Youwill need thismanual for thesafety warnings andprecautions, assembly, operating,
inspection, maintenance andcleaning procedures, partslist and assemblydiagram. Keep
this manual andinvoice in asafe and dryplace for futurereference.
WARNING!
1.Fully assembleand tighten allfasteners. Remember tocheck the standperiodically to
make sure everythingis tight.A loosestand is unstableand may shiftduring use andcause
serious injury.
2.Turntool switch off and disconnectpower before mountingto the stand.
3.Do notadd extra weightto the standduring the operation.
4.Before operating,make sure theentire unit isplaced on asolid, level surface.Serious
injury can occurif tool withstand is unstableand tips.
5.Never standon saw standor use asa ladder orscaffolding.
6.Before use,verify that allparts or componentsof the standare properly installed,free
from damage and/ordeformity,and the mitersaw is firmlymounted to thestand.
7.Before folding,pay attention tothe position ofthe Crimple guide(#13) to avoidany
interference during folding.
8.After folding,be sure toinsert the bolt(#15) into theworking table (#1)and the rear
supporting stand (#5).
9.During operation,be sure toinsert the bolt(#15) into therear supporting stand(#5).
10.Keep workarea clean. Clutterinvites accidents.
11.Always wear safetyglasses when operatingthe miter saw
12.Do notmodify the mitersaw stand inany manner oruse the standfor any purposeother
than its intendedpurpose.
ASSEMBLY
1.Assemble thewheel (#7) ontothe wheel shaft(#10) and affix to supportstand (#3).
2.Insert theBottom stand (#4)into the pipeof front supportingstand (#3). Screwit by the
handlebar (#22).
3.Release thebolt (#15), andfully spread thestand.
4.Insert theExtension Rod (#9)into the pipeof the workingtable (#1).
5.Insert theIdler wheel (#11) into thepipe of theExtension Rod (#9).
6.Fix theCrimple guide (#13)onto the workingtable (#1).
OPERATION
1.Per thehole size ofyour miter saw, adjust thedistance between twoCrimple guide (#13).
So does twobolts (#15) onthe crimple guide(#13). Fix yourmiter saw ontothe Crimple
guide (#13).
2.Adjust theworking length throughthe Extension Rod(#9) & theheight through theIdler
wheel (#11) if neededduring the operation.
