• DonotstretchordistorttheBluetoothKeyboard.
When cleaning your Bluetooth Keyboard, use a damp cloth and
gently wipe across and in between the keys on the keyboard.

MakesurethatyourcomputerhasBluetooth
built-inorthatacompatibleBluetoothadapter
isconnected.OpenSystemPreferences(from
theApplemenu,chooseSystemPreferences),
thenchooseBluetoothfromtheViewmenu.
Turn on Bluetooth
InBluetoothpreferences,selectthe“On”
checkbox(forearlierMacOSXversions,click
theSettingstab,thenclickBluetoothPower:
On).MakesurethatyoualsoenableBluetooth
onyourdevice,too;refertoyourdevice’s
documentationforinstructions.Ifyouwantyour
Mactobediscoverable,selectthatoptionaswell.
Set up a new device
TosetupaBluetoothdevice,click“SetUp
NewDevice”(inearlierMacOSXversions,
clicktheDevicestabinBluetooth,thenclick
“SetUpNewDevice”).Followtheonscreen
instructionstosetupyourdevice.
Connecting to an Apple Computer
1. COMPUTER: OpenBluetoothDeviceson
theWindowscomputer,andthenclickAdd.
2. BLUETOOTH KEYBOARD: Press
thePairingbuttononthebottom
oftheBluetoothKeyboard.
3. COMPUTER: Selectthecheck
box,andthenclickNext.
4. COMPUTER: ClickChooseapasskey
forme,andthenclickNext.
5. BLUETOOTH KEYBOARD: Within30
seconds,typetheprovidedpasskeyandpress
ENTERkeyusingyourBluetoothkeyboard.
6. Donotusethekeyboardnumber
padtoenterthepasskey.
