithium Anteil verwenden, weil dadurch die Lampenlebensdauer reduziert
wird.
- Die einwandfreie Funktion dieser Instrumente ist nur bei Verwendung von Original HEINE Ersatzlampen
gewährleistet.
- Bei Reparaturen wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Fachhändler, der das Gerät an uns oder unsere zuständige
Vertretung weiterleitet.
Das Produkt darf nicht in starke Magnetfelder eingebracht und verwendet werden wie z.B. MRI.

Please read and follow these instructions for use and keep them for future reference.
General Conditions of Warranty
Instead of the statutory warranty time period of 2 years, HEINE will grant a guarantee of 5 years from the date
of the consignment of the goods ex works, concerning its equipment (excluding disposables, e.g. bulbs, single-
use articles, and rechargeable batteries). Date of consignment means that HEINE hands the goods over to the
transport carrier, freight forwarder or any other person designated by the Customer for the transport of the goods
without loading the collecting vehicle.
The guarantee covers irreproachable workmanship, on condition of the proper use of the equipment and the
observation of the operating instructions. During the warranty- and guarantee time period, errors and deficiencies
arising on the equipment will be rectified free of charge, in so far as such are evidenced by defective materials,
processing and/or constructional errors. Should buyer complain of a material deficiency during the warranty time
period, then the onus of proof is always to be on the orderer, that the product was defective already upon receipt
of the goods. The statutory warranty and the guarantee do not apply to loss or damage caused by wear and
tear, negligent use, the non-employment of original HEINE components and/or spares (in particular bulbs, as
these have been especially developed for HEINE instruments in accordance with the following criterions: colour
temperature, useful service life, safety, optical quality and performance. The statutory warranty and the guarantee
do not apply to interventions by persons not authorised by HEINE or when the operating instructions are not
observed by the customer. Any modification of a HEINE product with parts or additional parts which do not
conform to the original HEINE specification will invalidate the warranty for the correct function of the product
and further invalidate any warranty claims which result from such a change or modification. Further claims, in
particular claims for replacement of loss or damage, which are experienced otherwise than directly on the
HEINE product itself, are hereby excluded.

Intended Use
1. HEINE mini 3000®Battery Handle
The HEINE mini 3000®battery handle should only be used for operation to power HEINE mini 3000®instruments.
2. HEINE mini 3000®Ophthalmoscope
The HEINE mini 3000®ophthalmoscope is designed for examination of the eye. During examination, hold the
instrument with your index finger on the lens wheel (1).You can also operate the aperture wheel (3) in this way.
Window (2) shows the selected lens value. Minus lenses are shown red, plus lenses black.
3. HEINE mini 3000®Focalux hand lamp
The HEINE mini 3000® Focalux hand lamp is designed for illuminating the oral cavity, the throat, nose, skin
surface and for examining the anterior segment of the eye. When combined with an ophthalmoscopy lens it can
be used for indirect ophthalmoscopy.
4. HEINE mini 3000®tongue-blade holder
The HEINE mini 3000®tongue-blade holder should only be used to illuminate the oral cavity and throat.
5. HEINE mini 3000®otoscope
HEINE mini 3000®F.O. otoscope
The HEINE mini 3000®otoscopes should only be used to examine the external ear and for general non-invasive
examination.
6. HEINE mini 3000®Cliplamp
The HEINE mini 3000®Cliplamp is designed solely for the examination of the surface of the skin.

