1Add Batteries
Open battery panel with phillip screw driver, place 4 new AA batteries
as indicated, close panel and replace screw. Lithium Ion
for best results in cold weather.
3Raise Antenna
Place antenna in upright position on main unit.
4Select Prey Call
Raise antenna on remote control and press button of desired call sound. All calls
cycle through a pattern of natural pauses.Your unit will play several seconds (30-40) and
then go silent (20-30) seconds and then play again indenitely until you select stop. This
is to eliminate the need for you to select stop and start several times per set.
5Adjust Volume
Press volume up arrow for louder or volume down arrow for quieter.
6Add Second Call
Press second desired call sound, both calls play until you select STOP.
7End Calls
Press STOP.
2Turn Power Switch On
Slide switch to the right, red LED indicator will light up if unit is on.
If it does not light up, open panel and be sure all batteries are new and in
proper position.

Lost Your Remote?
For replacement remote or for an additional remote call 419-472-3300 x113 or email
your name, shipping address and phone number for a paypal invoice to be emailed
to you. Remotes are $25 plus $6.00 shipping.
Resynchronizing Remote to Unit
Your ICOtec remote can be reprogrammed to work with your base unit if it happens to become
unresponsive or if you lose your remote and purchase a new one form ICOtec.
Simply press and hold the reset button on the left of the “ON/OFF” switch of the base with a
paperclip, then press and hold any sound button on the remote unit for three seconds.
Note: Base unit must be playing a sound when the programming unit successfully.
Trouble Shooting
Unit does not play calls - Be sure batteries are NEW and are installed properly, if you
press a call button on the remote and the green LED light blinks, you need to replace
the 23A lithium battery in the remote. Remove the screw holding on the battery door,
remove, dispose of properly and replace as indicated.
To remove remote from unit, slide toward the rear of unit. Remote is very snug
the rst time you remove it, for better results hold unit against your body
speaker facing away and pull remote toward you.
