1. Removethecartonboxandtheplascbag.
2. Make sure that the machine is intact and has not been damaged
during transport.
3. Disposeofanypackagingmaterialsproperly,keepanythatyou
may need for future moves.

2. Forimprovedvenlaon,maintainadistanceof10in.
between the unit and walls or other obstacles. Increase the

Inordertoobtainahomogeneousmix,theproductwillneed
tobepre-mixedbeforebeingaddedtothemachine.Followthe
manufacturer’srecommendaonsformixing.
Ready-to-Use & Pre-Mixed Concentrates
1. Turn the machine OFF and unplug from power supply.
2. Pourliquidintothebowl.(Fig.2)
3. DO NOT pour below the MIN Level.
4. DO NOT pour above the MAX Level.
1. PosiontheBeverageTypeControlSwitchtoI(Slush/FrozenCreamMode).
2. PosiontheSpiralBladeSwitchtoI(ON).
3. Waitforthemixturetofreezeandtestconsistency.
Ifconsistencyisgood,connuetostep5.Ifnot,connuetostep4.
4. ThicknessControlKnobisfoundbehindthebackpanelofthemachine.
Themachineissetforopmalslushthicknessbythefactory,turnthescrew
LtoRtoincreasethickness,RtoLtodecreasethickness.(Fig.3)
5. Dispensethebeveragebypullingthetaplever.(Fig.5)
1. PosiontheBeverageTypeControlSwitchtoII(ColdDrinkMode).
2. PosiontheSpiralBladeSwitchto0(OFF).
3. Theopmaldrinktemperaturehasbeensetbythefactory.
UsetheThermostatControltoadjustthetemperatureofthedrink.
4. Tosettemperature,openthetransparentscreenonthefrontpanelbelowthe
bowl and turn the Thermostat Screw.
5. Dispensethebeveragebypullingthetaplever.(Fig.5)
Inordertoobtainaslushconsistency,themixturemusthavea
minimumsugarcontentof13°BRIX(13gsugarto100gsoluon).
Alowerconcentraonmaydamagethespiralbladesandgearmotors.
Prepare the product separately before proceeding.
It is recommended to maintain a product level above the cylinder evaporators
forconsistentcooling.(Fig.4)
Beforeusingthemachine,allfoodcontactsurfacesandcomponentsmustbecleaned
andsanizedinaccordancetotheWashing&Sanizingseconofthismanual.
Over-icingandspiralbladejammingcan
becausedbythewrongthicknessseng.

to catch pieces as they are released.

remove from the bowl.
1. Removethe(2)FrontFixingKnobsbyunscrewingthem
counter-clockwise.(Fig.8)
2. Remove the bowl from its seat. (Fig.9)
3. Gently pull on the spiral blades to remove from the cylindrical
evaporators.(Fig.10)
4. GentlypullontheSpiralBladeGaskettoremove.(Fig.11)
5. Gently pull on the Bowl Gasket to remove. (Fig.12)
1. Liupwardandthenawayfromthemachinetounseatthehooks.
2. Wash with warm water and dry.
3. Re-insert the hooks into their holes and push down.
The machine must be turned OFF and unplugged
from the power source before cleaning.

Tomaintainhealthstandardsandproductquality,themachineshouldbecleanedasoenaspossible.
Regularmaintenanceofthecondenserensuresthequalityoftheproductandeciencyofthemachine.
This cleaning should be performed at least once a month.
Sanizingmustbedonebeforetheinialuseofthe
machineorifitisnotusedforanextendedperiodofme.
• Fillabasinwithlukewarmwater(Approx.104°F)and
aneutraldetergentsuitableforplascitems.
• DONOTuseabrasivepowderswhichmightaect
the bowl’s transparancy.
• Washallcomponents(exceptthelid)inthebasin.
• DO NOT wash the lid by dipping in water. Doing so
may damage electric components.
• Useawet,socloth.
• Rinse all parts carefully with clean lukewarm water to
remove any residual soap.
• Dryallpartswithasocloth.
• Ifthemachinewillnotbeinuseforanextended
period,coverandkeepitawayfromdust.
• Remove the back panel by unscrewing the 4 screws.
• Useasoanddrybrushtoremovethedustfromthe
condenserns.
• Whencleaningiscomplete,replacethebackpanel
with the 4 screws.
• Removethelesidestainlesssteelpanelby
unscrewingtheFixingKnob(A)asshown.
• Useasoanddrybrushtoremovethedustfromthe
condenserns.
• Whencleaningiscomplete,replacethesidepanel
withtheFixingKnob(A).
• Followwashinginstrucons.
• Makeasoluonoflukewarmwater(Approx.104°F)
andhypochlorite(bleach)witha10gto1Lrao.
• Useasoclothorbrushtoapplythesoluon
to all components.
• Rinse all parts carefully with clean lukewarm water
toremoveanyresidualsoluon.
• Dryallpartswithasocloth.
DO NOT wash any components of the machine in the dishwasher.

