dry-cleaningsolvents,orotherflammableorexplosivesubstances,astheymaycontainvaporsthatcould
ignite orexplode.

DONOTaddgasoline,dry-cleaningsolvents,orotherflammableorexplosivesubstancestothewashwater.
These substances could ignite or explode.
5.
Ifthehotwatersystemhasnotbeenusedfor2weeksormore,turnonallhot-waterfaucetsandlet
waterflowforseveralminutesbeforeusingthewashingmachine.Undercertainconditions,hydrogengas
(whichisEXPLOSIVE)maybeproducedinahotwatersystemthathasnotbeeninuse.Thiswillreleaseany
accumulatedhydrogengas.DONOTsmokeoruseanopenflameduringthisprocess,ashydrogengasis
highly flammable.

Toreducetheriskoffire,clothes,cleaningrags,mopheadsandthelikewhichhavetracesofanyflammable
substance(i.e.vegetableoil,cookingoil,petroleumbasedoilsordistillates,waxes,fats,etc.)mustnotbe
placedinthewashingmachine.Theseitemsmaycontainflammablesubstances,which,evenafterwashing,
maysmokeorcatchfire.
7.
NEVERplaceitemsinthewasherthathavebeendampenedwithgasolineoranycombustibleorexplosive
substance.DONOTwashordryanything thathasbeen soakedinorspotted withanytypeofoil(including
cookingoils).Doingsocanresultinfire,explosion,ordeath.
8.
DONOTallowchildrentoplayonorintheappliance.Closesupervisionofchildrenandpetsaroundthe
applianceisnecessary,astheymayclimbintoortamperwiththemachine.Checkthemachinebeforeeach
use.
9.
Glassdoororprotectormaybecomeveryhotduringandafteroperation.Keepkidsandpetsfarawayfrom
themachineduringandaftereachoperation.
10.
Thiswashingmachineisnotintendedforusebypersons(includingchildren)withreducedphysical,sensory
ormentalcapabilities,orlackofexperienceandknowledge.
11.
Whenchildren become old enoughtooperate theappliance,itisthe legalresponsibilityoftheparentsor
legalguardianstoensurethattheyareinstructedinsafepracticesbyqualifiedpersons.

DONOTmachinewashfiberglassmaterials(suchascurtainsandwindowcoveringsthatcontainfiberglass
materials).Smallparticlesmayremaininthewashingmachineandsticktofabricsinsubsequentwashloads,
whichcancauseskinirritation.

DONOTreachintotheapplianceifthetuboragitatorismoving.Beforeloading,unloading,oradding
items,press[START/PAUSE]buttonandallowthedrumtocometoacompletestopbeforereachinginside.
14.
DO NOT install or store thisappliance where itwill be exposed to outdoor weather conditions or
temperatures below freezing.
15.
DONOTtamperwith controls.
