Questa apparecchiatura, prima di lasciare la fabbrica, è stata collaudata e
messa a punto da personale esperto e specializzato in modo da dare i
migliori risultati di funzionamento. Ogni riparazione o messa a punto che si
rendesse in seguito necessaria deve essere fatta con la massima cura ed
attenzione. Per questo motivo raccomandiamo di rivolgerVi sempre al
Concessionario che ha effettuato la vendita o al nostro Centro di Assistenza
più vicino, specificando il tipo di inconveniente ed il modello di
apparecchiatura in Vostro possesso. Ricordate inoltre che i ricambi originali
si trovano solo presso i nostri Centri di Assistenza Tecnica. Non lasciare
incustoditi i residui dell’imballo ma, sia per la sicurezza dei bambini che per la
salvaguardia dell’ambiente, destinarli ad un centro di raccolta differenziato.
Il simbolo sul prodotto o sulla confezione indica che il prodotto non
deve essere considerato come un normale rifiuto domestico, ma deve essere
portato nel punto di raccolta appropriato per il riciclaggio di apparecchiature
elettriche ed elettroniche. Provvedendo a smaltire in modo adeguato questo
prodotto si contribuisce ad evitare potenziali conseguenze negative per

Avvertenze generali IT
Gentile Cliente,
La ringraziamo per la preferenza accordata al nostro prodotto. L’uso di
questa apparecchiatura è facile; prima di installarla ed utilizzarla è però
necessario leggere attentamente questo libretto. In esso potrà trovare le
corrette indicazioni per l’ottimale installazione, utilizzazione e
manutenzione del prodotto.
•E’ molto importante che questo libretto istruzioni sia conservato assieme
all’apparecchiatura in caso di trasferimento ad altra persona.
•Questo apparecchio è stato concepito per l’utilizzo non professionale
da parte di privati all’interno di abitazioni. Deve essere utilizzato da
persone adulte consapevoli, si raccomanda quindi di non far
avvicinare bambini con l’intento di giocarvi. Durante l’utilizzo
l’apparecchiatura può essere sottoposta ad un sensibile
riscaldamento delle parti frontali accessibili.
•Sorvegliare bambini e persone non autosufficienti per tutto il tempo
di utilizzo in modo che non tocchino superfici calde e non stiano nei
pressi dell’apparecchio funzionante.
•L’installazione del prodotto deve essere eseguita da installatori competenti
e qualificati a conoscenza delle norme di installazione in vigore.
•Prima della manutenzione o pulizia disinserire elettricamente l’apparecchio
e attendere il raffreddamento.
•Prima di togliere le pentole si consiglia di spegnere il relativo elemento
riscaldante.
•Il cavo di alimentazione dell’apparecchio non deve essere sostituito
dall’utente. Per la sostituzione rivolgersi esclusivamente a personale
qualificato.
•Al verificarsi di una anche minima incrinatura sulla superficie del piano in
vetroceramica disinserire immediatamente l’alimentazione elettrica.
•Si raccomanda di non depositare sulle superfici calde fogli di alluminio,
recipienti in plastica o comunque materiale deperibile con il calore. Non
utilizzare la superficie in vetroceramica come base di appoggio per even-
tuali oggetti.
Questo prodotto è destinato alla cottura e al riscaldamento dei cibi, non
utilizzarlo per altri scopi.

•Per la pulizia non utilizzare getti di vapore.
•Per eventuali interventi di riparazione rivolgersi sempre ad un Centro di
Assistenza Tecnica autorizzato ed esigere ricambi originali. Le riparazioni
effettuate da personale non competente possono arrecare danni.
•Si possono utilizzare anche recipienti in vetro, porcellana e acciaio a
condizione che abbiano un fondo molto piatto. Si consiglia di utilizzare
recipienti di diametro adeguato a quello delle zone cottura. Non utilizzare
recipienti con diametro inferiore a quello della zona cottura e non
accendere le zone cottura senza recipienti.
•Fare attenzione a non disporre sulle superfici riscaldanti pentole con fondo
instabile o deformato al fine di evitare incidenti per rovesciamento o
trabocco di liquido. Non accendere le zone cottura senza recipienti.
Questa apparecchiatura é conforme alle Direttive:
- 2006/95/CE (apparecchi in bassa tensione)
- 2004/108/CE (compatibilità elettromagnetica)
- 89/109/CE (parti destinate al contatto con le vivande)
- 2002/96/CE (RAEE)
•L'apparecchio non è destinato a essere messo in funzione per mezzo di un
temporizzatore esterno oppure di un sistema di comando a distanza

