4.1Register themainmonitoring number
Tousethedevice, user shouldinsertaSIMcardin thedevice.
And thensendSMS command to device SIM cardtoregister the
mobilephonenumber on ourwebtrackingsystemfirst.(After
sendingSMS commandstodevice,device will replywith SMSto
userto advice thestatusofexecution.If theSMS command
contentorformatisincorrect,devicewilltellyou theSMS

command is invalid)
Howto register?
SendSMS command REG000000# (register)
Note:defaultsecuritypasswordis 000000.
After registered,thedevicewill replySMS oftheusernameand
passwordto login thewebtracking system.
Note:iftheSIM cardindevice hasnoGPRS ordidnotsetcorrect
APN,thedevice will replySMS to tellyou theregistration is
failed.
4.2Languagesetting
Thedevicecansettodifferentlanguages.Userscansetlanguage
bysending SMStodevice SIM card(defaultsettingisinChinese)
SMS format:
EN (settoEnglish)
CN (setto Chinese)
ID (settoIndonesian)
TH(settoThai)
4.3SetGPRS Access Point Name
Indifferentcountries,theuser needs to setcorrectAPNto get
GPRS fordevice.
SMS format: APN*aa*xx*yy
Here “aa”is thenameoftelecomoperator, “xx”istheusername
and “yy”is thepassword.Youcancontactlocaltelecomoperator
to getrelatedinformation.If theusernameand passwordisblank,
you cannotomit the “*”, thatisAPN*aa**
Forexample,thetelecomoperatorJerseyTelecomofUnited
Kingdom,its APNnameis “pepper”,usernameis “abc”,password
is “abc”,sotheSMS command tosetAPNis
APN*pepper*abc*abc
Default settingofAPNis ChinaMobile.
4.4Setsubsidiarymonitoringmobilephonenumber
User canauthorizeother mobilephonenumber toassist the

5.1.2Geo-fence
Theuser cansetgeo-fencetogetnotedthatthedevice isentering
orquitting someareas.Thecenter ofthegeo-fenceis thecurrent
positionofthedevice,andradius canbesetfrom100 metersto
65530 meters.Themaximumamount ofthee-fence foronedevice
is 3,and eachisnumberedas: 1,2,3.There are three alarmmodes
fortheuser tochoose,theyare “out ofthefence”, “into thefence”,
and “into orout ofthefence”, eachisdenotedasA, B, C.

5.1.4Remotecontrolofenginepower
If thedevice hasconnectedwithrelaydevice,usercancutthe
supplyofpowerand gastothevehiclebysendingSMS tostopthe
vehicle.
Here is thewayto execute:

Note:after sending thiscommand,devicewill control thestopof
vehicleintelligentlyto ensuresafety.If thevehiclespeeditabove
40 km/h,theexecution ofcuttingpower andgasisintermissive,
thatis,to cut and supplyalternately;ifthevehiclespeedis below
40 km/h,theexecutionofcutting ofpowerand gaswillbedonein
one-time.
Thewayto resumepower andgassupply:

5.1.5Power savingmode
Devicecanbesettopower savingmodeafter 5minutesthat
engineisoffandno senseofvibration,so thattoreducepower
consumption andGPRS dataflow.Once engineison orsensed
vibration, device willgo backtonormalworking mode.

After settopower savingmode, this is to setthewakeup time:
WAKEn (0<=n<=65530minutes,0=turnoffpower savingmode.
Default setting is5minutes,whichmeans,after 5minutesengine
power off, andwithout vibration, device willgotosleepmode.)
Whiledevice isin sleepmode,thisisto sethowlong timedevice
in sleep, andthenwakeupautomatically:
SLEEPn (0<=n<=65530minutes;0=nowakeup. Defaultsettingis
3hours,whichmeans,after devicegotosleep,each3hours,

devicewillwakeupautomatically.)
5.2Basicalarming modes
5.2.1Anti-theftalarm
User canturnonanti-theftalarm. After set,ifthevehicleismoving
atspeedabove20km/h,ordevice sensedvibration,devicewill
sendSMS to user smobilephonenumber to advice the
abnormalityofvehicle.
Here is thewayto set:
Callthedevice,ifdevicehangoffcall in12 seconds,device isset
to anti-theftalarm. OrsendSMS ALARMMODE
Here is thewayto cancel:
Callthedevice,ifdevicehang offcallin 5seconds,device
canceledanti-theftalarm. Orsend SMS CLALARM (Clear
Alarm)
5.2.2Vibration sensitivitysetup
User cansetvibrationlevelfordevice.
SendSMS todevice SIM cardnumber: SENSEn (nisa
valuefrom0to 10.Level1ismost sensible.Default is level2.If
setto 0, istoturnoffvibrationalarm)
5.2.3Over-speedreminding
User cansetover speedremindingforthevehicle.After set,if
thevehicleis drivingabovethespeedwhichisset,thedevice will
sendSMS touser toremind user slowdown.
Here is thewayto set:

“n”is thevalueofspeedbykilometer,from0to 1000.If setto 0,
is to turnoffoverspeedalarm