Operate
1. HEINE mini 3000®Battery Handle
Batteries:
• 2 alkali cells (AA/ LR 6)
• The HEINE mini 3000®battery handle can be charged in the HEINE®mini NT with the HEINE mini 2Z
rechargeable battery 2,5V.
Charging time:
• The mini NT indicates when the rechargeable battery is fully-charged.
The illuminated ring is lit continuously.
• mini 2Z rechargeable battery (2,5V, NiMH) = ca. 4h (730mAh)
Instrument connector:
Internal thread in handle head (1).
Switching on:
Push switch (2) down.
Switching off:
Push switch up. If the handle is put back firmly into a coat pocket the handle is automatically switched off.
Changing the batteries:
Unscrew the end-cap (3) and shake out the old batteries / rechargeable battery. Insert new batteries /
rechargeable battery with the plus contact facing the handle head.
2. HEINE mini 3000®Ophthalmoscope
Changing the bulb:
Unscrew the instrument from the handle and pull the bulb (4) downwards. Wipe the new bulb glass clean and
insert it so that the locating pin (5) fits the slit.
3. HEINE mini 3000®Focalux hand lamp
Method of operation:
Attach the instrument to a handle. Switch on the illumination and direct the light emerging from the prism (7)
onto a white surface. Using the slide (1) you can adjust the focusing of the light from parallel (slide at bottom) to
convergent rays.
Use of magnifying lens +3D:
The lens is mounted on the cylindrical part (8) of the hand lamp. Ensure that the shoulder (5) of the lens ring (6)
is pointing upward.The lens enables the presbyopic examiner to carry out examinations in comfort and produces
a magnified fundus image.Always position the lens at the center of the hand lamp.
Changing bulbs:
Please note:The performance of this instrument can only be guaranteed if genuine HEINE bulbs are used.
Remove the instrument from the handle. Grip the collar (4) of the bulb between your thumb and index finger nails
and remove the bulb by pulling it downward. Wipe the dome of the new bulb on a clean cloth and then insert it so
that the adjusting pin (4) fits into the recess (2).
4. HEINE mini 3000®tongue-blade holder
Fitting and ejecting the tongue-blade:
Push the HEINE disposable tongue-blade into the holder (3) until it clicks in. Press the trigger (4) to eject.
Changing the bulb:
Unscrew the cover (1) and pull out the bulb (2). Insert a new bulb and screw in the cover again.
5. HEINE mini 3000®Otoscope
HEINE mini 3000®F.O. Otoskop
Safety in use:
The otoscope should only be used to examine the ear when a tip is fitted. The contact time (skin) has to be limited
to max. 1 minute. Pressure should be applied with great care when doing pneumatic testing.
Attaching a tip:
The otoscope may only be inserted into the auditory canal when a disposable (grey) or reusable (black) tip is fitted.
Push the tip onto the instrument so that the internal projection engages in the slit (1).Twist to the right to lock.

Magnifying lens:
The lens (2) magnifies ca. 3x and can be swivelled aside for instrumentation.
Insufflation port:
An insufflation bulb can be fitted to the port.
General illumination:
The otoscope can be used with or without a tip for general illumination of e.g. the oral cavity or skin. Avoid contact
with sensitive or damaged skin.
Changing the bulb:
Swivel the lens (2) to one side and simply pull the bulb (3) backwards out of the head. Push in a new bulb.
With the HEINE mini 3000®F.O. otoscope, first unscrew the head from the handle and pull the bulb (3)
downwards. Push in the new bulb.
Hygienic Cleaning / Processing
1. HEINE mini 3000®Battery Handle
The handle can be cleaned with a damp cloth (e.g. alkaline or pH- neutrale detergent). For cleaning disinfection
of the outer surface we recommend the so called wipe disinfection by using detergents, which are released for
Medical Devices made out of plastic. Disinfection by spraying or immersion as well as sterilisation is not allowed.
2. HEINE mini 3000®Ophthalmoscope
The housing can be wiped clean with a cloth moistened with alcohol. Glass surfaces can be cleaned with a cotton
wool bud in the same way.
3. HEINE mini 3000®Focalux hand lamp
The instrument can be wiped with a cloth dipped in alcohol. Use a cotton wool bud with alcohol for the glass
surfaces.
4. HEINE mini 3000®tongue-blade holder
Wipe clean with cleaning or disinfectant solution. Do not soak or autoclave.
5. HEINE mini 3000®otoscope
HEINE mini 3000®F.O. otoscope
Otoscope head: Clean the outside with a soft cloth, inside with a cotton wool bud, if necessary soaked in
alcohol. Gas sterilization is permitted. Do not soak.

Au lieu du délai de garantie légale de 2 ans, HEINE accorde pour ses appareils (à l’exception du matériel de
consommation tel que les lampes, les articles à usage unique et les batteries rechargeables) une garantie de
5 ans à compter de la livraison des marchandises au départ de l’usine. Par livraison de marchandises, il convient
de comprendre le moment où HEINE remet les marchandises au transporteur, à l‘ entreprise de transport ou à
une personne désignée par le Client pour la réalisation de l‘expédition, á l‘exclusion du chargement sur le moyen
de transport. Cette garantie assure un fonctionnement irréprochable dans le cadre d’une utilisation conforme
aux prescriptions et du respect du manuel d’utilisation.Au cours de la durée de la garantie, les erreurs et défauts
survenant sur l’appareil sont éliminés gratuitement dans la mesure où il est prouvé qu’ils sont dus à des erreurs