Nella zona comandi del piano, in base al modello, sono presenti i
seguenti dispositivi per il funzionamento dei singoli elementi riscaldanti:
Simbolo ON/OFF – Attiva e disattiva il piano cottura
Simbolo di selezione della zona di cottura
Simbolo di selezione della zona cottura e incremento regolazioni
Simbolo per incremento regolazioni
Simbolo per diminuzione regolazioni
Simbolo zona estesa
Prima di collegare il piano alla rete elettrica assicurarsi che l’area comandi sia
sgombra e pulita. A collegamento avvenuto i display delle zone comandi si
accendono brevemente.
Accensione delle zone cottura:
Prima di poter accendere le zone cottura è necessario attivare il piano
toccando il simbolo ON/OFF, i display mostrano “0” o “H”. Il piano resta attivo
circa 20 secondi entro i quali è possibile accendere le zone cottura. Scegliere
la zona da accendere toccando il relativo simbolo ed entro dieci secondi
toccare o il simbolo “+” o il simbolo “-“.
Toccando il simbolo “+”il display propone la regolazione “1” con possibilità, di
aumentare la regolazione fino a un massimo di “9”.
Toccando il simbolo “-”il display propone la regolazione “9” con possibilità di
diminuire la regolazione fino a un minimo di “1”. La regolazione su 0spegne la
zona cottura.
Funzione Boost “A” (se presente):
Con la funzione Boost la zona cottura viene portata alla massima potenza per
un determinato tempo (vedere tabella) per proseguire automaticamente sulla
posizione scelta. Si attiva toccando il simbolo “+” in posizione 9 ed è indicata
dall’alternarsi del numero e della lettera A. Una volta attivata la funzione Boost
è possibile modificare la regolazione da 9 a 1.
Zona estesa (se presente):
La zona estesa si accende contemporaneamente alla rispettiva zona interna
(si illumina un puntino posto in fianco al simbolo della relativa zona). Per
spegnerla agire invece sul simbolo zona estesa.
Note:
La regolazione delle singole zone cottura è possibile solo dopo la loro
selezione. In base alla regolazione hanno intervalli di funzionamento differenti
(vedere tabella).

Il simbolo “H” indica che la zona cottura corrispondente è ancora calda. Nel
caso di mancanza di corrente elettrica il simbolo “H” si spegne, in tale
circostanza porre la massima attenzione alle zone ancora calde. Con il
simbolo “H” presente è sempre possibile accendere nuovamente la zona
cottura.
Spegnimento delle zone cottura:
Per spegnere la singola zona cottura selezionarla, portare la regolazione sullo
zero o toccare contemporaneamente i relativi simboli “-” e “+”.
Per spegnere tutte le zone cottura toccare il simbolo ON/OFF.
Le zone cottura, in base alla regolazione, hanno un tempo massimo di utilizzo
dopo il quale si spengono automaticamente (vedere tabella) e viene
visualizzato il simbolo “H”.
Blocco tasti:
Avvertenza:
Nel caso uno o più comandi in sequenza non corretta vengano eseguiti per più
di dieci secondi il piano entra in modalità errore, le zone cottura vengono
spente automaticamente, viene visualizzato il simbolo “ER03” lampeggiante e
viene emesso un segnale acustico per 10 secondi circa. Una volta rimossa la
causa dell’errore (ad esempio della sporcizia o un oggetto appoggiato sulla
zona comandi) le segnalazioni, visiva ed acustica, si disattivano ed il piano
torna ad essere utilizzabile.
Nel caso vengano visualizzati altri codici di errore, e restino presenti dopo il
raffreddamento dell’apparecchio, sarà necessario contattare l’assistenza
Tecnica.

