Before using this Gas Cabinet Heater please read this user manual, if you do not understand any of the
instructions within please do not use and consult your retailer or the manufacturer for clarication.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the product, property or cause personal injury.
This product is only suitable for well insulated spaces or occasional use with suitable ventilation.
This product is not suitable for primary heating purposes.

INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Thank you for purchasing this gas room heater, we hope this will provide years of
reliable service. This instruction manual has been carefully prepared to ensure you will be able to
easily operate and maintain the heater providing many years of safe and reliable use.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
There are 3 controls essential to safe and correct operation of the heater.
The rst is the valve on the cylinder, which will be used to turn ON and OFF the gas supply.
The second is the gas control knob with a dial which has 3 positions marked on it.
This control knob is located on the top of the heater (g1).
The third is the piezoelectric ignition button next to the gas control knob (g1)
Pressing this button will generate a spark on the pilot burner thus igniting the gas to
the pilot burner.

INSTALLATION:
1. Locate the gas cylinder into the gas heater by accessing from the rear.
2. Install the bottle retaining plate to ensure the cylinder is secure in position.
3. Connect the gas hose and gas valve to the cylinder (make sure there is no gas leak)
4. Open the gas tap before using the heater, and close the gas tap after using.
Before connecting the regulator to the gas cylinder. Check whether there is a
rubber washer on the regulator, and the washer must be in good condition.
IGNITING HEATER:
Connect the regulator to the gas cylinder by turning the hand wheel anticlockwise. Open the gas cylinder
by turning the gas cylinder valve anticlockwise.
Turn the gas control knob on the heater to setting I (g1).
Press the control knob down and hold in the pressed condition. This will allow gas to ow to the pilot and
center burner.
While holding the control knob in the pressed position push the piezoelectric ignition (g1) button 2 or
3 times. Each time you strike this piezoelectric ignition you will hear a clicking sound as well as see a spark
on the pilot burner.
Once the pilot has lit, continue holding the gas control knob in the pressed position for a further 15
seconds thus activating the ame failure safety device and ensuring the appliance remains lit.
The pilot and center burner should remain alight. You may now adjust the heater setting to
Low/Med/High as required.
TURNING OFF THE HEATER:
To turn off the heater, turn the control knob to position 1 and close the gas cylinder
valve by turning the knob on the cylinder clockwise.
Ensure that the pilot ame and the center burner are extinguished.
TESTING GAS LEAKS:
If you suspect that the heater is leaking, turn off the gas supply and have
the unit inspected by a qualied technician.
Do not attempt to locate the source of leak with a naked flame.
Locate it by sound, smell or by applying soapy water. Any bubbles forming will
indicate the whereabouts of a leak.
In the event of leakage, the appliance should be turned off at the regulator and
disconnected from the cylinder.

SAFETY TIPS:
• Do Not leave the heater unattended
• Do not move the heater while it is in use.
• Shocks and bumps may activate the safety device.
• Always face the heater towards the center of the room.
• Use the heater only in a well-ventilated room. Ventilation is vital for the efcient performance of this
heater and for safety of the occupants of the room in which it is being used. Allow plenty of fresh air in,
never seal up the doorways and windows.
• Prevent young children and elderly people from touching very hot surfaces.
• The guard only protects against accidental clothing contact. Do not place clothes or other material on the
heater. Keep all ammable materials at least one meter away from the heater.
• Turn off the gas valve and gas supply after use.
• Never use or store solvents and pressurized containers near a gas heater even if the heater is turned off.
• Never dispose of rubbish in a gas re-this can affect combustion and produce dangerous pollutants.
• Always operate the gas control and cylinder valve from the side or rear of the heater.
• Standing in front of the heater exposes you to the risk of burns.
• Do not use the this heater whilst sleeping.
• This appliance shall not be used in high rise ats, in bathrooms, basements or bedrooms.
• Never direct the heater towards equipment, furniture, curtains and any objects that may combust or
susceptible to heat
• Do not modify to use the heater with a programmer, timer or any other device that switched on the heater
on automatically.
WARNING
If you suspect that the heater is leaking, turn off the gas supply and have
the unit inspected by a qualied technician.
WARNING:
If faulty DO NOT use, remove from service and rectify issues. Read this user manual carefully. It is
important for the correct operation of this appliance and the safety of user/s. Retain this user manual and
ensure this is made available to the user. If necessary, a new copy can be made available by contacting the
manufacturer.
• Turn off the gas cylinder valve after use and disconnect the regulator from the cylinder.
• The appliance is suitable for 7kg / 15kg cylinder, when changing the gas cylinder move the appliance to a
ame-free atmosphere.
• Do not move the appliance during operation, avoid straining and twisting the gas hose. The hose should
be regularly inspected for wear, damage and noted against the expiry date/ date of manufacture and
follow current regulations - replace hose if required.
• Do not place the heater near walls, curtains or furniture while in operation.
• Always face the heater towards the center of the room when in use.
• Do not put furniture or other items in front of the heater; minimum clearance to combustibles to the rear
and sides of the heater is 1000mm.
• The safety grill on this appliance conforms to standard requirements; it does not give full protection for
young children or the inrm. The guard is to prevent risk of injury and no part of it should be removed
or altered.
• This appliance should be leakage tested before initial use and whenever the cylinder has been
reconnected after lling.
Never use a naked flame to test for leakage.

