OUTDOOR POWER SHOWER
The RidgeMonkey Outdoor Power Shower provides a powerful 4.5L per minute flow rate, meaning you can get that clean feeling almost
anywhere. Safe to use with both cold and hot water (10-50 °C), the Outdoor Power Shower is an invaluable addition to your outdoor
accessories. The shower head can attach to any flat surface with the provided suction cup and hook, allowing you to hang it over your
head or use it to wash cooking equipment, muddy boots, pets, bikes and much more. The RidgeMonkey Outdoor Power Shower is
compatible with any device that provides a constant 12V 2A power supply, for example a power pack, leisure battery or vehicle. The shower
lid can also be removed and replaced with the conventional water carrier lid and integrated faucet tap, allowing the water carrier to
convert back into a standard sealed unit. Compatible with all 10 & 15 litre versions of the RidgeMonkey Heavy Duty Water Carrier range.

Insert a filter pad into the filter housing in the
pump. To fit the filter cap, align the marks on
the housing and rotate clockwise while
applying pressure to the pump and cap. The
cap will click into place when secure.
Slide the hose clip onto the short pump hose.
Using firm pressure, attach the open end of the
pump hose to the nozzle on the underside of
the Power & Control Panel. Squeeze the hose
clip tabs and slide over the union. Release the
hose clip tabs to secure.
Attach the O-ring to the outlet connector and
connect the shower head to the hose, rotating
the collar clockwise. Do not overtighten.
Insert the suction cup into the suction cup
holder slot, pushing with firm pressure
to secure.
Firmly secure hook or suction cup assembly to
chosen structure and mount shower head.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Fill the Heavy Duty Water Carrier with clean,
fresh water. Lower the pump assembly into the water and screw the Power & Control panel onto the
Heavy Duty Water Carrier. Do not overtighten.
Open the upper rubber cover on the Power &
Control panel and attach the hose inlet
connector, rotating the collar clockwise. Do
not overtighten.
Fully open the small lid of the Heavy Duty
Water Carrier to prevent vacuum and ensure
optimal shower performance.
Mount the shower head to the desired position
using the hook and suction cup, ensuring the
shower head is in the ON position at 45 degrees
to the handle.

Open the lower rubber cover on the Power &
Control Panel and attach the 12V Power Cable.
Ensure to align the marks on the housing and
apply light pressure while rotating 90 degrees
clockwise. The power cable will click into
place when secure.

Connect the 12V Power Cable to the desired
power source, ensuring it is placed as far away
from the Outdoor Power Shower as the length
of the cable will allow.
When ready to use the Outdoor Power Shower,
press the green button on the Power & Control
Panel to start the pump. To stop the Outdoor
Power Shower, press the green button on the
Power & Control panel. Alternatively, move the
shower head to the OFF position: the pump will
automatically stop after 10 seconds.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
STORAGE AND MAINTENANCE:
1. Remove the 12V Power Cable and Shower Hose assembly from the Power & Control Panel, ensuring to refit the rubber caps. Remove
the Power & Control Panel and shower pump from the Heavy Duty Water Carrier. Ensure all residual water is emptied and all parts are
completely dry before storage.
2. The pump filter should be rinsed with clean water between uses and replaced when necessary
3. All parts should be cleaned with fresh water and a damp cloth between uses. Do not use abrasive pads or harsh chemicals to clean the
Outdoor Power Shower.
4. Store in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.

USAGE NOTES:
• If using a 12V battery power source such as the RidgeMonkey Vault range, please ensure the connected device is fully charged before
using the Outdoor Power Shower. Using the Outdoor Power Shower with a depleted battery may result in less-than-optimal
performance and in some cases, the unit may stop working altogether. If this happens, please fully recharge the connected battery or
connect to an alternative power source.
• Operate only with clean, fresh water within the temperature range 10C to 50C.
• Ensure that the pump is fully submerged in water before turning on the appliance. Do not allow the pump to run dry. Pump failure due
to misuse is not covered under guarantee.
• Keep away from open heat sources, fires, freezing and corrosive materials.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended when in use. Switch off the unit, disconnect the power source and remove the pump from
water when not in use.
• Use the Outdoor Power Shower only as described in this manual with manufacturers recommended attachments and
replacement parts.
• Do not remove the Power & Control Panel cover plate or attempt to disassemble the pump assembly, except for filter maintenance.
This will void all guarantees.
• Before each use, ensure that there are no broken or worn parts. Please contact [e-mail] to request replacement of any
parts that have become worn or broken.
WARNING:
• Do not allow children to use the appliance unless under supervision of an adult. Shower assembly includes small parts that could be a
choking hazard.
• Do not use this product if the power cable or 12V plug become damaged. Contact [e-mail] to arrange a replacement.
• This product is intended for use with a 12V DC cigarette lighter socket. Acceptable operating voltage range is 10-15V DC. Do not attempt
to use this product with any power source outside of the acceptable operating voltage range. Using improper output voltage may
result in damage to the pump motor and may cause possible injury to the user. Pump failure due to misuse is not covered
under warranty.
