2 Product overview
Control/Jack/Indicator
Basic operation
Volume +/–button
Increase/decrease the volume.
Headphone jack
Connect 3.5 mm headphones to listen to
audio.
Reset hole
Insert a paper clip or pin to restart your
tablet.
Rear camera
Take photos or record video from the
back of screen.
Front camera
Take photos or record video from the
face of screen.
Micro USB port
Connect the micro USB cable to charge
your tablet or transfer data.

Power on/off button
Press and hold to turn your tablet on/off.
Press briefly to lock/unlock the screen.
When the tablet is on, press and hold till
pop up a menu of “Power off” and
“Reboot”, then tap “Power off” to turn off
the tablet while tap “Reboot” to restart
your tablet.
Microphone
Speak into the microphone to capture
your voice.
MicroSD™card slot
Insert a microSD card to increase your
tablet's memory.
Speakers
Play audio from your tablet.
3 Start your tablet
1) Press and hold the power button till your tablet turns on
with a Welcome screen.
2) Swipe up/down the list of languages and select your
language.
3) Swipe up/down the list of networks, select your network,
and enter a 4 characters password in need.

Note: You can use your tablet without connecting to Wi-Fi
or logging in a Google™account, but you won’t be able to
visit Play Store or update software.
4) Tap and select the time zone, date and time.
5) Enter your first and last name.
6) Set the screen lock, referring to
Tip: After turn on your tablets, you may skip other steps.
4 Charge your tablet
Note: Before charge your tablet for the 1st time, use your tablet
till the battery is completely empty, and then charge it fully,
which will help increase your battery life and efficiency. When
the battery power is too low, the device will turn off
automatically. Please charge if low battery notification appears.
To conserve the battery life it isn’t recommended to play and
charge all at once.
Insert the USB plug of supplied cable into the socket of the
supplied AC adapter, insert the micro-USB plug into the
micro-USB port of your tablet, and insert the AC plug into an AC
receptacle. The device will be charged automatically with a
charging battery icon displayed on the right upper screen, and it
will take approximate 3 hours till the battery power is full.

Tip: For battery saving, turn off Wi-Fi, close Apps that you
aren’t using, shorten the display time, and lower the brightness.
To check the battery power balance, tap Apps >
Settings > Battery. To show the batterypercentage in the
status bar, click Battery Percentage. to Turn on the battery
saver, tap Options > Battery saver and drag to ON, but
it turns off automatically when charging your tablet.
5 Navigate with OSD
USB port is connected.
Wi-Fi connection and how strong of signal.
Power balance of battery and if charging or not.
Start a text search on Google™.
Start a voice search on Google™.
Return to the home screen.
Capture a screenshot.
Return to the previous screen.
Access all Apps
List theAppsrunningrecently.
Display the menu of options.
Open the side menu.

Tip: Gesture
Tap
Tap an app or another item with your finger
to open or select it.
Double Tap
Enlarge or shrink the display size.
Touch & Hold
Touch an item with your finger and do not
release it until your tablet responds.
Drag
Touch and hold an item and then move
your finger to where you desire.
Swipe
Quickly slide your finger either vertically or
horizontally across the screen.
Pinch
Pinch your fingers together or move them
apart.
Rotate
Turn your tablet sideways to switch
between landscape and portrait. If not
switch, swipe down from the screen top, tap
Landscape/Portrait to switch to
Auto-rotate.
6 Use the keyboard

Keyboard is automatically open when text or numbers in need.
Switch between uppercase and lowercase letters.

Switch to between number and symbol mode. Tap ABC
to open the standard keyboard.
Change the keyboard language.
Close the keyboard.
Delete a character. Tap and hold to delete all
characters.
Open the emoji keyboard. Tap ABC to open the
standard keyboard.
Confirm that you are finished entering information.
Search for the input text.
To change Google™keyboard language, tap Apps >
Settings > Language & Input > Google keyboard >
Languages, drag to disable Use system language, and
enable other language.