REPLACING THE LID LIGHT
Aercleaning,itisnecessarytorunarinsecyclebeforeloadingproduct.
Whenthemachineisnolongerofuse,disposeofitproperly.Orifslloperaonal,sellothroughan
authorizedorganizaonorcompany.
1. Fill the bowl with clean water to the MAX Fill Line.
2. TurntheMainPowerSwitchON(I).
3. TurntheSpiralBladeON(I).
4. Let the machine run for 5 minutes.
5. Empty the bowl through the Dispensing Tap.
6. TurntheMainPowerSwitchOFF(0).
7. Useasotoweltodrytheinsideofthebowl.
1. Thecoolingperformanceofthemachineisinuencedby:
-Externaltemperature
-Inialproducttemperature
- Sugar percentage in the product
-Thickness/Temperaturesengs
2. Inordertoreducestartupme,itisstronglyrecommendedthatyounotllthe
bowl with warm or room temperature products. It is recommended to chill the
product beforehand.
3. Whenrellingortoppingoaproduct,itishighlyrecommendedthatyouchill
the added product beforehand.
4. Iftheproductisamixtureofwaterandconcentrate,itneedstobemixedbefore
adding to the bowl.
1. Removethelidfromthebowl.(Fig.23)
2. Unscrewthe(2)topscrewssecuringthetoptothelidbase.
3. Replace the bulb only with a genuine spare part.
4. Securethetoptothebasewiththe(2)topscrews.
5. Reaachlidtobowl.

6 Month Replacement Warranty
Select units are eligible for a replacement warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. It warrants to the original purchaser
ofnewNarvonBeverageEquipmentunits(andallpartsthereof),thatsuchequipmentwillbefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship.
Narvonequipmentinstalledin/onafoodtruckortrailerwillbelimitedtoaperiodof30Daysfromtheoriginaldateofpurchase.Narvon
reservestherighttoapproveordenytherepairorreplacementofanypartorrepairrequest.
NarvonBeverageEquipmentwillnotwarrantcoverageforcomponentfailureorotherdamagesthatariseunderthefollowingcondions:
• Failuretoinstalland/orusetheunitwithinproperoperangcondionsspeciedbyNarvonBeverageEquipment.
• Failuretoproperlymaintaintheunit.Thisincludes,butisnotlimitedto,basicpreventavemaintenancelikecleaningthe
condensercoiloroperaonalexpectaons,suchaskeepingtheunitadequatelylledwithproduct.
• Installaoninnon-commercialorresidenalapplicaons.
• Products sold or used outside of the United States.
• Any damage that occurs as a result of negligence or improper handling.
• Overloadingorimproperloadingoftheunitinamannerthatpreventsproperairow.
Addionally,noclaimscanbemadeagainstthiswarrantyforspoilageofproducts,lossofsalesorprots,oranyotherconsequenaldamages.
Normalweartypeparts,suchaslightbulbsandgaskets,arenotincludedinwarrantycoverage.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover:
This warranty is only valid on equipment purchased from an authorized dealer.
Failure to contact Narvon Beverage Equipment prior to obtaining equipment service may void your warranty.
ThisstatestheexclusiveremedyagainstNarvonrelangtotheproduct(s)whetherincontractorintortorunderanyotherlegaltheory,and
whetherarisingoutofwarranes,representaons,instrucon,installaon,ordefectsfromanycause.Narvonshallnotbeheldliablewhether
incontractorintortorunderanyotherlegaltheory,forlossofrevenueorprot,orforanysubstuteuseorperformance,orforincidental,
indirect,specialorconsequenaldamages,orforanyotherlossorcostofsimilartype,includingwithoutlimitaon,lossesordamagesarising
