Usage Preparation
1. Installation
- Let the space between rear side of the
cabinet to the wall be at least 30 cm.
- Should not install the cabinet near any
equipment that can reject such as
microwave oven, burner, or any other
refrigerator.
- Should install the cabinet in shaded area
(not exposed to the sunlight or rain)
- Should install the cabinet in good ventilation
area.
2. Electricity
- Connect the plug of the cabinet to the
same standard electrical socket.
- Should prepare single set of socket for each
cabinet and avoid joining the socket with
other electrical equipment.
- At least 1.5 square mm. Diameter is
recommended for the electrical wire
supplying to the socket terminal.
- Prepare 15 Ampere fuse for each cabinet.
- For 220 volt Electricity System, Ensure 220
Volt ± 10% (198-242 Volt) electricity is supplied.
For 110 Volt Electricity System, Ensure 110 Volt
± 10% (99-121 volt) electricity is supplied.
3. Start Run
The cabinet should be operated about 2
hours in advance of containing the eutectic
packs.

Instruction for containing Eutectic Pack
1. Ensure that cabinet, evaporator trays, and
eutectic trays are dry before putting the
eutectic packs into the cabinet.
2. Rinse and dry eutectic packs before
containing them in the cabinet.
3. Contain Eutectic Packs in the cabinet as
recommended in the diagram for containing
eutectic packs, which will be separately
supplied according to each customer
requirement.
4. Assure that all of the eutectic trays are
located in proper position before closing the
cabinet door.
5. In order to prevent thick frost, should
quickly contain the packs within 15 minutes.
6. After containing the packs, should keep
the cabinet closed for 23-hour-continuously
assuring that the packs are completely
frozen.
Instruction for defrosting
In normal usage, weekly defrosting should
be provided Additional defrosting should be
taken in the case of more than 5mm
thickness of frost. Easily follow the steps below
for defrosting.
1. Disconnect the cabinet plug and open the
cabinet door.
2. Empty out all of the eutectic packs and the
eutectic trays.
3. Defrost inside cabinet with electrical
blower.

4. Wipe the evaporator trays and inside
cabinet with clean cloth.
5. Connect the cabinet plug for re-operation.
Maintenance
For constant cooling efficiency. Should
clean cabinet's condenser coil with electrical
blower at least once a month. Always check
and ensure that air flow through the
condenser coil is not blocked by any dirt or
other undesirable materials sticking on the
condenser coil.
Cautions
1. Avoid cleaning the cabinet with water,
especially on the electrical components.
Water does contribute damage to the
cabinet and electronics temperature
controller.
2. At any opening and closing the cabinet
door, should keep 5-minut intermission for re-
opening. Due to high amount of pressure
change rapidly inside the cabinet at the
operating temperature (-40 degree Celsius)
makes the cabinet door difficult to open
immediately. Forced opening does break the
door handle, and this type of damage is not
involved in cabinet guarantee.
3. lf you have any problem with the cabinet,
call our customer service section. Adjustment,
modification, or repair to any cabinet's
equipment by unauthorized people will
immediately terminate cabinet guarantee.

4. Do not store explosive substances such as
aerosol cans with a flammable propellant in
this appliance.
5. lf the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its service
agent or similarly qualified persons in order to
avoid a hazard.
