The Siamonie 01 vending machine prepares various coffee and chocolate beverages, which can be improved with op-
tional ingredients.
Coffee is brewed with freshly ground beans using the espresso process.
The vending machine is available with an optional milk module. With this module the milk is foamed with steam and
air in a milk frother. The milk cooling module (refrigerator) can be mounted on the left side of the vending machine.
Other optional module groups are available such as a payment module or cup warmer. These can be set up next to the
vending machine.
The beverage can be selected conveniently on a pressure-sensitive foil keyboard or on a touch screen with context-de-
pendent display. To select simply press a selection key or touch the touch screen with your finger. After selecting the
product the vending machine operates automatically.
All vending machine functions are controlled by a microprocessor module. The control contains storage space for sales
and error statistics.
The touch screen with HMI interface is controlled by an internal PC.
An online module can be used for external data transfer.
The coffee beans are ground in an integrated grinder and feed to the brewing unit.
The coffee is brewed at a water temperature of approx. 95°C and water pressure of up to 10 bars. This ensures its special
taste and aroma.
After completion of the brewing process, the used coffee grounds are ejected into the grounds container.
The cocoa powder is transferred from the product container to the mixer shell where it is dissolved in hot water. The
finished hot beverage flows through the outlet to the beverage discharge.
The automatic cleaning program facilitates daily cleaning of the vending machine (brewer, milk system, mixer). Only a
minimum of manual cleaning manipulations are required for preparation; the cleaning program then runs fully auto-
matically.

CAUTION!
Use of the service key is reserved exclusively for trained service technicians. When the service key is
inserted a protective device is bypassed. Caution, danger of injury!
2.6 Mechanical Safety
The brewing chamber moves in the horizontal direction when preparing coffee to press the water through the ground
coffee. This motion is also performed when the brewer is being rinsed during regular care.
The appliance contains a boiler which is continuously filled with hot water. The temperature of the water is over 90°C.
The temperature of the water in the boiler decreases only slowly after switching off the appliance.
The operator of the vending machine is responsible for safekeeping of the service key. Never leave the service key in the
appliance. The service key is intended for use by trained service technicians exclusively.
Therefore:
Never reach into the brewing chamber or touch the brewing chamber carriage!
A corresponding warning symbol is attached to the brewing chamber cover.
Therefore:
Avoid contact with hot water; danger of scalding.
The danger is particularly high at the discharge openings for the beverage and at the hot water outlet
when the product is being dispensed.