Il blocco è attivabile solo con le zone cottura spente.
Per inserirlo: attivare il piano, agire contemporaneamente sui simboli e
fino al segnale acustico poi ancora sul simbolo . Si accendono
momentaneamente una serie di “L”, il blocco è attivato e i comandi sono
bloccati.
Per disinserirlo: attivare il piano, agire contemporaneamente sui simboli e
fino al segnale acustico e poi sul simbolo .
Se impostato, in caso di mancanza di tensione al ritorno della stessa il blocco
rimarrà inserito.

Manutenzione e pulizia IT
Manutenzione e pulizia
Prima di ogni operazione disinserire elettricamente l’apparecchiatura.
Dopo ogni utilizzo, una volta raffreddato, pulire il piano di cottura eliminando
anche i piccoli residui che in caso di riaccensione possono diventare
irremovibili.
Utilizzare soltanto prodotti adeguati, evitando pagliette, spugne abrasive e
detergenti in polvere in quanto tali prodotti possono graffiare la superficie del
vetro.
Non sono idonei spray per la pulizia dei forni in quanto aggressivi e dannosi
per la superficie del vetro.
Lievi residui possono essere rimossi con un panno umido o con acqua calda
saponata.
Aloni derivanti dal sapone vanno rimossi con acqua che va asciugata con un
panno morbido.
Macchie di calcare, causate da fuoriuscita di liquidi in ebollizione dai
recipienti, vanno rimosse con aceto, limone o un prodotto anticalcare.
Eliminare residui di detergente in quanto, al successivo riscaldamento,
possono diventare aggressivi per il vetro.
Per le incrostazioni resistenti e
indurite si consiglia l’utilizzo di un
raschietto per vetri con lama metallica
facilmente reperibile sul mercato (vedi
figura).
Per la pulizia non utilizzare getti di
vapore.
Per porre rimedio ad eventuali anomalie di funzionamento rivolgersi a
personale qualificato.

Collegamento elettrico
Il collegamento elettrico deve essere effettuato solamente da personale
qualificato a conoscenza delle norme di installazione in vigore.
L’apparecchio è predisposto per il funzionamento in corrente alternata, alla
tensione indicata sulla targhetta “dati caratteristici” riportata a fine libretto e
sul prodotto (vedere anche l’eventuale schema di collegamento sul prodotto).
Nel caso di collegamento diretto alla rete, è necessario interporre tra
l’apparecchio e la rete un interruttore omnipolare con apertura minima tra i
contatti di almeno 3 mm dimensionato al carico e nel rispetto delle normative
in vigore. Il filo di terra giallo/verde non deve essere interrotto da tale
interruttore.
Il cavo di alimentazione deve essere H05RR-F e deve essere posizionato in
modo che in nessun punto possa raggiungere una temperatura superiore di
50°C a quella ambiente.
Prima di effettuare il collegamento controllare che l’impianto di alimentazione
sia munito di collegamento di terra efficace e rispondente alle normative in
vigore e che la presa di corrente o l’interruttore omnipolare sia facilmente
raggiungibile ad apparecchio installato.
Il produttore declina ogni responsabilità nel caso le norme in vigore non
vengano rispettate.
Il conduttore di terra (giallo/verde) collegato al morsetto del prodotto deve
essere più lungo degli altri.

Istruzioni per l’incasso nei mobili
L’apparecchio può essere incassato in tutti i tipi di mobili le cui pareti
resistano ad una sovratemperatura di almeno 65 °C oltre a quella ambiente
(EN 60335 - 2 - 6). Evitare di installarlo in prossimità di materiali infiammabili
ad esempio tendaggi, canovacci, ecc.