• This is a non-ue heater. Ensure the room is ventilated while the heater is in operation.
• Do not operate in a bedroom, bathroom, leisure vehicles or any room less than 84cu.m in volume. Keep
at least 105cm2 ventilation area.
• The guard on this appliance is to prevent re or injury from burns and no part of it should be permanently
removed. It does not give full protection for young children or the inrm.
• Maintenance and repairs must be carried out by a suitably qualied person or the manufacturers
representative only.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been supervision or
instructed concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children
shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance shall not be made by children without
supervision.
• Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
• Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that
it has been placed or installed in its intented normal operating position and they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children from aged 3 years to 8 years shall not plug in, connect, regulate and clean the
appliance or perform user maintenance.
CAUTION: Some parts of this appliance can become very hot and may cause burns. Particular
attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
CHANGING THE CYLINDER:
Allow the heater to cool fully before removing and replacing the cylinder.
Turn off the regulator and disconnect the regulator from cylinder, do not attempt to remove the regulator
while the heater is still running.
Replace cylinder and secure regulator in position.
Change cylinder in a well ventilated area, and away from any ignition source
(candle, cigarettes, automation gas ignition devices for example but not exhaustive):
• Recommend to use 50cm hose for connection, which should be certied according to applicable national
requirements and within any expiration date;
• Regulator should be certied according to EN16129 (rated :max. 1.5kg/h)
MAINTENANCE:
Maintenance and repairs must be carried out by a qualied person only. Your heater should be checked
annually by a qualied person for safe operation and to detect any fault.
• Maintenance and cleaning must be carried out with the gas supply turned off and the heater cold. Do Not
attempt to clean the heater while it is in use.
• Your heater should be checked annually by a qualied person for safe operation and to detect any faults.
• If any faults are detected in use, stop using the heater and contact your dealer for advice.
• Periodically clean the exterior and rear cylinder storage area of the your heater to remove dust and lint
built-up, which may affect operation of the heater.
• Light vacuuming with a soft brush will remove any dust built-up on the surfaces of the ceramic elements.
DO NOT scrape or knock these elements as they may become very fragile with use.

• DO NOT use abrasive products to clean the heater.
• The pilot light whilst in operation should burn steadily, if it ickers or is yellow tipped, the heater should
be checked for correct operation.
• If any parts need replacement, they must be replaced only with genuine original parts supplied by the
manufacturer. The use of incorrect or substitute parts may be dangerous and will void any warranty.
• Do not use a wet cloth or allow the appliance to become wet when cleaning, this may prevent the heater
working correctly.
• When the heater is not in use leave in a clean and dry area.

RECYCLING
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION: Please recycle any unwanted materials as
opposed to disposing them as general waste. It is recommended the original
packaging is retained and used to store the product when not in use for prolonged
periods of time. If this is not applicable ensure the materials are sorted and
