Machine Care
•Install the washing machine on a horizontal surface,
otherwise it may cause vibration and noise.
•Be sure to disconnect the power cord from the electric outlet
before starting care and maintenance. It may cause electric
shock.
•Be sure to earth the motors to prevent electric shock. To
reduce the risk of electric shock, do not install the machine
in humid spaces.
•Do not use volatile materials such as Benzene,
Gasoline, and bug killer on/near the washing machine.
•Do not leave strong alkaline substance such as bleach
inside the tub. Damage on plastic surface and rubber parts
may occur.
Power Cord Care
•If the power supply cord is damaged, it must only be replaced
by the agent or a similarly manufacturer, service qualified
person in order to avoid a hazard.
•Do not treat the power supply cord with wet hands. It may
cause electric shock.
•Avoid connecting several electric devices to a single outlet.
It may cause fire.

Preparation before Wash
1. Check the washing instruction labels on the clothing
to be washed.
2. Remove all objects from the pockets of the clothing.
Objects like keys, toothpicks, coins, screws, pins, sand, etc.
may damage clothing or break the washing machine
(Could cause the drain hose to clog).
3. Separate oiled and dyed clothing before washing.
4. Set the Drain Hose for drainage.
5. Plug the power supply plug into a three-pin power outlet
with reliable grounded wire. Do not attempt to change the
three-pin plug to a two-pin plug as the machine needs to
be grounded.
6. Insert the Water Inlet Hose into the 'Wash' Water Inlet at the
Control panel.
7. Add clothes one by one. Remove hooks, pins and pull up all
zips. If the hooks cannot be removed tie all of them up in one
garment.
Washing Procedure
Washing
1. Place the water level in the desired position.
2. Add in water and dissolved detergent.
3. Allow the water to reach the expected level.
4. Operate the machine to stir the detergent evenly by turning
the Wash Knob.
5. Put in laundry.
6. Select wash duration according to the laundry weight.
7. Select wash type (Gentle*/Normal/Strong) according to the
laundry weight.
8. After each wash, set the Program Selector to Drain.
*("Gentle" mode is not available in MWMSA651OVRS1 model.)

Intermediate - Spin (To Rinse/Dry)
1. Remove the laundry from the Wash Tub and put into the
Spin Tub to remove dissolved detergent.
2. Arrange laundry uniformly in the Spin Tub without stacking
lopsidedly. An unbalanced Spin Tub may cause abnormal
vibration and noise.
3. Press the laundry down firmly and place the Safety Cover
over them.
4. To rinse, close the Spin Tub outer cover and allow to spin
for 1 minute.
Soak-Rinse
1. Place the laundry into the Wash Tub and select suitable
wash type.
2. Select the water level (Choose the water level according to
the laundry quantity).
3. Rinse: Set the timer between 0-5 minutes to rinse.
Dry-Spin
1. Arrange laundry uniformly in the Spin Tub without stacking
lopsidedly.
2. Press the laundry down firmly and place the Safety Cover
over them.
3. Select suitable spin duration according to the laundry
quantity. (Example: 1 minute, 3 minutes or 5 minutes)
Notes: An unbalanced Spin Tub may cause abnormal vibration
or noise. If such an incident both the Spin occurs, open Tub
Inner and Outer Covers and rearrange the laundry. Then,
continue the spin operation again.

*Do not attempt to repair the machine by yourself. Please
contact the authorized service center after checking the above
mentioned causes.
Maintenance
•Please unplug the power supply cord before cleaning the
machine.
•Clean the machine with a soft damp cloth.
•Do not spray water directly onto the machine.
•If the machine is too dirty, use neutral detergent to clean.
•Do not use petroleum-based detergent to clean the machine.
It will spoil its appearance.
•With frequent use, lint will be left behind in the Overflow
Filter and leaves deposits on clothes. To prevent this from
Happening, Lint filters must be cleaned frequently,
preferably at least once every 2 months, to maintain the
machine's peak performance.
Safety Precautions
•Avoid area exposed to snow, rain, or where humidity is high.
It may cause electric shock.
•Protect the switch area from water as it may cause
electric shock or fire.
•Avoid electric heater, candle light, cigarette light, bug smoker,
etc. near the machine. It may ignite or deform plastic part.
•Avoid using hot water > 50'C. It may deform plastic parts or
cause malfunction.
•Do not insert your hand inside the spin dryer basket while the
machine is in operation (Do not let children climb on the
machine or climb into the tub. Injury may occur).
•Do not drain the water out of the wash tub while the spin
dryer basket is in operation. Otherwise, the spin motor could
be damaged.

•Incorrect installation may cause severe noise and break
down.
•Set the machine on a flat and firm floor.
•A carpet must not obstruct the ventilation openings.
•Maintain a gap of more than 10 cm between the drain hose
and the wall.
Note: This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by
person(s) responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised
to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Taking Care of Your Device
Your device is a product of superior design and craftsmanship and
should be handled with care. The following suggestions will help
you protect your device:
•Keep children away from the machine.
•Keep machine away from heat-generating equipment.
Keep it away from direct sunlight.
•Do not put heavy or hot things on top of the machine.
•Do not wash laundry soaked with Petrol or organic solvents.
•Do not share one power outlet with other electrical
appliances. Keep the plug strip clean.
•Never put hands into the tub while it is operating.
•Do not place the machine in the bathroom. Such action may
damage the electrical insulation and cause body rust.
•Do not wash waterproof clothes such as raincoat. Abnormal
vibration may occur in the spin tub.
•In case the plug of the power supply cord is damaged, user
should not attempt to fix it without electrical knowledge. Please
call on authorized service center.
•The device must be repaired by Micromax authorized personnel
only. Repairing this device by yourself other than our authorized
service agents/centers goes against the warranty rules.
