Operation instructions
1. Power on, start button is on in green, APP will
detect device Bluetooth automatically for connection.
2. If device has been connected to mobile phone
Bluetooth, the device will have automatic connection
when detect that Bluetooth is enabled.
Bluetooth pairing
Long press Bluetooth until green indicator flickers

1. Power on, click “Record” and it will shake;
recording is started when red indicator flickers.
2. Click “Record” key again to shake, red indicator
is off and recording is stopped.
Start/stop recording

WiFi fast transfer
1. When Bluetooth is connected to mobile phone, click
WiFi button again, WiFi blue indicator is on, which
means WiFi fast transfer is enabled.
2. The APP will detect WiFi automatically for
automatic connection.
3. When APP is connected, enter the device’s folder
for data synchronization.
Turn on WiFi fast transfer to speed up transfer of
record into mobile phone APP

Connect new device
Open mobile phone APP → Bluetooth setting,
click “Unbind device” to connect the recorder to
new mobile phone. The mobile phone can also be
connected to new device.

Safety and Notice
Important safety message
Please handle the recorder with care to avoid
damage, battery liquid leakage, overheat, fire,
explosion or personal injuries if it falls down, burns,
be pierced, squeezed, dismantled or exposed to high
temperature or liquid, for it contains high-sensitivity
electronic components (including battery). Do not use
if the recorder is damaged.

Battery
Do not attempt to replace the recorder’s battery
to avoid damage, overheat or personal injury.
The battery must be operated by manufacturer or
maintenance institute authorized by manufacturer.
[Warning] Do not put the recorder in high-
temperature environment, such as places with
direct sunlight, open fire, heating, microwave oven
and oven. Do not put the recorder in water to avoid
battery overheat.
USB connection wire and recorder
Avoid long-term contact between skin and plug when
USB connection wire is connected to power supply;
otherwise, discomfort or injury will occur. For example,
do not sit or lean on the USB plug, nor put under the
carpet, pillow or your body when connection line is

inserted into power socket for charging. Please be
careful if your perception of heat is affected.
Please charge the recorder using the charger
permitted by manufacturer; otherwise, fire hazard,
explosion or scald will occur. Do not touch any
exposed metal of USB connection wire when
connecting power supply to avoid electric shock.
Make sure USB connection wire and recorder are
put in dry places during charging, and make sure
USB connection wire and recorder are not immersed
in water; otherwise, electric shock or short circuit
will occur and further lead to fire hazards, explosion
and scald. Stop using the recorder immediately if it
becomes hot; if the recorder becomes hot during
charging, unplug the recorder and USB connection
line from power supply, contact the manufacturer’s
after-sales personnel for solutions, in order to avoid
scald or battery explosion.
Suffocation
Do not swallow or bite the recorder, but keep it
inaccessible to children for it may lead to suffocation
or other injuries of children.
Electronic device
Do not use the recorder where electronic device is
prohibited, for its radio wave may bring interference to
other devices and lead to accidents and hazards. Do
not use the recorder when you take a plane but follow
the regulations of airline, for it may affect the flight
system.
Interference of medical device
The electromagnetic wave may be emitted by
some components and radio of the recorder.
Besides, the recorder also contains magnets. Such
electromagnetic waves and magnets may bring
interference to the pacemaker, defibrillator or other
medical devices. Please follow the rules and turn off

the recorder in medical places where the recorder
is prohibited, or keep safe distance between your
recorder and the specific medical device. Please
consult your physician and manufacturer of medical
device to acquire the operation information of specific
medical device if using the recorder along with the
medical device. Please stop using the recorder
immediately if it is suspected to affect your heart rate
regulator, defibrillator or other medical devices.
Skin stimulation
Please stop using the recorder immediately if
there’s skin simulation when using the recorder. If
skin simulation remains, it is suggested that you see
a doctor and consult the professional doctor.
Electrostatic shock
Your body may encounter weak electrostatic
discharge when using the recorder in places with dry
area due to easy accumulation of static electricity.
Please avoid using the recorder in extremely-dry
places, or put the recorder onto the grounded and
unpainted metal object to minimize the hazard of
electrostatic discharge.
Ambient environment
It is recommended to use the recorder at temperature
[-5℃ -40℃ ] and store it at temperature [0℃ -30℃ ];
Otherwise, the recorder may be damaged. Do not
use the recorder in case of thunderstorm to avoid
possible damages. Do not use the recorder in humid,
rainy, dusty or oily places to avoid faults of internal
circuits. Do not use or store the recorder in places
which are close to gas station, inflammables or
explosives. Do not immerse the recorder in liquid or
expose it to pressurized fluid, such as water flow in
shower. Do not carry the recorder when you have
other activities, such as shower or swimming, to
avoid damaging it. The charging port can be corroded

by the sweat or liquid in charging USB. Make sure to
clean the charging USB before you put the charging
wire in the packaging box.

Warranty Service
For any non-artificial performance failure of the
recorder under normal use condition, the consumer
of Mobvoi AI Recorder enjoys three-guarantee
services as of the date of procurement.
1. For any performance failure within 7 days after
procurement, the consumer may return, exchange or
repair the recorder.
2. For any performance failure within 15 days after
procurement, the consumer may exchange or repair
the recorder.
3. The recorder enjoys 1-year quality warranty as of
the date of procurement.
Three-guarantee service applies if:
The recorder is not dismantled, repaired, maintained
or modified without permission;
The recorder is not running in abnormal environment
(such as special environment with high magnetic
fields, strong electric field or high humidity);
The recorder is damaged due to violation against the
user’s manual;
The recorder has collision, falling and bending due to
improper storage, or faults and major deformations
due to liquid leakage in humid places.
The consumer should show the valid invoices and
three-guarantee voucher to enjoy the 3-guarantee
policies.
Three-guarantee service does not apply and
paid repairing is provided if:
1. The recorder is damaged due to improper use,
maintenance and storage of consumer;
2. The recorder is damaged due to unauthorized
dismantling;
3. The consumer fails to show the three-guarantee
voucher and valid invoice;

4. The model of product on three-guarantee voucher
is inconsistent or modified;
5. The recorder is damaged by Force Majeure.
After-sales service does not apply in the
following cases and the recorder has no quality
problems:
The customer is unsatisfied with the recorder’s
performance;
The customer is unsatisfied with the battery life,
compatibility, color, appearance and shape of the
recorder’s battery;
The recorder has normal wear and aging;
The attached charging wire is damaged and its color
and material have decay.
