before attempting to turn at faster speed. Do not turn at excessive speed.
•Never operate theATV on hills that is too steep for the ATV orfor your abilities.Practise on smaller hill before
attempting larger hills.
•Always follow properprocedures for climbinghills as describedin this manual.Checkthe terrain carefully
before you start up any hill. Never climb hills with excessively slippery or loose surfaces.Shift your weight
forward. Never open the throttle suddenly. Never go over the top lf the hill at high speed.
•Always follow properprocedures for goingdown hills andfor braking onhills as describedin this manual.
Check the terrain carefully before you start to go down any hill.Shift your weight backward. Never go down
a hill at high speed.Avoidgoing down ahill at anangle that wouldcause the vehicleto lean sharplyto one side.
Go down the hillif possible.
•Always follow properprocedures for crossingthe side ofa hill asdescribed in thismanual. Avoid running in
hills with excessively slippery or loose surfaces,shift your weight to the uphill sideof theATV .Neverattempt
to turn the ATV around on any hill until youhave mastered theturning technique describedin this manualon level

•Always use properprocedures if youstall or rollbackwards when climbinga hill. Toavoid stalling,maintain
a steady speed when climbing a hill . If you stall or roll backwards, follow the special procedure for braking
described in thismanual. Dismount onthe uphill sideor to aside if pointedstraight to uphill.Turn the ATV
around and remount,following the proceduredescribed in thismanual,
•Always check forobstacles before operatingin a newarea. Never attempt tooperateoverlargeobstacles,such
as large rocks or fallentrees.Always follow proper procedures when operating over obstaclesas describedin
this manual.
•Always be careful whe n skidding or sliding .Learn to safelycontrol skidding or sliding by practising at low
speeds and on level, smooth terrain . On extremelyslippery surfaces, such as,ice, go slowly and be very cautious
in order to avoid out of control when skidding or sliding.
•Never operate anATV in fast flowing wateror in water deeper than that specified in thismanual. Remember
that wet brakes can rekuce stopping ability. Test your brakes afterleavingwater. If necessary, apply them for
several times tolet friction liningsdry out.
•Always be surethere are noobstacles or peoplebehind you whenyou operate inreverse. Whenit is safeto proceed
in reverse, goslowly.
•Always use the tires with propersize and type tiresspecified in this manual. Always main tain pr oper tire pre ssure

FUEL ANEOIL
FUEL
The proper fuel is very important for the engine,it is forbidden that there is dust mixingin the fuel. Please use
the regular unleaded gasoline with the octane number90& upwards of 90.
ENGINE OIL
Special four-strokeengine oil is required.It will realize the best lubricating
affect and the engine will run in a proper condition. On the other hand the
deposit carbon will be least and the service life will be longer too,
Use the chart to select a viscosity rating based on the temperature range in your area,
NOTE: In very cold weather below 5°F(-15°C), use SAE10W -50 for good starting
and smooth operation.

Adjusting procedures:
1. Loose the nut 4
2. Turn the throttleadjusting screw 3 clockwise to restrictmaximum speed
of theATV.
3. Turn the throttle adjusting screw 3 counterclock wise to increase the
maximum speed ofthe ATV.
4. After finished it tighten the lock nut 4 .
FUEL VALVE
This vehicle has a manually operated fuelvalve, There are two positions: " "

In this position,fuelwill flow to the carburetor when the engine is running or being
started.

No fuel will flow into the carburetor.
FUEL TANK CAP
To open the fuel tank cap, take the end of the vent tube out from the vehicle body , turn the fuel tank cap

counterclockwise. To closethe fuel tank cap, turnit clolkwise and tighten it secur ely.
Be sure that the vent tube securely connects to the cap as shown.
Overfilling the fuel tank could be hazardous.
lf you overfil l the fuel tank,fuel may overflow when it expandingexpanse
duetoheat from engineor sunOverheated fuel could easily catch fire.
Stop adding fuel when the fuel level reaches the bottom of the filler neck.
Improper fueling ofthe ATV couldbe hazardous.Failing tofollow safety precautions when refueling could result
in a fire orlet you breathe toxic fume. Refuel in a wellventilated area. Make sure the engine is offand avoid spilling
fuel on a hot engine. Do not smoke, and make sure there are no open flames or sparks in the area. Avoid breathing
gasoline vapors. Keepchildren and petsaway when youare refueling theATV.

SEATLOCK
Toremove the seat, movetheseatlock lever backword. Raise the rear end of the
seat and slide itback.Tolock theseat, slide thesear lever intoits retainer and
push down firmly.

RIDING YOURATV

have a safer and more enjoyable ride. Before riding, you should find a good place to pratise the skills. Find a
flat, open area with enough space to practise the new skills. Make sure that it is legal to ride in the area you
selected. Review the local law to make sure you are not trespassing. Check with your ATV dealer or call the p
olice if youdo not knowwhere you can ride.

Protect your riding areas. When you are riding, remember to keep the terrain in good condition.Dont destroy

Checking maintenance items when the engine is running could be hazardous. You could be severely injuredif
your hands or clothing get caught in movingATV parts. Shut the engine off when performing maintenance

A crash helmet is the most importantpart which you should wear. A crash helmet can help preventing a serious
head injury. Choose a helmet that fits snugly. Askyour dealer forhelp to selecta good qualitycrash helmet that
fits properly.
Operating this ATV without wearing an approved crash helmet, eye protection and protective clothing could be
hazardous.

BREAK-IN
The first month is the most important in the life of your vehicle. Proper operation during this break-in period
will be helpfulfor assuring maximumlife and performanceof your newvehicle. The following guidelines explain
proper break-in procedures.
Maximum Throttle Opening Recommendation
During the first 10 hours of operation,you should always use less than 1/2 throttle opening.
Varythe Engine RotatingSpeed
Vary the enginerotating speed during the break-in period. This allows the parts to "load" and then "unload"
(allowing the parts to cool).Although it is essential to place some stress on the engine components during
break-in,you must be careful not to load the engine too much.
