Outdoor TV Enclosure Installation
Aluminum Type
The Weatherproof TV enclosure which
supports the 95% popular TV size. Available for
outdoor and indoor, the outdoor TV cabinets
are specially built to filter and cool ambient air,
expel internal heat, which ensures your TV
working for a long time within a safe and

very beginning that may help you with one of
these as well as other common problems as
you are expecting your TV enclosure to reach.
Prepare Tools.
⚫Phillips screwdriver
⚫Hexagon screwdriver
⚫Universal TV mount bracket (Normal home TV bracket)
⚫Scissors and utility knife
⚫Silicone sealant (glass glue)
⚫Glass Or acrylic (If you have not choose it)

Install Front Enclosure
1. Check all accessories.
2. Prepare the glass. (If you have chosen the optional glass/acrylic, please ignore this step)
43”enclosure glass dimension is 987 x 594 x (3~4mm thickness)
55” enclosure glass dimension is 1257 x 740 x (3~4mm thickness)
3. Assemble the front enclosure. (Components: 4 front frames, M4 flange nuts, M4 socket wrench).

4. Remove the 3M Double-sided adhesive protective film on the front enclosure.
5. Install the glass/acrylic from this direction.
6. Add silicone sealant to the glass/acrylic edge area and all gap area, to ensure it is complete waterproof.
7. Finished, put the front enclosure flat on the ground and let the silicone sealant cure for about 30 minutes.

Install TV
1. Calculate the middle point of the TV height and mark it. (For example, our TV is 55cm in height and its middle
position is 27.5cm)
2. Install the Mount arm for the TV, ensure the center point is near the TV middle position.
3. If your TV thickness is less than 7cm, please add the thick pad washers and ensure the total thickness is around
7~8cm.
4. Lock the bracket screws, the TV installation is finished.

Install Rear Enclosure
1. Install the Universal TV mount to the wall. (You can use any home TV mount, for this bracket, we do not supply it,
please prepare it youself).
2. Install the mount ARM for the rear enclosure.
3. Mount the rear enclosure on the wall, finished

Assembly together.
1. Connect all cables: AC cable, the USB cooling fan cable connected to the TV USB port. Mount TV on the rear enclosure.
2. Adjust the TV position horizontally to center the TV. Mount the front enclosure to the rear enclosure.
Very Important: Please put the front Enclosure pass through TV first (No Angle) then adjust the angle to mount the
rear enclosure if your TV is big enough.
// If there is a deviation during assembly, you may need to slowly combine the front enclosure and rear enclosure together. //
3. Use thumb screws to fix the front enclosure and the rear enclosure. There are 3 thumb screws in total, and you must
install at least 1pcs thumb screw. // If there is a deviation during assembly, you may need to slowly screw it together. //

Not necessary for home use, only recommend add it for public places
Drill an M4 size hole at the cables outlet of the front and rear TV enclosure position.
Use the M4 nuts fix the LOCK pins.