Posizionare sul perimetro del piano l’apposita guarnizione sigillante (in
dotazione) avendo cura che le estremità combacino senza sormontarsi.
Introdurre il piano nell’apertura del mobile curandone la centratura.
Fissare il piano al mobile con le apposite staffe di fissaggio.
Avvertenze
L’eventuale presenza di un pensile al di sopra del piano di cottura deve
prevedere una distanza minima dal top di 600 mm. Per evitare eccessivi
surriscaldamenti, anche in assenza di un forno sottostante, é necessario
prevedere un settore di separazione, almeno della dimensione del foro di
incasso.

repair or adjustment that may subsequently be necessary must be done with

specifying the type of problem and the model of appliance in your
possession. Please also remember that the original spare parts are available
only at our Technical Service Centres. Do not leave the waste from the
packaging unguarded but, both for the safety of children and for the
protection of the environment, dispose of it at a centre for differentiated
waste collection.
The symbol on the product or on the packaging indicates that the
product must not be considered normal household waste, but must be taken
to the appropriate point of collection for recycling electrical and electronic
appliances. The correct disposal of this product contributes to avoiding

Dear Customer,
Thank you for your preference for our product. This appliance is easy to
use. Before installing and using it, however, please read this booklet
carefully. It contains the correct indications for optimal installation, use
and maintenance of the product.
•It is very important to keep this instruction booklet together with the
appliance in the event that it is transferred to another person.
•This appliance has been designed for non-professional use by
private individuals in homes. It must therefore be used by adults
aware of potential dangers and children should not be allowed to
approach it with the intention of playing. During use, the appliance
may be subject to significant heating of the accessible front parts.
•Watch over children and people who are not auto-sufficient for all the
time the hob is on so that they do not touch the hot surface and are
not near the appliance when it is on.
•The product must be installed by competent and qualified fitters aware of
the regulations on installation currently in force.
•Before maintenance or cleaning, disconnect the appliance electrically and
wait for it to cool down.
•Before removing pans, the relative heating element should be switched off.
•The power cable of the appliance must not be replaced by the user. For
replacement, contact qualified personnel only.
•If even only a minimum crack appears on the surface of the glass ceramic
hob, immediately disconnect the electricity.
•Do not place aluminium foil, plastic containers or any material that
perishes with hear on the hot surfaces. Do not use the glass ceramic as a
base to support other objects.
•Do not use jets of vapour for cleaning.
•This product is for cooking and heating food. Do not use it for other
purposes.

they have a very flat base. Containers with a suitable diameter for that of
the cooking areas should be used. Do not use containers with a smaller
diameter than that of the cooking area and do not switch on the cooking

heating surfaces in order to avoid accidences by spillage or overflowing of
fluids. Do not switch on the cooking areas without containers.

Depending on the model, the following symbols for operating the
individual heating elements are located in the zone where the hob
controls are situated:
ON/OFF symbol – Turns the hob on and off
Symbol for selecting the cooking zone
Symbol for selecting the cooking zone and increasing the settings
Symbol for increasing the settings
Symbol for decreasing the settings
Double zone symbol
Make sure that the area with the controls is clean and unobstructed before
connecting the hob to the electricity main. The displays in the control zone will
come on briefly once the hob has been connected.
How to turn on the cooking zones:
Before the cooking zones can be switched on, the hob must be powered by
touching the ON/OFF symbol. “0” or “H” will appear on the displays. The hob
will remain activated for about 20 seconds, during which the cooking zones
can be switched on. Select the zone you require by touching the relative
symbol, then touch symbol “+” or symbol “-“ within ten seconds.
When you touch symbol “+”, setting “1” will appear on the display. This can be
increased up to setting “9”.
When you touch symbol “-”, setting “9” will appear on the display. This can be
decreased down to setting “1”. Setting 0turns off the cooking zone.
Boost function “A” (if available):
The Boost function raises the cooking zone to maximum power for a certain
period of time (see table), after which it automatically switches to the selected
setting. The Boost function is activated by touching the “+” symbol in position 9
and is indicated by the alternating number and the letter A. The setting can be
adjusted from 9 to 1 once the Boost function has been activated.
Notes:
The cooking zones can only be regulated after they have been selected. The
time ranges differ, depending on the settings (see table).
Double zone (if available):
The double zone function is powered contemporary to the respective internal
part of the cooking zone (the red dot alongside the symbol of the relative zone
will come on). Use the double zone symbol to switch off the external zone.

