JS-702 Pulse Watch with Conductive Pads
Thanks for your purchasing pulse watch with
conductive pads.It can measure your heart rate when
two fingers from one hand place on the two sensors
on the top of the watch attached to your opposite arm.
This creats a loop across your body,then can read
your heart rate,showing heart rate percentage based
on different age with three level indications.
Meanwhile, you can set the highest or lowest heart
rate limitto remind you doing exercise within the
preset training zone. Such design will efficiently
monitor your heart rate, help to improve exercise
and avoid any accident death.
NOTE: It is not recommended as medical equipment.
Please conduct your doctor for any medical
advice.

HOW TO USE THE BACKLIGHT
Press SPLIT to turn on the backlight which can
last for five seconds except in setting mode.
CALENDARO CLOCK AND ALARM
I.CLOCK (TIME display)
Two clock mode: CLOCK/CALENDAR, or
CLOCK/ALARM
Press ST./SP. to switch display in CLOCK mode.
The dynamic dial of circle round stands for the
second. Refer to Fig 2.

2.How to set clock, calendar and alarm
In CLOCK mode (Showing TIME), hold RECALL
for 2 seconds to enter into setting, press SPLIT to
change value. Press ST./SP. to proceed to next setting.
Hold SPLIT down to increase value rapidly when
doing setting. Refer to Fig 3.
3.Alarm ON/OFF
In CLOCK mode (Showing TIME), press RECALL
to turn on or turn off the alarm. When alarm is on,
it will show { and the alarm will sound for 30
seconds when reach to the preset time;When alarm
is off, it will not show d
T CHRONOGRAPH OPERATION
l.CHRONOGRAPH (Showing STP)
In CHRONOGRAPH mode, press ST./SP. to
start counting, press ST./SP. agatn to stop it.
In CHRONOGRAPH running, press SPLIT to
record the split time. In CHRONOGRAPH stop
mode, press SPLIT to reset. Refer to Fig 4.

2.Recall the SPLIT time
During chronograph running or stopping, press
RECALL, it will display RECALL, then press
SPLIT to recall the memories from first to last
or press ST./SP.to recall from last to first.
Press RECALL again to exit the memory recall.
Refer to Fig 5.
Note:After press SPLIT to reset, press RECALL to
enter Recall mode and press SPLIT or ST./SP.
to recall all stored data.

l.DISPLAY MODE
Two measurement modes: Press RECALL to
switch from one mode to the other:
o Heart rate, Heart rate percentage, Chronometer
o Heart rate, Heart rate percentage, Age

2 .HEART RATE MEASUREMENT
When firstly using the pulse watch, set user's age.
Otherwise, the heart rate percentage would be
incorrect. To set heart rate limits to determine if
you are exercising within your training zone..
A.How to set age and heart rate limit
In Heart ratelAge mode, hold RECALL for 2
seconds to enter age setting.
Press SPLIT to increase the value, while press
ST./SP. to decrease it.
Press RECALL againto enter the heartrate
LOWER limit ( display LO) ,
Press SPLIT to increase the value, while press
ST./SP. to decrease.
Press RECALL again to enter the heartrate
UPPER limit (display HI)
Press SPLIT to increase the value, while press
ST./SP. to decrease.

Note: The upper limit must be higher than the lower
limit to activate heart rate alarm.
B.Heart rate measurement
In any Heart Rate mode, slightly place two finger
from on hand on the two sensors on the top of the
watch attached to your opposite arm.This creates
a loop across your body,that the watch can read
your heart rate.
When the watch detect pulse,the 9 signal will start to
flash. The range is from 40-240BPM(beat per minute).
If no signal received within 2 minutes, the watch will
not perform Heart Rate function and turn into clock
mode. When do pulse measurement, you may press
ST./SP.to change into pulse/time mode to measure.The
dynamic dial of outer circle displays second, and
upper row displays minute. The timer will stop if
switch to other mode. When back to Heart Rate mode,
the timer will start automatically. Press ST./SP. to stop
counting and press ST./SP again to reset. Refer to Fig.9

When the heart rate signal flashes in Green zone)
the heart rate percentage received is within 60%
(includin g 60%),
When the heart rate signal flashes in Blue zone,
the heart rate percentage received is between
60%*85%(including 8 5 %).
When the heartrate signal flashes in Red zone, the
heart rate percentage received is in
60%-85%(including 8 5%).
Remark:
l.The pulse watch must be wore around your wrist to
do pulse measurement. When you wear the pulse
watch, it can not measure other person 's heart rate.
2. ln some situations, one-sensor-touching may also
display the value,but it is not garranteed in correct
result.Please touch both sensor to ensure accuracy.
3. Sometimes it may be necessary to slightly moisture
the back of the watch and the fingers touching the
sensors to obtain better electrical contact,
although it is not generally required.
