oNEVER LEAVE INFANT IN PRODUCT WITH THE SIDES DOWN. Infant may roll
into space between loose pad and loose mesh side causing suffocation.
oNEVER use a water mattress with the play yard.
oNEVER use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress covers not sold or
intended for that purpose. They can cause suffocation.
Avoiding strangulation hazards:
Strings and cords can cause strangulation. Keep string and cords away from child:
oNEVER place the play yard near a window where cords from blinds or drapes can
cause strangulation.
oNEVER hang strings on or over the play yard.
oNEVER place items with a string around the child’s neck, such a hoop strings,
pacifier cords, etc.
oNEVER attach strings to toys.
Proper Maintenance and Storage of Play Yards
Make sure all latching features of the play yard are in place and secure.
Check vinyl or fabric-covered rails frequently for holes and tears.
When storing your play yard for future use, save the instructions and keep them
with the play yard. When storing your play yard, keep all parts, together and
labeled for future assembly.

Play Yard Set Up and Use:
THE PRODUCT REQUIRES ADULT ASSEMBLY. CARE SHOULD BE TAKEN
WHEN UNPACKING AND ASSEMBLING THE PRODCUT. READ ALL WARNINGS
AND INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO USE.
PROPER ADULT SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES.
Keep fingers clear of top corners during set up. Keep all children away from the play
yard during assembly and take down. The product, including side rails, must be fully
erected prior to use. NEVER leave child in product with side lowered. Be sure side
is in raised and locked position whenever child is in product. Check that the top rails
are completely latched. Check that the center of the floor is pushed down. Check
that the mattress pad is flat. NEVER use the play yard without the mattress pad.
NEVER use a water mattress with this product. Securely set-up play yard and use
according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Play yard is for playing or sleeping. The product will not necessarily prevent all
accidents.
This play yard is designed for use by a single child who is 35 inches (890 mm) in
height. Or weighs less than 30 lbs (24 kg). Discontinue use of play yard when a
child can climb out or is taller than 35 inches (890 mm).
Always place play yard away from hazards in the area that may cause injury to your
child.
When child is able to pull to standing position, remove large toys and other objects
that could serve as steps for climbing out.
NEVER modify play yard or add any components that are not listed in the instruction
manual.
To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on
their backs to sleep, unless otherwise recommended by your physician.
Always provide the supervision necessary for the continued safety of your child.
When used for playing, NEVER leave child unattended.
Make sure latches are secure.
Before each usage or assembly, inspect product for damaged hardware, missing
parts, or sharp edges. NEVER use product if any parts are missing or broken. Call
PRIMO for replacement parts and instructional literature if needed. DO NOT
substitute parts.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD:
Unlike cribs that have rigid sides, the play yard has flexible sides. As a result, the
play yard mattress pad is specifically designed to prevent suffocation. The play yard
mattress pad has a solid base, a certain length and width, and is less than one inch
thick in order to meet safety standards.
Infants can suffocate in gaps between the product’s sides and a mattress that is too
small or too thick.
Infants can suffocate on soft bedding
NEVER add a mattress, pillow, comforter or padding. Use ONLY the mattress pad
provided by PRIMO.
Strings can cause strangulation! Do not place items with a string around a child’s
neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. Do not suspend strings over the play
yard. Do not attach strings to toys in the play yard.

LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY
PRIMO® warrants that the PRIMO® Play Yard Cabana is accompanied with a limited warranty and is
free from defects resulting from material, missing parts or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the
date of original purchase. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product. This
LIMITED WARRANTY does not apply to defects from normal wear and tear, product misuse, product
abuse, after market alterations or failure to follow instructions supplied for assembly, use, maintenance
and care of the product.
If any defect is discovered during the 30 day warranty period, please call [phone] or e-mail
[e-mail] with a description of the problem and a request for return authorization of parts or
replacement. If PRIMO® determines that a defect is covered by this limited warranty, PRIMO® will, at its
option, either repair, send new parts or replace product. The Limited Warranty extends to repaired and
replacement products and components only through the end of the original 30 day limited warranty period
from the original date of purchase. When authorization is issued for replacement or parts, send product

The warranty details above shall be in lieu of any and all other warranties.
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.
This warranty is valid only with an original dated receipt.
Your remedies under this warranty are limited to repair or replacement of the product or components of
the product as determined by PRIMO®. In no event will PRIMO® or any of its retailers, dealers,
distributors or resellers be liable for incidental, indirect or consequential damages relating to the product
(including any repaired or replacement products or replacement components) or its use.
To activate this limited warranty, the purchaser must complete the enclosed product registration card and
have returned it to the PRIMO® address on the enclosed warranty registration card within thirty (30) days
of the original purchase date.