The “H” symbol means that the corresponding cooking zone is still hot. In a
power failure, the “H” symbol will go out. If this happens, take the greatest care
as the zones will still be hot. The cooking zone can always be turned on again
when the “H” symbol is on.
How to turn off the cooking zones:
Turn off the individual cooking zone by selecting it, then turn the setting to zero
or touch the relative “-” and “+” symbols together.
Touch the (ON-OFF) symbol to turn off all the cooking zones.
Depending on their settings, the cooking zones have a maximum operating
time after which they switch off automatically (see table) and the “H” symbol
appears.
Key lock:
Warning:
If one or more controls in an incorrect sequence are used for more than ten
seconds, the hob will access the error mode. The cooking zones will be
automatically switched off, the “ER03” symbol will flash and a buzzer will ring
for approx. 10 seconds. Once the cause of the error has been eliminated (e.g.
dirt, or an object placed over the control zone), the visual and acoustic signals
will de-activate and the hob can be used again.
Call the Technical assistance service if other error codes appear and remain
after the appliance has cooled.

The lock can only be activated when the cooking zones are off.
To activate the lock: switch on the hob. Touch symbols and at the
same time until the buzzer activates, then touch symbol again. A series of
letters “L” will light up briefly. The lock has now been activated and the
controls are blocked.
To de-activate the lock: switch on the hob. Touch symbols and at the
same time until the buzzer activates, then touch symbol .
If activated, the lock will remain in the activated condition when the power
returns after a blackout.

Maintenance and cleaning
Before each operation, disconnect the appliance from the mains.
After each use, when cool, clean the hob eliminating even the small residues
which,when the hob is switched on again,can become impossible to remove.
Only use suitable products, avoiding steel wool pads, abrasive sponges and
powder detergents as these products can scratch the surface of the glass.
Sprays to clean ovens are not suitable as they are aggressive and damaging
for the surface of the glass.
Slight residue can be removed with a damp cloth or with hot soapy water.
Ring marks from soap can be removed with water which must be dried using
a soft cloth.
Marks of scale, caused by boiling liquids overflowing from the containers,
are removed with vinegar, lemon or an anti-scale product.
Eliminate residues of detergent as, the next time they heat up, they could
become aggressive for the glass.
For resistant and hardened
incrustations we recommend using
a scrape for windows with a metallic
blade which can easily be found on
the market (see figure).
Do not use jets of steam for cleaning.
To remedy any anomalies of functioning, please contact qualified personnel.

Electric connection
The appliance must be connected electrically only by qualified personnel
aware of the current regulations on installation in force.
The appliance is ready for operating in alternating current, at the voltage
shown on the “characteristic data” plate shown at the end of the booklet and
on the product (also see any connection diagram on the product).
In the case of connection directly to the mains, an omnipolar switch must be
placed between the appliance and the mains with a minimum opening
between the contacts of at least 3 mm dimensioned to the load and in the
respect of the regulations currently in force. The yellow/green earth wire must
not be interrupted by this switch.
The power supply cable must be H05RR-F and must be positioned in such a
way that at no point can a temperature 50°C above ambient temperature be
reached.
Before making the connection, check that the power circuit has an effective
earthing that meets regulations in force and that the socket or the omnipolar
switch is easily reached when the appliance is installed.
The manufacturer declines all liability in the event that the regulations in
force are not respected.
The earth cable (yellow/green) connected to the product’s terminal must
be longer than the others.

The appliance can be fitted into all types of units the walls of which resist an
extra temperature of at least 65° C above the ambient temperature (EN
60335 - 2 - 6). Avoid installing it near inflammable materials, for example
curtains, cloths etc.

Position the special sealing trim (supplied) on the perimeter of the hob, taking
care that the ends meet without overlapping.
Introduce the hob into the opening of the unit, taking care to centre it.
Fix the hob to the unit with the special fixing brackets.
Warnings
Any presence of a cupboard above the hob must have a minimum distance
from the top of 600 mm. In order to avoid excessive overheating, even in the
absence of an oven underneath, a sector of separation is necessary to avoid
excessive overheating, at least of the dimension of the fitting bolts.