To change current keyboard, tap Apps > Settings >
Language & Input > Current Keyboard to pop up a list of
current keyboards, and then tap one to select your keyboard.
You may tap CHOOSE KEYBOARDS in the window to add
more keyboards. Tap a keyboard to set it up.
You may directly access the keyboard settings. On the
keyboard, touch and hold / Slash or , Comma till pop up
Settings then release your finger, a window of keyboard
settings will pop up.
7 Connect to a Wi-Fi network
1) Tap Apps > Settings > Wi-Fi.
2) Drag to turn on Wi-Fi, and then your tablet willsearch
and show networks with Indicating the signal strength
and if secured or not.
Tip: Tap Options > Refresh to refresh for more
networks.
3) Selecta network, input the password if in need, tick if show
password, and tap CONNECT. When connected,
CONNECTED will appear below the network name, and
Wi-Fi connection icon will appear in the status bar. This
network will be saved for next automatic connecting.
To add a network, tap Options > Add network. input the
SSID, and select the type of security from the drop-down menu:
None - No security

WEP - Wired Equivalent Privacy
WPA/WPA2 PSK - WiFi Protected Access
802.1xEAP - 802.1 x Extensible Authentication Protocol
If tick Advanced options, select the type of proxy from the
drop-down menu: None, Manual, or Proxy Auto-Config, and
select the type of IP settings: DHCP or Static.
Finally tap SAVE to save it in Saved networks.
Tip: Swipe from the screen top to drop down a menu showing
network names, and tap one to connect.
To turn/off Airplane mode, tap Apps > Settings >
More, and drag to on/off.

To set a tethering & portable hotspot, tap Apps >
Settings > More > Tethering & portable hotspot, drag
to on, tap Set up Wi-Fi hotspot to pop up a menu, rename the
network, select the type of security from the drop-menu: None

or WPA2 PSK, enter the password, and tick if show password,
then tap SAVE.
To set VPN, tap Apps > Settings > More > VPN > +
to pop up a menu, enter the name, select the server address
from the drop-menu, tick MPPE, tick MPPE then enter DNS
domain and serves from the drop-menu, finally tap SAVE.
Tip: Tap Options > Always-on VPN to turn on/off VPN.
8 Install apps
Tap Apps > Play Store, search for an App or browse
categories to find and install it.
Note: Assure WiFi connected and a Google™account logged
in. For protection only download from trusted sources.
To update an app, tap Apps > Play Store > Menu > My
Apps> App name > UPDATE > CONTINUE/ACCEPT.
Note: No update heading means your Apps are up-

You may tick the check box for Allow automatic updating.
To view an app information, tap Apps, drag the app icon
into Information on the upper of screen when both
Information and the icon become blue then release your finger,
the app info will display in a page.

To view recent apps, tap Recents. Swipe the screen
up/down to turn pages. To open an app, tap its page. To close
an app, drag the screen left,right, or tap right upper X. Tap the
bottom Xto close all pages and go back to home screen.
Note: Too many apps running may slow your tablet and shorten
the battery life.
To force stop/uninstall/clean an app, tap Apps >
Settings > Apps, tap the app then tap Force stop /
Uninstall / Clear cache / Clear data > OK.
Tip: The pre-installed Apps are not able to be removed but
disabled by tap DISABLE.

With a Wi-Fi network connected, tap Apps > Chrome or
other installed browser. Tap the searching bar with keyboard
displayed, type the website, and then tap . Or tap and then
speak to search.
As you type matching characters are highlighted. Tap
to go to previous or next matching item. You may touch and
hold the text tillcoveredin a blue ribbon, drag the blue selectors
to the left/right to select text, tap Copy on the screen top, then
go to where to paste it click Paste.
History
Tap Options > History, tap a website to open the page, tap
to search for a website, tap x to remove a single website.

To clear history, tap CLEAR BROWSINGDATA... Select the
kinds of data you want to delete, and then tap Clear.
Bookmark
On the webpage tap in the searching bar to pop up a menu
of Add bookmark. Name the bookmark, select the folder
and tap Save.
To open a bookmark, tap Options > Bookmarks,then tap
the website.
Download
Tap Apps > Downloads to view the download list, and
you may tap the file to open it. Tap and hold a file, then tap
Share > Android / Drive / Gmail to share it. To delete it, tap
.
10 Use email
1) To add an account, with a Wi-Fi network connected, tap
Apps > Gmail >Add a email address or tap Apps >

Settings > Accounts > + Add account to pop up a
list of email providers.
2) Select Gmailor other email provider and tap NEXT.
3) Enter your email address, password, server, security type
and port.
Tip: In the latter way you may tick Auto-sync data.
Note: For some email provider you needinstall certificate.
To change an account setting, Tap Apps > Gmail >
Menu > Settings, tap the account and change settings in
need.
To delete an account, tap Apps > Settings >
Accounts, tap the email provider and the account,thentap
Options > Remove account.
To view emails, tap Apps > Gmail to open last email box.
You may tap the left upper Menu for a different account.

