SURFACE PREPARATION
▶For best results, clean, dry and degrease the surface
before sanding to remove stubborn dirt, dust, insect
related stains.
▶Select the correct grit number of sanding disc as per
work requirements.
SANDING
▶While holding the sander firmly against the surface,
turn on the sander to begin operation at desired speed.
Always start and stop the sander positioned on or
against the surface being sanded. Begin by sanding
large flat surfaces, such as bonnet, trunk and roof. Do
not press down the sander against the surface with
force. Move the sander back and forth in long, sweeping
strokes. Too much pressure, the wrong angle or
improper motion may result in cavities, marks or
burning.
DUST COLLECTION
▶The sander is equipped with a multi-hole backing
disc. To ensure dust-free sanding, the user shall use the
sanding disc provided with holes. To ensure dust-free
sanding, holes of sanding pad shall be aligned with ones
of backing disc.
▶The sander is provided with dust extraction function
that ensures effective dust collection.
WARNING
▶To reduce the risk of injury, keep the power cord away
from the path of the sander. Otherwise the sanding pad or
backing disk may damage the cord and expose live wires.
▶When sanding, apply small pressure and keep the
sander moving constantly, especially when working near
an edge or where there are abrupt changes in the contour
of the work surface.
PREVENT DISK DAMAGE
▶Any contact of sanding pads with rough edges of a
work surface may result in damages, cavities and sudden
kick-back. To prevent such risk, operate the sander at low
speed when sanding rough surfaces, tricky areas such as
near trimming or between a mirror and car window. Do
not take chances with a sander. Sand these surfaces by
hand. Or use the "coast-down" technique to avoid
snagging or kickback risk. To coast-down, turn the motor
ON for a few seconds, then turn it OFF and apply the
sanding pad to the surface. This way the rotating speed of
the pad will be lower when the pad is in contact with the
surface. Coast-down technique is recommended when
working in areas with crevices or pockets.
MAINTENANCE
▶Keep your tool in good repair and conduct maintenance
on regular basis. Before use, firstly check the power tool
in respect of the general condition, switches, power cord
along with the extension for damage. Check for loose
screws, misalignment, operation of moving parts,
improper mounting, damaged part sand any other
abnormalities that may affect safety during operation. If
abnormal noise or vibration is evident, turn the tool off
immediately and ensure repairs are provided before
reuse. Operation of damaged power tool is forbidden.
Until repair is completed, the power tool shall be labelled
with “DO NOT USE” plate. During operation in normal
conditions, re-lubrication is not necessary until the motor
brushes needs replacement.

works related to maintenance, firstly unplug the power
tool. Never disassemble the tool or do any rewiring, if
the power tool is connected to power source.