2. Ophtalmoscope HEINE mini 3000®
Le ophtalmoscope HEINE mini 3000®est exclusivement destiné à l’examen de l’oel. Pour procéder à une
examination, tenir l’instrument de telle sorte que l’index repose sur la roue de lentilles (1). La roue de
diaphragmes (3) est également actionnée avec l’index. Dans la fenêtre de lecture (2), apparaissent les valeurs
des lentilles enclenchées. Les valeurs négatives figurent en rouge et les valeurs positives en noir.
3. Lampe HEINE mini 3000®Focalux
La lampe HEINE mini 3000®Focalux est utilisée comme dispositif d’éclairage lors de l’examen général de la
cavité buccale, de la gorge, du nez, de l’épiderme ainsi que lors de l’examen du segment antérieur de l’oeil.
En outre, elle permet également une ophtalmoscopie indirecte, en combinaison avec une loupe de copiage
ophtalmologique.
4. Porte-abaisse-langue HEINE mini 3000®
Le porte-abaisse-langue HEINE mini 3000®est exclusivement destiné à l’éclairage de la cavité buccale et de la
gorge.
5. Otoscope HEINE mini 3000®
Otoscope F.O. HEINE mini 3000®
Les otoscopes HEINE mini 3000®sont destinés à l’examen du conduit auditif ainsi que, plus généralement, à
l’éclairage de surfaces dans le cadre d’examens non invasifs.
6. HEINE mini 3000®Cliplamp
La HEINE mini 3000®Cliplamp est seulement conçu pour l’examen de la surface de la peau.

Manipulation
1. Poignée à piles HEINE mini 3000®
Alimentation :
• 2 piles Alcali (AA, LR6)
• La poignée HEINE mini 3000®peut être équipée d’une batterie rechargeable HEINE pour 2,5 V (mini 2Z) pour
utilisation avec le chargeur HEINE®mini NT.
Durée de charge :
• La station de charge HEINE®mini NT indique au moyen d’un anneau illuminé lorsque les batteries
rechargeables sont complètement rechargées (l’anneau ne clignote plus et reste constamment illuminé) :
• batterie rechargeable mini 2Z (2,5 V, NiMH) = ca. 4 h (730 mAh).
Raccord pour instrument :
Filetage interne dans la partie supérieure de la poignée (1).
Mise en marche :
Pousser l’interrupteur (2) vers le bas.
Arrêt :
Repousser l’interrupteur vers le haut. Arrêt automatique de la poignée par fixation avec le clip dans la poche
d’une blouse.
Changement de piles :
Dévisser le culot (3) et extraire les piles/batterie rechargeable en secouant la poignée. Introduire les piles neuves/
batterie rechargeable, avec le pôle positif dirigé vers la partie supérieure de la poignée.
2. Ophtalmoscope HEINE mini 3000®
Changement d’ampoule :
Dévisser l’instrument de la poignée et retirer l’ampoule (4) vers le bas. Essuyer le verre de la nouvelle ampoule
avec un chiffon propre. Insérer l’ampoule de façon à ce que la tige d’ajustage (5) rentre dans le passage prévu à
cet effet.
3. Lampe HEINE mini 3000®Focalux
Mise en service :
Placer l’instrument sur le manche. Allumer l’éclairage et diriger le rai de lumière sortant du prisme (7) sur une
surface blanche. La glissière (1) permet le réglage du foyer lumineux entre un parcours de rayons parallèle
(glissière en bas) et un parcours convergent.
Utilisation la loupe +3D :
La loupe est placée sur la partie cylindrique (8) de la torche à main. Veiller à ce que le rebord (5) de la bague
de la loupe (6) qui supporte la loupe, soit dirigé vers le haut. La loupe permet, dans le cas de l’ophtalmoscopie
indirecte, un travail aisé pour un examinateur presbyte, tout en fournissant un agrandissement de l’image du fond.
Placer toujours la loupe au milieu de la torche à main.
Remplace de l’ampoule :
Important : Le fonctionnement parfait de cet instrument n’est garanti qu’en utilisant uniquement des
ampoules HEINE.
Enlever l’instrument de sa poignée. Saisir le col (3) de l’ampoule, entre les ongles du pouce et de l’index et
extraire l’ampoule ves le bas. Mettre en place une nouvelle ampoule, après en avoir essuyé le capot, avec un
chiffon propre, de telle sorte que la tige d’ajustage (4) s’enclenche dans l’évidement (2).
4. Porte-abaisse-langue HEINE mini 3000®
Mise en place et ejection des abaisse-langue :
Introduire un abaisse-langue dans la glissière (3) jusqu’à enclenchement. L’abaisse-langue est éjecté en
appuyant sur le cliquet.
Changement d’ampoule :
Dévisser la douille de protection (1) et retirer l’ampoule (2). Placer une nouvelle ampoule et revisser fermement
la douille.
5. Otoscope HEINE mini 3000®
Otoscope F.O. HEINE mini 3000®
Consignes d’utilisation :
Ne jamais introduire l’otoscope dans le conduit auditif sans spéculum. Le temps de contact avec la peau ne doit
pas dépasser une minute. Pour les tests penumatiques, veiller à doser finement la pression.