Drag your finger up/down to scroll through your emails, tap an
email to open it, tap Menu to display folders, and tap to
search.
To editan email, touch and hold an email till display options to
archive, delete, mark as read or unread, or move the email,
then tap V DONE.
To write a new email, tap Apps > Gmail > Compose,
input email addresses, subject and messages, then tap
SEND. For more recipients, separate them with a comma.
When typing address the matching contacts may display for
you to tap directly.
To save an email, tap Menu > Save draft / Return.Tap
Menu > Draftsto access it.
Contacts

Tap Apps > Contacts.Tap or say a name to search
for a contact. Tap right lower to add a new contact. Tap a
contact to view or edit information.
11 Use the camera
Tap Apps > Camera.swipe from the screen left to
display Camera / Video, and tap Camera /
Video to switch between taking photos and taking videos.
You may set the camera by tapping Settings.
Resolution & Quality: Select resolution for photo/video via
rear/front camera.
Save location: Select on/off.
Advanced: Select on/off for manual exposure.
Help & Feedback: View help info or feedback online.

Tap to take a photo. Or tap to start and end recording
a video. Tap the bottom command bar to exit.
You may tap Options after swipe left to retract & .
Select 0S/3S/10S as shot time for Camera
Display the gridlines or not.
Switch between frontand rear cameras.
To capture screen, Tap Screenshot. To show the button
of Screenshot, tap Apps > Settings >
ScreenshotSetting, and tick if show the screenshot button
in the status bar.
You may tap Select delay time to capture the screen to pop
up a window listing 15 seconds later, 30 seconds later, 1
minute later, 2 minutes later, 3 minutes later, 4 minutes later,
and 5 minutes later. Tap one to select.
You may tap Set the location of screenshot storage to pop
up a window listing Nand Flash, SD Card, and USB Storage.
Tap one to select.
12 View Photos/videos
Tap Apps > Photos. and drag your finger to browse.
Tap a photo/video thumbnail to view/play in full screen. To
zoom in or out, pinch your fingers together or apart. Tap Xto
close the photo.
Tap . Options to show as below:
Slideshow:Slideshow the photos in current folder.
Set as…: Set a photo as wallpaper or contact photo.
Delete device copy: Delete the selected/current photo.

To share photos/videos, tap Share > Android / Drive / Gmail
to share it.
To edit photos/videos, tap Edit to pop up amenu.
Tap , and then tap Auto / Reset to switch between auto setting
and reset. Tap Light / Color / Pop / Vignette to drop down a bar,
and then drag on the bar to adjust the level.
Tap to show a list of photo effects. Slide left/right and tap one to
select a photo effect, and then drag on the bar to adjustthe level.
Tap , drag the photo to move/enlarge/reduce the photo, drag
the frame to adjust the display size,drag on the bar to rotate the
photo to anyangle, each time tap to rotate the photo 90°
counterclockwise, tap Auto / Reset to switch betweenauto setting
and reset.

Tap Vto save while tap Xto exit.
To view details about photo/video, tap Information to show
such as time, location, etc.
13 Listen to music
Tap Apps > Play Music > Menu > My Library to
view your music, tap a category and select a song to start
playback. Tap to pause while tap ►to resume playback.
Drag the progress bar to any playback point you desire.
While listening to a song, you may tap to turn shuffle on or
off, tap to cycle through repeat modes: Repeating all
songs / Repeating current song / Repeat is off.
You may tap Options > Add to playlist or create a new
playlist.
14 Manage files
To transfer data, connect your tablet to a PC or a USB disc
with the supplied USB cable. For Windows open My
Computer, for Mac open Finder, then click your model
number T2702 to view or transfer files. When no accessing
data eject your tablet before unplug.
