SAFETY WARNINGS AND NOTICE
Thank you for choosing the NOA Vision SMART LED TV. This
product has been tested during design to ensure that quality and
safety standards have been met. In order to get the best user
experience and to extend the life of your device, please read and
follow these user instrucons carefully.
Save these user instrucons for later use.
INDICATES ACTIONS THAT MAY HARM YOU, OR DAMAGE THE TV

ENSURE PROPER FUNCTION OF THE TV
DO NOT USE THE DEVICE UNDER THE
FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
• Power failure or unstable operang condions
• Abnormal sound or smell from the device
• If the AC power cord is damaged
• If the casing or screen of the device is damaged
• If water or any other liquid enters the TV set
In these cases, unplug the TV
and contact the authorized
service center.
WARNING: In case there is gas leakage in the room, do not
unplug the TV set from the socket as it may cause sparks. Close
the gas valve immediately and open the doors and windows.

• Use only 240V / 60-50Hz power source
• All cables must only be unplugged aer the unit has been
switched o
• Place the device on a at, hard surface or x it to the wall to
avoid injury and damage to the device
• Do not keep the device in the environments with:
1. Direct sunlight, humidity, too high or too low
temperature.
2. Environments containing larger amount of dust or dusted
powders.
3. Flammable or explosive devices
4. Flammable or corrosive gases and liquids.
5. Bathroom, kitchen, outdoor, etc.
• Do not connect the device to a damaged or improper outlet
and ensure that the plug is properly connected to the socket
• Ensure that the plug and socket are clean of metal parcles,
moisture and other impuries
• Protect the power cord from damage
1. Do not modify the power cord
2. If necessary, use only approved adapters for the power
cord region (US/EU, etc.)
3. Do not place heavy objects and furniture on the power
cord
4. Keep the power cord away from heat sources
5. Do not pull the power cord while unplugging.
• Do not connect too many devices to the same (extension)
cable due to re and electric shock hazard.
• Do not let an open ame (such as a lit candle) approach the
TV due to re and electric shock hazard.
• Avoid inserng small objects into the vents of the unit.
• Avoid dripping uid into the vents.
• Do not cover the venlaon openings while the unit is
operang. The slots on the case are designed to release heat
so as to assure that all inside components will not reach
an extra high temperature, and that they are able to work
normally for a long period of me.
DO NOT TOUCH THE ELECTRIC SOCKET WITH WET OR DAMP
HANDS.
TURN OFF THE TV DURING THUNDERSTORMS AND UNPLUG
THE PLUG AND ANTENNA CONNECTOR FROM THEIR SOCKETS.
DO NOT DISASSEMBLE OR REPAIR THE TV UNLESS YOU ARE
AUTHORIZED TO REPAIR IT.
• When transporng the TV, grasp the device by the corners
of the screen and hold it at the boom. Avoid touching the
screen.
• Prolonged viewing of a sll image (for example, a TV channel
logo) may cause so-called Burn-in eect; where the image
remains on the screen even when the TV is o. If the "Burn-in"
eect occurs on your TV set, the repairs are not covered by the
warranty.

ATTENTION
• Do not allow children to climb on the TV set.
• Keep small parts out of reach of children to avoid
swallowing and suocaon.
• Turn o and unplug the TV set from the power socket if
the TV is to be stored for longer periods of me.
• Turn o and unplug the TV set from the power socket
before cleaning it.
• Do not use chemical reagents and prevent uids from
entering into the device. Chemicals can corrosively react
with imprinted labels and wipe them o, or penetrate the
inside of the device and damage it.
• Cleaning with a so and dry cloth or specialized screen
cleaners is recommended.
• When installing the TV on the furniture, disconnect all
wires from the sockets and carefully move the device to
avoid possible falls.
• Avoid pressing the device screen.
• When transporng from a cold to a warm room, and vice
versa, wait a while before turning the unit on, in order to
to avoid short circuing caused by condensaon.
• If liquid or parculate maer leaks from the damaged TV
set onto your skin, rinse with clean water for approx. 15
minutes, then contact your doctor.
• Recommendaons for watching TV:
1. Watch the TV in appropriate lighng.
Poor lighng or long viewing mes can damage your
eyesight.
2. Adjust the volume depending on the environment you
are in. Prolonged exposure to loud sounds can damage
your hearing.
• Unplug the cord from the socket in order to completely
disconnect the device
• If you are using an extension cord with a power switch, check
the cable, sockets, and switches regularly.
• Ensure a rm connecon between the plug and the socket to
prevent sparking. Sparks can cause electric shock and re.
• Technical specicaons in the user manual, instrucons and
packaging are subject to change without noce.

MOUNTING AND CONNECTING
• We recommend installing a TV near the socket for easy
plugging and unplugging.
• For your safety, please choose the appropriate wall mount or
base (stand) when installing the TV.
• To avoid injury, please place the TV set on a at, solid surface
or solid wall.
• Ask qualied personnel to mount your TV on the wall to
avoid device instability.
• Do not place your TV set at any place suscepble to
mechanical vibraon.
• Do not place your TV set in places where insects gather
• Do not place your TV near an air condioner in order to
avoid condensaon. Condensaon may damage your TV set.
• Do not place your TV set in a strong magnec eld zone in
order to avoid EM damage
• Leave enough space around the TV as shown in the
illustraon
• Do not cover the air vents
• Do not insert any object into the enclosure.
• Do not place the device in a conned space (bookshelf,
cabinet, etc.) unless there is adequate venlaon.

Set the TV device at rst, disnguish le and right base and
base installaon front and back direcon, then install base in
boom of the machine back cover as arrow direcon in the
gure, then fasten screws (noce that base module has to be
adjusted at gure status, otherwise it cannot be installed in.)
WARNING
These warnings and instrucons apply while seng up and
moving your TV.
• Do not place the TV on an unstable surface in order to avoid
injury and damage.
• Use only approved pedestals and wall mounts when
mounng the TV.
• Make sure that the base (stand) of the TV is stable and on a
at surface.
• Do not place your TV on high furniture or furniture not
meant to be used as a TV stand.
• Do not place the TV on unaached cover materials (such as a
table top or tablet)
• Educate children about the dangers of climbing onto the TV.

WARNING
When connecng outdoor antenna to signal port of the TV set,
please turn o the main power switch of the TV set rst. Do
not set the outdoor antenna to high voltage mains power line
to avoid electric shock. The wired network antenna connected
to this TV set must be isolated from the protecve grounding,
or else it will cause re or other hazards.
NOTICE:
• USB interfaces support peripheral accessories such as USB
camera, USB mass storage devices, USB devices, keyboards,
controllers, etc.
• When connected to a device that supports the ARC funcon,
please select the HDMI-1 input. (ARC funcon is oponal,
please make sure that it is available on your device)
• The HDMI connector can be connected to external devices
via a DVI adapter
• The peripherals and cables described in this manual are
sold separately
WARNING
• Unplug the TV before connecng the external antenna to the
antenna input
• Avoid placing the TV antenna under, above or near high
voltage wires
• In order to avoid re and other accidents, the external
antenna must be grounded