Mise en place des spéculums :
Pour une examination du canal auditif, les otoscopes doivent être munis de spéculums réutilisables en SANALON
S (noirs) ou de spéculums à usage unique AllSpec (gris).
Mettre le spéculum sur l’otoscope de telle sorte que la came à l’intérieur du spéculum épouse la fente type
baïonette (1). Serrer le spéculum en le faisant tourner légèrement sur la droite.
Loupe pour grossissement :
La lentille dans la fenêtre d’observation (2) permet d’obtenir un grossissement d’environ 3 fois. Pour une
instrumentation, faire pivoter la loupe sur l’un des deux côtés.
Raccord de soufflerie :
L’otoscope F.O. HEINE mini 3000®possède un raccord pour, éventuellement, brancher une soufflerie. Cette
soufflerie est livrable comme accessoire.
Utilisation à des fins d’éclairage :
L’otoscope peut – avec ou sans spéculum – servir à l’éclairage de la cavité buccale ou de la peau. Eviter
cependant le contact avec les muqueuses ou les plaies.
Changement d’ampoule :
Pour l’otoscope HEINE mini 3000®, faire pivoter la fenêtre (2) sur le côté et extraire l’ampoule (3) en la tirant
vers soi. Introduire la nouvelle ampoule en la poussant jusqu’aux limites de son réceptacle.
Pour l’otoscope F.O. HEINE mini 3000®, il faut le dévisser de la poignée et retirer l’ampoule (3) vers le bas.
Ensuite, introduire la nouvelle ampoule en la poussant jusqu’aux limites de son réceptacle.
Traitement hygiénique
1. Poignée à piles HEINE mini 3000®
Essuyer la poignée à piles avec un chiffon humide (avec un agent nettoyant légèrement alcalin ou au pH neutre).
Pour la désinfection ou un nettoyage désinfectant de la surface externe de la poignée à piles, nous vous
recommandons une désinfection par essuyage. On utilisera des produits autorisés pour les produits médicaux
en plastique. Toute désinfection par pulvérisation, immersion et stérilisation est interdite.
2. Ophtalmoscope HEINE mini 3000®
Essuyer le boîtier de l’instrument avec un chiffon souple, imbibé d’alcool. Utiliser un coton-tige imbibé d’alcool
pour les surfaces en verre.
3. Lampe HEINE mini 3000®Focalux
Essuyer le boîtier de l’instrument avec un chiffon souple, imbibé d’alccol. Utiliser un coton-tige imbibé d’alcool
pour les surfaces en verre.
4. Porte-abaisse-langue HEINE mini 3000®
Essuyer avec des produits de désinfection et de nettoyage. Ne pas mettre en autoclave et ne pas immerger.
5. Otoscope HEINE mini 3000®
Otoscope F.O. HEINE mini 3000®
Tête de l’otoscope : Nettoyer l’extérieur avec un chiffon doux et l’intérieur avec un coton-tige, le cas échéant
imbibé d’un peu d’alcool. Une stérilisation au gaz est tout à fait possible. Ne pas immerger dans un liquide.
Les spéculums réutilisables en SANALON S peuvent être nettoyés avec tous les produits courants, désin-
fectés et stérilisés à l’autoclave (max. 3 bars).
Les spéculums AllSpec sont à usage unique. Ne jamais les réutiliser: tenter de les nettoyer pourrait en
détériorer l’extrémité et, de ce fait, blesser le patient.
6. HEINE mini 3000®Cliplamp
Essuyer la Cliplamp avec un chiffon humide (avec un agent nettoyant légèrement alcalin ou au pH neutre).
Pour la désinfection ou un nettoyage désinfectant de la surface externe de la Cliplamp, nous vous recommandons

