TOWER BOOT DRYER
The Tower Boot Dryer circulates a light, warm breeze to effectively dry gear from the inside
without risk of damage. It is not designed to force a powerful current of hot air like a hair dryer.
FIRST USE
Locate the folding feet inside the packaging. Install the feet onto the bottom four corners of the
appliance by pushing the foot into position facing inwards, then rotating outwards. The feet may
later be folded inwards to reduce size for storage and transportation.
NORMAL OPERATION
1. Plug the Tower Boot Dryer into a standard household 120 v electrical outlet.
2. To expand the towers as desired, press the buttons on the side of the tower, then pull the
tower upwards and release the buttons. The towers will automatically click and lock into their
extended position. To collapse the towers, reverse the process.
3. Slide garments onto the towers, taking care not to restrict air flow at the bottom of the towers
or block air flow into the blower assembly.
4. To use with heat, ensure the heat selector switch adjacent to the timer knob is set to the on
position (up). To use without heat, set the selector switch to the off position (down).
5. To turn on the boot dryer and set the time, turn the timer knob clockwise all the way on to
the 180 minute mark, then turn it back counter-clockwise to the desired time. In this way, the
appliance can be set to run from 30 minutes to 180 minutes (3 hours). At the end of the time,
the boot dryer will automatically turn itself off.
MAINTENANCE
Clean the outer surface of the boot dryer with a damp cloth and mild soap. Never allow liquid to
enter the inside of the appliance.
TIPS FOR USE
• When placing gear on the drying towers, ensure that air circulation is not closed off.
• Smaller footwear and garments will dry faster than larger items.
• Large boots fit best on the expanded rear towers, with toes pointing out to the sides.
• Drying time depends on how wet the gear is, as well as the humidity in the air.
• In order to ensure accuracy when setting the timer, be sure to the turn the timer dial clockwise
to 180 minutes first, then back counter-clockwise to the desired time.
