The Bath Seat is intended for use by individuals who require seating support while bathing or showering. It is
designed to be placed fully inside the bathtub or shower.

Remove the Bath Seat from the box and place it on a at, dry surface.
1. Locate the seat frame (see
gure 1); place it upside
down on a at, dry surface.
2. Locate the legs (see gure 2).
3. Attach the legs to the seat
frame (see gure 3). Depress
the locking button at the top
of each leg and slide it into the seat frame until the button protrudes from the hole.
4. Repeat step 3 for each leg.
1. Locate the backrest (see gure 4).
2. Attach the backrest to the seat frame (see gure 5). Depress the
locking buttons and slide the backrest onto the seat frame until
the buttons protrude from the holes.

issue with t, form, function, or safety.
Push in the adjustment button and move to the desired height position until it clicks
into place. Ensure that legs are locked at the same height and all leg adjustment buttons
protrude fully through adjustment holes.
The point where the Bath Seat will tip forward, rearward or sideward is determined
by its center of balance and stability, and the center of balance and stability is affected
by the user’s body position and weight distribution. If you fail to heed the following
warnings, falling or tipping may occur and could cause severe personal injury.
Inspect the Bath Seat weekly and ensure all components are secure.
To clean the Bath Seat, wash it with soap and water or a mild detergent, then rinse. Ensure that the Bath Seat is
rinsed well before use.
GF Health Products, Inc. (“Graham-Field”) warrants the Lumex Model 7921R / 7921KD-1 / 7931R / 7931KD-1
Bath Seat as follows: Limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects. If a product is deemed to be
under warranty, GF Health Products, Inc. shall provide, at its option, (1) replacement of any defective part or
product or (2) a credit of the original selling price made to GF Health Products, Inc.’s initial customer. The
warranty does not include any labor charges incurred in replacement part(s) installation or any associated freight
or shipping charges to GF Health Products, Inc.
The warranties contained herein contain all the representations and warranties with respect to the subject matter
of this document, and supersede all prior negotiations, agreements and understandings with respect thereto.
The recipient of this document hereby acknowledges and represents that it has not relied on any representation,