Garantía general
En lugar del plazo de garantía legal de 2 años, HEINE ofrece para sus aparatos (excluidos los materiales de
desgaste tales como lámparas, artículos de un solo uso y baterías recargables) una garantía de 5 años a partir
de la entrega de fábrica de la mercancía. Por entrega se entiende que HEINE haya puesto la mercancía a
disposición del transportista, porteador o cualquier persona designada por el comprador para el envío de la
mercancía sin cargarla en el medio de transporte.
Esta garantía asegura el funcionamiento irreprochable en el marco del uso previsto del aparato y de la obser-
vancia de las instrucciones de uso. Durante el periodo de garantía se subsanarán las posibles deficiencias y
defectos del aparato de forma gratuita, siempre y cuando se demuestre que se trata de deficiencias de material,
de fabricación y/o de construcción. En caso de reclamación por defecto del producto durante el periodo de
garantía, el comprador deberá demostrar siempre que el producto ya era defectuoso al recibirlo. Esta garantía

también con el índice la rueda de diafragmas (3). En la ventanilla (2) se visualiza el valor de corrección
conectado. Los valores negativos son rojos, los valores positivos son negros.
3. Focalux HEINE mini 3000®
La lámpara manual Focalux HEINE mini 3000®se emplea como dispositivo iluminador para reconocimientos
generales de la cavidad bucal, de la laringe, nariz, superficie de la piel y también en el reconocimiento de la
parte anterior del ojo. Además está indicada en la oftalmoscopia indirecta en combinación con una lupa de
oftalmoscopia.
4. Porta-espátulas HEINE mini 3000®
El porta-espátulas mini 3000®de HEINE está destinado exclusivamente a la iluminación de la cavidad bucal y
de la faringe.
5. Otoscopio mini 3000®de HEINE

Manejo
1. Mango a pilas mini 3000®de HEINE
Número de pilas:
• 2 pilas alcali (AA/LR6)
• Para permitir la recarga con el cargador HEINE®mini NT el mango HEINE mini 3000®puede ser dotado con
una bateria recargable de 2,5 V (bateria recargable mini 2Z de HEINE).
Duración de recarga:
• El cargador HEINE®mini NT informa a través del indicador de carga (anillo luminoso) cuando la batería
recargable esté completamente cargada (el anillo luminoso queda prendido):
• HEINE®mini NT bateria recargable mini 2Z (2,5 V, NiMH) = aprox. 4 hrs. (730 mAh)
Conexión de instrumentos:
Rosca interior en el cabezal (1).
Puesta en marcha:
Interruptor deslizante (2) hacia abajo.
Desconexión:
Interruptor deslizante hacia arriba.Al colocar el clip en el bolsillo se desconecta el mango automáticamente.
Cambio de pilas:
Desenrosque la tapa de fondo (3) y saque las pilas/la batería recargable agitando el mango. Coloque nuevas
pilas/la batería recargable con el polo positivo hacia el cabezal del mango.
2. Oftalmoscopio mini 3000®de HEINE
Cambio de la lámpara
Desenrosque el instrumento del mango y saque la lámpara (4). Limpie el casquillo de la nueva lámpara con un
paño limpio. Coloque la lámpara de tal manera que el pasador de ajuste (5) encaje en la ranura.
3. Focalux HEINE mini 3000®
Manejo:
Coloque el instrumento sobre un mango. Conecte la iluminación y dirija la luz que irradia del prisma (7) hacia
una superficie blanca. Con la corredera (1) puede Vd. conectar la focalización de la luz entre rayos paralelos
(corredera hacia abajo) y convergentes.
Empleo de la lupa de +3D:
La lupa se coloca sobre la parte cilíndrica (8) de la linterna. Procure que el portalupas (5) del anillo (6) esté
mirando hacia arriba. Para la oftalmoscopia indirecta, la lupa facilita el trabajo del examinador presbiope y
aumenta el tamaño de la imagen del fondo del ojo. Coloque siempre la lupa en medio de la linterna.
Cambio de lámparas:
Atención: El funcionamiento impecable de este instrumento es garantizado utilizando lámparas
originales HEINE.
Retire el instrumento del mango. Coja el cuello (3) de la lámpara con las uñas del pulgar y del indice y saque la
lámpara hacia afuera. Coloque la nueva lámpara, una vez limpia la bombillita con un paño limpio, de tal manera
que el pivote de ajuste (4) encaje en la ranura (2).
4. Porta-espátulas HEINE mini 3000®
Colocación y expulsión de la espátula:
Introduzca la espátula desechable HEINE en la guía (3) hasta su tope. Se expulsa la espátula apretando la
palanca (4).
Cambio de la lámpara:
Desenrosque el casquillo (1) y saque la lámpara (2). Coloque una lámpara nueva y enrosque nuevamente el
casquillo.
5. Otoscopio mini 3000®de HEINE
Otoscopio mini 3000®de luz fría de HEINE
Para el funcionamiento seguro:
El otoscopio solo se debe introducir en el conducto auditivo tras ponerle un espéculo. La duración de contacto
con la piel no debe exceder un minuto. En la prueba neumática se debe dosificar la presión con cuidado.

