Realtrack Systems has developed the leading
wearable device system WIMU PRO to monitor
every moment of your training sessions. Uniting
ergonomics and performance to collect and trans-
mit instantly every conceivable metric and variable
to maximize efficiency and productivity during real
time, training and coaching sessions, individual
recovery & return to play management, tactical
implementation, talent identification and deep dive
data post session for your specialist teams to
analyze and build their own database of individual
and team parameters and history.

To charge the battery of the
device from AC adapter and
to load data
WIMU PRO has to be fully charged before starting any activity. Be sure the red LED from the lateral is turn off
(it will indicate the battery is fully charge). If we start a session without the enough battery charge, we risk not
recording the full session.
1. ON Press the button until a blue light flashes.
It’s recommended to place the device horizontally
(in the floor, i.e.) and away from vibrations during the first 30 sec. it’s on. WIMU
PRO uses this period of time to take references.
2. OFF Press the button 3 in quick sucession (less than 1 second)
STARTING PROCEDURE

In 30 seconds, aprox. you will see a BLUE LED
flashing, then a blue LED will flash quicker.
That means that WIMU PRO is ready to be used.
LOGGING

To start collecting data, we have to press and hold the button for 1 second.
Then a flashing is displayed followed for a red led blinking. Remember, the red led
indicates the session is being recorded into the device

Use WIMU PRO only as directed in the user manual.

Protect the device from possible damage, do not drop or
expose to extreme heat of excessive sun exposure.
Keep the device in a clean and dry place, at room
temperature. -Avoid scratching the device.
Please protect the Performance Sensors from water.
Cleaning
Clean your device with a wet cloth, if necessary use a mild
soap.
Do not use gasoline, solvents, acetone, alcohol, repellents,
paints or any other chemical products on the device..

Maintenance Warning
It is not a medical product. WIMU PRO must not be used as a substitute for obtai-
ning measurements that require professional precision or laboratory-quality mea-
surements. All training plans in WIMU PRO have been developed by professional
and qualified trainers.
However, they do not replace doctor’s advice.
Warning
People who have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or other implanted electronic devices
use WIMU PRO at their own risk. Before starting using WIMU PRO, we recom-
mend an exercise test under a doctor’s supervision with WIMU PRO.
Exercise may include some risk, especially for those who have been sedentary for
a long period of time. We strongly advise you to get a medical check-out prior to
beginning a regular exercise program.
The equipment shall be powered by a limited power supply in compliance with
clause 2.5 of Standard UNE-EN 60950-1 which meets SELV requirement.
Please ensure that you follow the guidelines listed below. Failure to follow these
guidelines may result in a shortened battery life span and/or result in damage to
the WIMU PRO and possibly injury.
If the WIMU PRO is to be stored for an extended period of time, please
ensure that the product is kept within the following temperature range: from
5°C to 25°C.
Do not operate the WIMU PRO outside the following temperature range:
from -20°C to 55°C.
Do not puncture or incinerate the WIMU PRO.
Batteries must be disposed of properly according to local laws and
regulations.
Do not disassemble.
Do not expose to high temperatures.
Do not dispose of your battery in a fire.
Battery
It is not possible to extract the battery used in WIMU devices. Due to its
components, these batteries must be properly managed in order to avoid
environmental damage.
Thus, the whole device should be returned to RealTrack Systems S.L.
(C/Guinea, 2 - 04009 Almeria, Spain) for the correct waste management
once it will no longer be used.
For private households: Information on Disposal for Users of WEEE
This symbol (figure 1) on the product(s) and / or accompanying docu-
ments means that used electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)
should not be mixed with general household waste. For proper treatment,
recovery and recycling, please take this product(s) to designated collec-
tion points where it will be accepted free of charge. Alternatively, in some
countries, you may be able to return your products to your local retailer
upon purchase of an equivalent new product. Disposing of this product
correctly will help save valuable resources and prevent any potential nega-
tive effects on human health and the environment, which could otherwise
arise from inappropriate waste handling. Please contact your local authori-
ty for further details of your nearest designated collection point. Penalties
may be applicable for incorrect disposal of this waste, in accordance with
you national legislation.

This product complies with the Directive on Electromagnetic
Compatibility and with the Low Voltage Directive.
Regulatory Information FCC
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the
party responsible for compliance could void the user’s
authority to operate the equipment.
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Opera-
tion is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device
may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must
accept any interference received, including interference that
may cause undesired operation.
RF exposure safety
This device complies with the FCC RF exposure limits and
has been evaluated in compliance with portable exposure
condition.
The exposure standard for wireless mobile phones employs
a unit of measurement known as the Specific Absorption
Rate, or SAR.
This device has been shown to be capable of compliance for locali-
zed SAR for uncontrolled environment/general population exposure
limits specified in ANSI/IEEE Std. C95.1-1992 and has been tested in
accordance with the measurement procedures specified in FCC RF
Exposure guidelines and IEEE Std. 1528-2013.
The standards include a substantial safety margin designed to assure
the safety of all persons, regardless of age and health. The standard
incorporates a substantial margin of safety to give additional protec-

