Loc8r SIM Card Details
The Firefly is a dual GPS and LBS Location device which enables
you to locate and communicate with your loved ones via phone
calls or voice and text messages and includes several additional
functions such as geo-fencing and alerts for when the watch has
been removed or the battery is running flat.

Thank you for purchasing your Firefly from Loc8r. To operate,
your Firefly requires a GSM sim card. We have pre-loaded a Loc8r
sim card into the watch which comes preloaded with data and
airtime. Your sim details can be found on the “Loc8r Sim Card
Details” insert. If you choose to use another sim card, a micro
SIM card is required
Charge the watch via the supplied USB cable (watches are
quality checked and tested before they are shipped so
some residual charge may remain)
Input voltage / current : 5V-0.35A
Download the app and install on your smart phone. Scan
the QR code below (for both iOS and Android devices) or
search for SeTracker2 in your app store
Register on the app using your unique reg code or QR code
on the back of the watch. For detailed instructions refer to
“Mobile Client Application Registration and User Manual”
which can be found at www.loc8r.co.za

Used to charge the device with USB cable
SIM Card Slot:
Slot where GSM micro SIM card is inserted
Button 1:
Speed dial number 1 (press and hold for 3 seconds)
Used to scroll when in phonebook screen
Button 2:
Power on button. Power off performed via the app’s remote
shutdown function (however, will power off if no GSM signal)
Send a voice message to the app (press and hold until
recording starts, once done, release and message is sent.
Maximum message length is 15 secs)
Return to previous screen
Cancel / abort / end phone call

Button 3:
Speed dial number 2 (press and hold for 3 seconds)
Enter Phonebook screen
Scroll through Phonebook
Dial selected Phonebook number (press and hold in
Phonebook once desired number is highlighted)
Button 4:
SOS Button (Press and hold for 3 seconds)
Answer incoming calls
Listen to voice messages sent from the app when received
Preset speed dial / family number button inputs are obtained
from “SOS / Family num”under settings and not the phonebook
Display shows the GSM signal, GPS, message notification (not
shown), light sensor if watch removed and battery life.
Time is automatically set from the app. If pedometer is activated
then steps are shown in place of date and day. Default setting for
pedometer is off. Activation is done via the app