Colocación de los espéculos:
Los otoscopios se introducen en el conducto auditivo solo con espéculos de uso permanente SANALON S
(negros) o espéculos desechables AllSpec (gris).
Coloque el espéculo sobre el otoscopio, de tal manera que el saliente del interior del espéculo se ajuste en la
apertura de bayoneta (1). Fije el espéculo con un ligero giro hacia la derecha.
Lupa de aumento:
La lente en la ventanilla (2) tiene aproximadamente tres aumentos. Para instrumentar se puede girar la ventanilla
hacia los dos lados.
Conexión para insuflador:
El otoscopio mini 3000 F.O. ofrece la posibilidad de conexión de un insuflador como accesorio.
Para la iluminación general:
Se puede utilizar el otoscopio – con o sin espéculo – p.ej. para la iluminación de la cavidad bucal o de la piel.
Evite el contacto con la mucosa o piel lesionada.
Cambio de la lámpara:
En el otoscopio mini 3000 desplace la ventanilla (2) hacia un lado y saque la lámpara (3) hacia atrás. Introduz-
ca la nueva lámpara en la fijación hasta el tope.
El otoscopio mini 3000 F.O. se separa del mango desenroscándolo y se saca la lámpara (3) hacia abajo.
Introduzca la nueva lámpara hasta el tope.
Preparación higiénica

El mango a pilas se puede limpiar con un paño húmedo (p.ej. con productos de limpieza ligeramente alcalinos
o ph-neutros). Para la desinfección/limpieza desinfectante de la superficie externa del mango a pilas recomen-
damos utilizar un paño. Se utilizarán produtos de limpieza adecuados para su uso en instrumentos médicos de
plástico. No se debe usar un pulverizador desinfectante así como sumergir en liquido o desinfectar en una máquina.

Limpie la caja con un paño suave y alcohol. Utilice un palito de algodón con alcohol para las superficies de
cristal.

Limpie la caja con un paño suave y alcohol. Utilice un palito de algodón con alcohol para las superficies de
cristal.
4. Porta-espátulas HEINE mini 3000®
Frotar con soluciones detergentes o desinfectantes. No está permitida su sumersión en soluciones ni el autoclave.

Cuerpo del Otoscopio: Limpieza por fuera con un paño suave, por dentro con palitos de algodón, en caso ne-
cesario humedecidos con alcohol. Se puede esterilizar con gas sin problema. No se debe sumergir en líquidos.
Espéculos de uso permanente de SANALON S: se pueden limpiar con todos los detergentes del mercado,
desinfectar o hervir. La esterilización en autoclave se puede efectuar sin limitaciones.
Los espéculos desechables AllSpec están limitados a un solo uso. Si se intenta limpiarlos el extremo del
espéculo puede dañarse y lesionar al paciente.
6. Lámpara clip HEINE mini 3000®
El Cliplamp se puede limpiar con un paño húmedo (p. ej. con productos de limpieza ligeramente alcalinos o
ph-neutros).
Para la desinfección/limpieza desinfectante de la superficie externa del Cliplamp recomendamos utilizar un paño.
Se utilizarán produtos de limpieza adecuados para su uso en instrumentos médicos de plástico.
No se debe usar un pulverizador desinfectante así como sumergir en liquido o desinfectar en una máquina.
