Land requirements
Total power cord line adopt three-phase five-wire system. Voltage above 350V into line GB
copper cable specifications selection shall not be less than 10 ㎡, the voltage 350V below line
GB copper cable specifications selection shall not be less than 16 ㎡. National standard
aluminum line with specification not less than 25 ㎡.
The distance between machine and devices room less than 15 meters.
Recommend water tank capacity more than 2 ton, the distance between water pump and water
tank less than 3 meters, water tank location should above water pump or in same level.
The devices room should be kept dry, the main control box and touch screen box can not be
placed in a humid environment.
Air compressor parameters (cylinder capacity> 85L, nominal volume flow> 0.36m³/ min)
The floor where install the six columns must have concrete embedded, length and width not less
than 40cmX40CM, height not less than 30cm

Floor level difference should not exceed 10cm.
Installation standard
A. Frame section standard:
1. Adjust the height of the column according to site floor, ensure columns at the same level.
2. Ensure columns vertically during frames mounting, The column tilt up and down not more than
10mm.
3. Do frame diagonal measurement during installation,comparative data is not more than 10mm.
4. After frame installation completed, make sure the two rails are in same level and In parallel,
distance between two rails is 3305mm.
B. Waterway, circuit part standard:
1. Take reference to frames when mounting the high pressure water hose, make sure high
pressure hose freely bended and not in force.
2. Insert rubber cushion between waterway galvanized tube with frame and ground for damping

3. Make sure ultrasonic sensorfor length detection perpendicular to the ground.
Machine commissioning standard:
1. Check wiring system and make sure it’s correct before starting the car wash system.
2. Check the main power line voltage supply, check the line phase sequence in main control box.
3. Remove impurities and air inside the chassis and rotate arm pipes, before start the pump, firstly
uninstall nozzles 2pcs each from chassis wash and rotating arm, and install them after
completed impurities and air removing work.
4. Check all photoelectric signal and ultrasonic signal data are correct or not before start car wash.
