Before installation :
3. On first page with ‘Step by step’ at logbook you can see the step-by-step installation of the product. Install it step
by step from this flow 1,2,3 etc. The following pages may not always be in right step so remember to keep this
1,2,3 etc. On this page you can see symbols which we can found at spare parts instruction. There are you have
symbol, optional module and hight.
4. All type of screw are presented in one installation card. Use it to choose proper installation elements and tools.
UNPACKING
1. Keep the products as it is packed on the pallets so you don´t mix many different products in a bigger delivery.
2. If you have order wood foundation on your product you need to be aware so you use the right side of the post to
put in the ground later.
3. Larch wood and Oak wood looks close to each other.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read carefully all instructions.
2. On page ‘Product main dimmensions’ at logbook you can see all devices dimmensions, where must be
foundations and what is the safety area.

Before installation :
INSTALLATION

2. Once you have assembled the product plate (final step of the assembly instruction on page ‘Installation manual’
of the logbook) the installation is finished. You can begin to clean up the building site.
Prepare and fence area for installation.
INSTALLATION - DRILLING
1. Larch wood is a hard wood and that means that you need to drill screws slower than for example in pine wood.
2. The screws don´t hold for the fastest speed on drilling machine.
INSTALLATION - FOUNDATIONS
1. Later in installation manual we are showing how the product could be installed in ground. If no concrete is
needed you need to pack the material in the hole so it´s packed in a good way around the foundation.
2. It´s always the installers responsibility that the product is totally solid in ground.
3. If the material in the ground is unstable, concrete may be needed sometimes.
ENTRAPMENTS
1. When the device is installed, check the all dimensions match and check that you have avoided dimensions that
are dangerous for the child:

CHECKS
1. After installation on the device, daily or weekly functional checks should take place depending in the intensity
of use - by a trained employee and functional quarterly and international controls - by playground inspector.
