numbers.

c, By pressing On/Off button
TosendSMSmessagewiththelocationofthedevice,presstheOn/Offbuttonfor2seconds.SMS
willbesenttotheauthorizedphonenumbers.
SOS function
WhenyoupresstheSOSbuttonfor3seconds,thedevicewillsendanSMSwiththetext„Helpme“
withlinktoGoogleMapstoalloftheauthorizednumber(A1,A2,A3).AftersendingtheSMS,device
callstothefirstauthorizednumber(A1).Ifthatnumberisnotreachable,thedevicedialsthesecond
authorizednumber(A2).Ifthesecondnumberisnotreachable,callsthethird,ifnotthethird,callthe
firstnumber,andsoon..Thisprocessisrepeatedcyclicallyuntilthedevicesuccessfullycalltooneof
authorizednumbers.

DEVICE DESCRIPTION
KEETEC SAT 3000 is used to ensure emergency localization of persons, vehicles, animals, mobile
propertyetc..IncaseoftheftjustcallthedevicephonenumberandtheSAT3000respondswithSMS
aboutcurrentlocation. Also containstwoCALLbuttonsfor quickdialing twostorednumbers.In an
emergency,apersonmayusetheSOSbuttonlocatedinthecenterofthedevice.Thendevicesends
SMStotheauthorizednumberswiththetext„Helpme“andwithlinkcontainscurrentpositionofthe
device.ViamobilephonecapableofInternetconnectionyoucaneasilyviewcurrentlocationofyour
deviceusingGoogleMapsservice.Devicealsotrytomakecallatleastoneauthorizednumber.Ifthe
firstnumberisnotavailable,thedevicecallsforasecond,ifthesecondnumberisoutofrangetoo,
calledthethird.ThissituationisrepeatedcyclicallyuntiltheSAT3000successfullyhasinvokedoneof
theauthorizednumbers.Calltypeisadjustable-one-waycommunication(youareallowedtolistento
whatishappeningaroundthedevice-interception)ortwo-waycommunication(normalcall).Itisalso
possibletousesomeofthealarms,suchas.speeding.Incaseoftriggeringthealarmdevicewillsend
currentlocationtoyourmobilephonewithadescriptionofthecausedalarm.IntheGPSlocatorunit
SIMcardofGSMmobileoperatorisinserted(locatorhasitsownphonenumber).Youcanuseaflat
rateoraprepaidSIMcard.KEETECSAT3000willcommunicatewithyoubySMS,soitisnecessary
whenchoosingamobileoperatortopayattentiontothepriceratesforSMSservice.Werecommen-
dedtoactivateroamingservicefortheSIMcardincaseoftheabroadlocalization.Thedevicehasa
built-inbatterywhichisrechargedviaaminiUSBconnector.
