Cleaning - Unplug the TV from the power outlet before cleaning. Do not use liquid, abrasive, or
aerosol cleaners. Cleaners can permanently damage the cabinet and screen. Use a lightly dampened
cloth for cleaning.

Installation
Installing the Stand
CAUTION
Be sure to disconnect the A/C power cord before installing a stand or Wall-Mount
brackets.
The LED display is very fragile, and must be protected at all times when installing
the base stand. Be sure that no hard or sharp object, or anything that could scratch
or damage the LED display, comes into contact with it. DO NOT exert pressure on
the front of the TV at any time because the screen could crack.
1. Carefully place your TV facedown on a soft, flat surface to prevent damage to the
TV or scratching to the screen.
2. Remove the 2 stands from the accessory bag and then insert the stands into the
bottom slots of the TV.
3. Secure the BASE STAND to the TV with the 4 screws in accessory tightly.

· Make sure the wall outlet is working & Check if there is a problem in the wall outlet by
connecting other products
· Use of sub-standard batteries in TV remote may lead to leakage and permanent damage to
remote. Remove batteries from remote if not using it for long time.

1.No image display and no sound is produced
· Check if the batteries are drained out (leakage, spring rusty)
· Check the remote control sensor on the product and try again
2.Cannot control the TV with remote control
· Clean the transmission window located on the top of the remote control.
3.TV turns off suddenly
· Make sure your connected devices are powered on.
· Check if there is any obstacle between the product and the remote control
· Check the power control settings. The power supply may be interrupted
· Check if there is no signal from external device (STB/DVD/Blu-ray player)
4.TV Cleaning
· Make sure the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the wall outlet and the TV.
· Try pressing the POWER button on the TV to make sure the problem is not the remote. If the
TV turns on, refer to “The remote control does not work” below.
· Set your external devices' (Cable/Set top Box, DVD, Blu-ray etc) video outputs to match the
connections to the TV input. For example, if an external device's output is HDMI, it should be
connected to an HDMI input on the TV.
· TV will turn off automatically after 15/30/45/60/90/120/240 mins when sleep timer is enabled
· Check for electrical supply interruption (Switch, Fuse, MCB, etc.,)
· While cleaning the TV screen, unplug the power and wipe it with a soft cloth.
· Check for IR interference from other devices like CCFL, Tube light, etc.,
· Applying excessive force may cause scratches or discoloration.
· Do not spray water or cleaner directly on to the TV screen
· Make sure to spray just enough of water or cleaner on to a dry cloth to wipe the screen
· Make sure to wipe off excess water or cleaner by the cloth
5.Factory Reset
· Follow the below path for TV Setting reset.
· Be sure to select the TV's correct source by pressing the SOURCE button on the TV remote.

Cracking Sound •
Cracking sound coming from TV in ON or OFF conditions
is not a problem or defect. This sound is generated by thermal
contraction & Expansion of TV Cabinet. This is caused due to
environment changes in Temperature, Humidity. This is
common phenomenon & property of plastic materials

You can play external Bluetooth audio device like Bluetooth headphone, Bluetooth speaker.
Before connecting Bluetooth enable your Bluetooth device.
Step1: Go to setting by pressing setting key in remote.
Step2: Select Bluetooth option.
Step3: Turn on Bluetooth Function.
Step4: Select search for connectable device & press Ok.
Step5: Device found list will show, select your Bluetooth device & press Ok.
Step6: Select pair button & press Ok.
Step7: After connection successful enjoy Bluetooth.
*Note- A short audio or video delay may be seen, its depend on your Bluetooth device.