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
and DOA (Defective on Arrival) Processes
When requesting a RMA or a DOA to RealTrack Systems, you accept the following
conditions:
All submissions must be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipment.
RealTrack Systems is not responsible for items that are misdirected, lost or dama-
ged in shipment.
Any RMA service out under warranty will not extend the warranty of the product
nor create any new warranty.
It is your responsibility to back up all data on a hard drive before shipping the
product to RealTrack Systems, which is not responsible for any data that is lost
during the diagnostic process.
I. Terms for Return
1. Each return material requests must be made by email or through the RMA form
provided in RMA@realtracksystems.com
2. The material can only be returned when previously the Customer Service gene-
rated a valid RMA number. After RMA request has been confirmed by a represen-
tative RealTrack Systems, you will receive an email response with your RMA
number and any other information you may need to know about your request for
RMA, including the return address, the guidelines required documents such as the
invoice and packing list, etc.
If your purchase is out of Spain, follow the guidelines will be given, preparing
INVOICE AND PACKING LIST so that it can carry out the customs clearance and
list your RMA number legibly on these documents. If delivered via international
carriers like FedEx or DHL, specify "RETURN FOR REPAIR. NO COMMERCIAL
VALUE. VALUE FOR CUSTOMS PURPOSES ONLY." in carrier's shipping docu-
ments.
3. The RMA number is valid only 10 working days from the date of creation of that
number by the Customer Service, hence the product must be returned to Real-
Track Systems during that time period.
4. Only you can return the equipment that was purchased in RealTrack Systems.
Verification is based on the serial numbers, as the date and the invoice number or
any other related documents needed for proper verification. Our warranty does not
cover physical damage, misuse of the product and natural disasters.
5. Returns must be made with full original packaging and with all elements of the
complete package. Without exception, the RMA received without all items in mint
condition will not be processed.
6. Do not write on the original packaging: the RMA number must be visible on the
shipping label.
7. Products will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
If the product is returned without any of the components of the original sent or
that these are not in perfect condition.
If the reason / s for returning the product does not correspond to what had
been stated in the request for RMA.
If the product is damaged somehow.
If no valid RMA number visible on the label sent.
If a product is returned as DOA tested and shown to be fully functional.
f the product is received after 10 days from the shipping date RMA number,
whichever period
expires, you must start the process.
If the product is not returned in its original packaging or packaging.
8. The customer is ultimately responsible for the condition of the returned item.
This policy shall be communicated in turn to end customers (end-user).
9. Products that are obsolete or discontinued by the manufacturer can not be
returned. RealTrack Systems not accept the return of loose accessories, software
or service contracts (agreements).
10. In cases where a replacement material is needed and the RMA accepted and
valid standards
action will be taken for shipments. RealTrack Systems will take care of this process
as well as its cost.
Note: Under customer demand urgent deliveries can be made with the possible
increase in costs for which the customer will pay.
* Shipping and processing costs:
In Warranty products: Any products returned as DOA and then RMA is not defecti-
ve will be returned and the shipping fee will be paid by the customer.

Out of Warranty Products: RealTrack Systems reserves the right to refuse the
repair of a product whose warranty has expired or canceled. In the event that a
non-warranty repair is required, the client must pay for the spare parts, processing
fees, and shipping costs for sending the product to and from RealTrack Systems.
II. Reasons for Return
1. DOA (defect origin Deal on Arrival)
The DOA issues must be reported within 5 business days after the invoice date to
RealTrack Systems. The product must retain packaging, with all peripherals and
accessories intact, enclosing the
original invoice from RealTrack Systems. If a product is tested and the problem
does not play, will charge the customer a 15% "no problem found".
2. Defective Products
RealTrack Systems offers the warranty exchange / repair if defective products are
within the time required by law.
Note: If the customer returns equipment to benefit from your warranty rights and
this material is proven not defective, the customer will be responsible for all costs
associated with the warranty claim unjustified, including transportation, inspection,
etc.
3. Incorrect Deliveries by RealTrack Systems
The customer service should be informed of any delivery errors in the course of 15
days from the invoice date.
We will only accept the return of goods in their original condition and undamaged
in the original packaging.
RealTrack Systems will be responsible for transportation costs for return of material.
RealTrack Systems attempt to collect goods once. If the customer or end user are
not present at
the time of collection, shall return the products at own expense.
4. Products Damaged in Delivery RealTrack Systems
The customer service must be informed of all shipping damage within 10 days from
the invoice date. Damage must be indicated to the runner at the time of receipt of
material. Pictures of the damaged product to be sent to RealTrack Systems: please
retain all packaging until inspection by the messenger.
RealTrack Systems will be responsible for transportation costs for return of material.
5. Wrong Customer Order
All requests must be made within 10 days from the invoice date.
RealTrack Systems reserves the right to request a RMA number for the return of
material when the customer has placed a wrong order.
RealTrack Systems reserves the right to charge the customer a restocking fee of
at least 15% of the product value.
Systems RealTrack not accept returns of the following products:
- Accessories loose
- Software
- Inactive products
- Service contracts
- Material of special conditions requested to RealTrack Systems
- Materials developed specifically for the client request
* The cost of the return postage will be paid by the customer.

The products are returned in their original packaging, complete and without any
tape or writing printed on the packaging to the following address:

Shipping Tips
Returns are only accepted if they are recognized by an RMA or DOA.
The DOA RMA number must be clearly indicated on the top of the box so you do
not damage the original box. Always mention the number in the transport docu-
ment.
Any product received damaged due to insufficient packaging, is subject to rejec-
tion of the warranty and / or warranty replacement request.
It is your responsibility to initiate and solve all load demands of any product recei-
ved damaged with the appropriate carrier.
It is your responsibility to ensure that these requirements are met.
Privacy Policy, DATA PROTECTION ACT Pursuant to the Organic Law 15/1999, of
December 13, Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that personal data
supplied on this form, along with those obtained during the development of the
service, will be incorporated into a file owned by RealTrack Systems, SL duly
declared to the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, in order to respond to your
request regarding the AFTER SALES SERVICE. We inform you that you have at all
times the exercise of rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition by
writing by post, enclosing a photocopy of your ID, in the address C / Guinea, 2nd
Zip: 04009 Almería (Spain).
