S.E.S. SERIES ENCLOSURES – ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Thank you for purchasing our Maximum ReptileTM S.E.S. Series Enclosure!
These instructions will walk you through the complete assembly of your new enclosure.
Before you begin, make sure that you have all the parts, including Panels #1-8, and your enclosed
accessory kit that contains the screws, lock and door handle. If you notice that anything is missing,
or has sustained damage upon delivery, please let us know before proceeding with assembly.
For the assembly of this unit, you’ll need:
-One Phillips head screwdriver
ENCLOSURE ASSEMBLY
We recommend conducting assembly on the edge of a table or workbench. It is advised to
put a towel down to prevent scratching of any surfaces.
1. Begin by aligning Panels #1 and 2 as shown. We have
already pre-drilled all the alignment holes for you in our
workshop, so these parts will go together easily. It's
important to make sure the ends are upright and flush with
Panel #1. The screw holes in both panels will align
accordingly.
NOTE: If you're using an electric drill, be sure it is on the lowest setting, and that you do
not overtighten the screws. PVC is a soft material and it is quite easy to strip the thread.
This is why we recommend to use only a screwdriver, but it does take a little longer.

2. Now repeat the same steps on the other end, attaching Panel #3
to the unit, making sure again that the #2 Panel is flush with the
front.
3. After Panels #2 and 3 are securely fastened,
add the back face to the assembly, which is
marked as Panel #4. Before proceeding, make
sure that the rectangle cut out the panel is positioned at the top right as shown.
4. Carefully add the rest of the screws to fasten Panel #4, screwing in
the ends securely. Be mindful as you go, in order to maintain a
flush alignment of the panel edges.
5. With the first four panels secure, add the top
as shown, which is marked as Panel #5.
Note: leave all of the screws out of the holes closest to the front for now
(both top and bottom), as shown in the image to the right. This will
make it easier to insert the front panel.

6. It is now time to assemble the internal hood. Locate
Panels #6 and #7 and screw them together as shown. It is
important to make sure that the rear of these parts are
aligned as show.
7. With the enclosure on its back, you can now align the internal hood
assembly with the slots.
8. We recommend to slip the end with the screen on it into the
slot and align with the groove as shown.
9. Once the internal hood
is properly seated in the slots,
you can now insert all the screw
in the back and side panels.
10. The rear of the
enclosure is open as show.

11. The front (marked Panel #8) is the last part to add. Begin
by inserting the bottom of this panel first, and slowly
push it into the groves. This will be a tight, precession fit
and is easier to do with the front screws left out for now
(see step 5).
12. Once the front is fully in place, and flush
within the top, bottom and sides, you can add all the
screws to complete the assembly of your new
enclosure.
13. The clear front panel can now be slipped into the
groves, ensuring that the screws are facing out as
shown.

14. The doors for your enclosure can be inserted by lifting up into the tracks, then down into
the bottom grove. You can then add the lock and door handles to the doors, and the optional
security bars if needed. Note, glass doors do not need the optional security bars.
15. If you plan to stack these enclosures, we recommend purchasing the optional stacking kit
so that they enclosures will stay aligned when stacked up.
