General
Intended use
The Prazza golf ball finder is intended for use on the golf course
only and should never be used inside the home or any other
enclosed environment.The appliance is designed specifically to
locate lost golf balls. Any other use is strictly prohibited.
General safety rules

appliance.
- Failure to follow the warnings and instructions can result in
electric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
- Retain this manual for future reference.
- Do not disassemble the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance in restricted areas.
•Use your charger (B) only to charge the appliance.
•Replace defective charge cables immediately.
•Do not expose the charger (B) to water.
•Do not open the charger (B).
•Always check that the mains voltage corresponds to the
voltage on the rating plate.

Your Prazza Warranty
All Prazza products are designed and manufactured to high standards
and deliver high-quality performance, ease of use and ease of
installation. In case you encounter any difficulties while installing or
using your product, we recommend you to first consult the operating
instructions or the information in the Frequently Asked Questions
(FAQ) section of the Prazza website (www.prazza.com).
If your product turns out to be defective, Prazza will arrange to repair
or replace the product as per the warranty terms in the country where
you purchased the product. The warranty begins on the day you
purchase the product from an authorized retailer and ends at the term
of the warranty period. If any defect due to faulty materials and/or
workmanship occurs within the warranty period, Prazza will arrange
to repair or replace the product at its expense. In case of replacement
of the product, the warranty start date is the date of purchase of the
original product. The Prazza warranty applies, provided the product
has been handled properly for its intended use, in accordance with the
operating instructions.
This international Prazza warranty does neither affect your consumer
statutory rights under applicable local Laws, nor your rights against
the seller arising from your purchase transaction.
The warranty does not cover for the losses consequent in nature,
including but not limited to loss of data or loss of business.
The Prazza warranty does not apply if:
•The purchase documents have been altered in any way or made
illegible.
•The model number and/or serial number on the product have been
altered, removed or made illegible.
•Repairs or product modifications and alterations have been carried out
by unauthorized service organizations or persons.
•The defect is caused by abuse or misuse of the product or by
environmental conditions that are not in conformance with the
recommended operations of the product.
•The defect is caused due to connected peripherals, additional
equipment or accessories others than those recommended by Prazza.

•Damage is caused by accidents including but not limited to lightning,
abnormal voltage, water or fire, natural disaster or transport accident.
•Damage is caused by animals.
•The product is defective due to wear of parts, which can be considered
as consumable parts by their nature or damage of parts made of glass
(such as but not limited tothe display).
•The product does not function properly because it was not originally
designed, manufactured, approved and/or authorized for the country
where you use the product, which might happen in case the product
was purchased in a different country.

carefully read the operating instructions or consult the support section
of the Prazza web site, before contacting the Prazza support centre
or your retailer. Prazza contact details can be found on the Prazza
website.
To obtain service during or after the product warranty period, please
contact the Prazza support centre or your retailer.
To be able to help you efficiently when you contact the Prazza support
centre or your retailer, we request you to have available:
•The original invoice or cash receipt, indicating the date of purchase
and the retailer name.
•The model number and product serial number of the product. These
numbers can be found on the back of the product.
•If your product benefits an extended warranty period, the certificate
of extended warranty with contract number.

questions.