4. The applications on the Application Store are designed for a wide range of televisions. They may or
may not work with your TV.
(4). If a fixed image displays on the TV screen for a long period of time, it will be imprinted and become
a permanent disfigurement on the screen. This is "image burn" or and not covered by the warranty.
2. The browser(if pre-installed) has been designed to meet the web standards. subsequent updates may
or may not be provided for improvements based on reviews. Also Amstrad does not guarantee a
support for various video/audio/data streaming website available on the web. They may or may not
work with our system.
(2). Files downloaded from the internet some time may not be playable in the LED TV, in case any one
of the above mentioned specification is not met. Please scan USB Multimedia file for viruses and
ensure that it is virus free. In case of virus in the USB Multimedia file, LED TV may develop a problem.
5. The Smart Control Eshare/MaxHubshare Application is designed to work with Most Mobile Devices.
Amstrad shall try with the best of their efforts to provide subsequent updates for the same. However
We Do not Guarantee a Support for all the Mobile Devices present in the market. Also a Subsequent
Firmware Update for a mobile device may or may not be compatible with our application.
7. Special algorithm documents may not be or well be supported by the USB.
1. The smart TV is designed to comply with the most commonly used networks. Amstrad does not
guarantee a connection with the plethora or devices/networks present in commercial use.
(7). "The TFT LED panel uses a panel consisting of sub pixels which requires sophisticated technology to
produce. However, there may be a small number of bright or dark pixels on the screen. These pixels
are normal and will have no impact on the performance of the product.”
6. Amstrad is not responsible for the loss of any personal data when the customer chooses to reset the
TV.
9. Miracast/Kindlink Feature may or may not work flawlessly with your Mobile Device. Amstrad Does
Not Guarantee a support for all the Mobile Devices Present in the Market. Also a Subsequent
Firmware/OS/Android Update may or may not work with our TV Features.
8. The USB supports the format mentioned above, if the file format is not supported, change it to the
given format. Amstrad does not guarantee a support for all the file formats & codec's available in
professional & personal use.

9.None of the employees and or authorized dealers of the company have any authority whatever to vary
the terms and conditions of this warranty.
7.The company's decision on identification of the defects due to faulty / defective spares parts or faulty
workmanship or misuse / abuse shall be fined and you shall agree to abide by such decision.
8.Defective parts / material shall be replaced with functionally working equivalent part / material and
defective part / material will become the property of the company.

M/s. OVOT PRIVATE LIMITED (Herein after referred as OVOT or Company) warrants AMSTRAD
Brand of Television in India to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship within twelve months (12 months) from the date of purchase as provided in the
warranty registration card.
Thank you for purchasing AMSTRAD LED TV. It is under warranty in according with terms and
conditions stated herein.
1. AMSTRAD LED TV and components contained herein are warranted against defective material and
workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
2. The warranty is confined to the first purchase of the AMSTRAD LED TV only and is not
transferable.
3.This warranty only covers television products under AMSTRAD brand, which are sold by OVOT PVT
LTD either directly or through its authorized dealers, distributors or agents. Warranty does not
include all plastic parts and remote control.
4.Warranty period specified above shall include time taken for repairs, replacements, break downs
transit time etc. No notice of expiry period of warranty will be given by the company.
5.This warranty shall automatically be terminated in the event of the said unit being serviced, repaired,
installed, de-installed, re-installed or otherwise attended to be any person or organization or agency
or by the said purchaser himself other than the authorized representative of the company.
6.The purchaser should preserve the original invoice and warranty card for the necessary verification
and produce as and when required.( Product registration by any way is very much important for
claiming the warranty )

follow the normal procedure outlined in the user manual.

c. In event of any unforeseen circumstances there is an unavailability of certain spare parts, prevailing
depreciation rules will be binding on the purchaser to accept as a commercial solution in lieu or
repairs.
For any claim under the warranty is subject to notification to Amstrad or a Amstrad authorized
service centre for the alleged defect within a reasonable time of its occurrence and in no event not
later than expiry of the warranty period.
b. Amstrad obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair or providing replacement or part/
parts only. The maximum claim entertained by Amstrad will be subject to maximum retail price of the
product (led tv) purchased or the purchase price which ever is lower.
5. Other than manufacturing and material defects of the Amstrad product, Amstrad warranty does not
cover any form of damage caused due to any external environment reasons including but not limited to
fire, heavy rains, drought, high input Voltage, flood & other acts of God or other actions beyond the
reasonable control of Amstrad unless the defect was caused directly by defects in materials or
workmanship..
The warranty will not be applicable under the following circumstances:
1. The Warranty shall not be valid if the Amstrad Sticker/Logo on the product is found missing or
tempered.
2. Damaged, scratched or dented plastics/LED TV panel, rubber part, LED cabinet interconnecting cables
or any other physically damaged or burnt parts or products sub-assemblies are not covered under
Amstrad warranty.
3. Physical damage on liquid crystal display (LCD) - cracked, partially or fully broken glass panel on
Amstrad LED TV or damage caused by too much pressure exerted on the LED screen are not covered
under warranty.
4. Water seepage or spillage of food/liquid(water, sweat, beverages, oils etc), missing parts, unauthorized
repairs, unauthorized spare part usage, accident, rat bites, mishandling of product shall not be covered
under Amstrad warranty.
Amstrad will provide warranty service for your Amstrad LED TV panel when there are:
