Before removing your Rapido from the car, lower the jockey wheel.
Push your Rapido to where you want to site it.
Keep in mind that the opening side is at the opposite side to the foot lever.
On a slope point the tow bar uphill.

ower the right hand jack using the wheel brace supplied, until the jack makes contact with the
ground.
Swing out the support arms as far as they will go

ower the side folding jacks and place onto wooden supports.
ower the screws until they make contact with the wooden supports.
Unclip the body catches and fold down.
Pull out the foot lever.

Place your foot on the lever and press down using your body weight as a cantilever.
Two people can then easily open the body out.

Rest the body on the supports ( ensure that they are still extended fully and level ).
Hold the roof with one hand by the exterior edge.
It does not matter which half you open out first, except it is important that the first half opened is
against the wind.

ift the roof section, then, with the free hand raise the rear section.
Note when erecting the exportmatic this is the heaviest part that you will have to lift and will
definitely require two people.
Raise the roof to its proper position, with the end panel upright.
Always keep your hands on the exterior edges.

With arms stretched, hold the roof in place, guide the side panel raising it upright. Starting from the
bottom, guide it into the groove of the end panel and roof.
Ensure that the base of the end panel fits into the groove without force.
Repeat for the other side.
Click the side and end panels in place by means of pressure on the end panel until they click
together.
You may have to use a rubber mallet.

Erect the first half facing the wind so that the second half is protected as it is put into place. The
erection of the second half is identical to the first.
Use security cords in high winds anchoring them between roof and the base.
After the two halves are erected, make sure that the four buttons are securely in place.
Fold down in the reverse order, ensuring that the windows and curtains are closed.
Keep the ends upright, depress the buttons one at a time and lower the side sections, the panels
nearest the door first.

Align the two roof sections by turning the jockey wheel up or down.
To fit the security panel in place bring it in from the outside and lock in place with the two bolts.
