AUTO CUE SINGLE

CONTINUE Button
To press this button itcan switch between auto cue single and continue. The selected mode is indicated on the display.
'AUTO CUESINGLE -After each track, the unit pauses at the beginning of nexttrack. The playback starts from audible point.
'CONTINUE -To play alltracks continually.
'OUTRO -The unit will play the last
30
seconds of eachtrack. Press the buttonfor

STOP BUTTON
This button switches the time display between total remaining time, remaining time of the current song, elapsed playing time. The un~t
will be in the "stop" mode if you continue pressing the button for

seconds.

SEARCH BUTTON
Pressed the button to switch the function of Jog Dial between SEARCH and PlTCH BEND.
When the indicator LED is light, dial thejog for quick search forward and backward.

When the indicator LED is off, dial the jog for pitch bend function.

TRACK BUTTON
These buttonsselectthetrack to be played.

PLAY1PAUSE BUTTON
Each press of this button causes the operation to change between PLAY and PAUSE modes.

CUE BUTTON
The cue function allows the CD returning to the memorized point. In PAUSE mode, pressing the CUE button to set the cue point, and
the CUE button blinks; in PLAY mode, press this button to pause the unit at the memorized point.

BOP BUTTON
The playback will automatically play from the CUE point upon the button is pressed.
10. PlTCH ONIOFF BUTTON
Press the button to be PlTCH ON mode, press it again on the PlTCH ON mode, and blinkswith unit on the PlTCH

15. SAM. BUTTON
Sampler is a kind of sound effect that records the music from the track. While playing the music, you can use the sampler to mix
with
music. The maximum length is

a. Set start point: Press the Sampler key, and then press SAM button, after memorizing the SAM button flashes quickly

b. Set Endpoint: Pressthe SAM button again, when the end point ismemorized,theSAM button lights up (not flash).
c. Plays Sampler: During PLAYmode, press the SAM button, then the buttonwill flash slowly.

16. JOG WHEEL
*SpeedControl(SEARCH indicator off)
Rotating the wheel, in play mode, will change the playback speed accordingly. While rotating ctockwise,
the
player speed increase;
rotating counterclockwise, the speed decrease.
*Search(SEARCHindicator lights)
Rotatingthe wheel, the player will forward or backward quicltly. The searching speed changed accordingto
the
dialing speed.
To
perform frame search, first pause the CDthen rotate the jog wheel while search indictor isoff..

SCRATCH: Movethe JOG Wheel backward or foward likescratchinga turntable record. This sound effect can be performed independently,
or in parallelwith other effect.
BRAKE: To changethe speed of PAUSE and START. This soundeffectcan be performedindependently, or inparallelwith othereffect.
REVERSE: The music is playingbackward. This sound effect can be performedindependently, or inparallelwith other effect.
PHASER: Itsoundslikethe airplanetakes off.
FLANGER: Itsounds likeanotherkindof airplanetakes off.
FILTER: There are bass

treble. To increasethe parametervalue,

will cut bassoff but keeptreble. To decrease the parameter value, itwill
cut trebleoff but keep bass.
CHOP: The musicischopped with break.
PAN: Alternately playing right and left signal.
ECHO: Havethe effect as ECHO.

Press the EFFECT button to activate or deactivate the sound effect. While the effect is activated, on the display the mark

The parameter of sound effect can

pre-set. Turn the knob until the

shows the effect name that you want, push the button to
select it, and turn this button again to select from the menufor setting parameter.

the menu of effect isselected, turn this knob to choose the parameter, the relative value can beshown inthe
LCD.
ARer the menuof effect is selected,turn this knobto choosethe parameter,the relativevalue can be shown in the
LCD.
When the unit is not under parameteradjustment,the display does not show the effect name, this knob can be used to adjust the

scale,
and press it to lock the key (the displaywill show(:-sT)

RELAY
Pressthe
"RELAY
button to activate. When one unit isin play mode, and the other unit is in "pause" mode; pause the playing unit, the
other unit will automatically start to play (the buttonwill blink).

BUTTON
You can get the BPM number automatically or manually. Pressing the BPM BUVON for

seconds to switch between auto and
manual control. The BEATwill beshown on the display! Under the manual mode, tapping this button to get the beat value.

Pressthe button to switch KEY mode on or off.

The display shows the "KEY in blinking, and the key changed according to the pitch change. The key parameter
adjustment is not ineffect

knob to adjust the key. Slide the pitch slider will also change the

LINEOUT (RCA Jacks)
The audio from each CD player isoutput from thesejacks. Connect to the line input ofthe mixer.
2.
DIGITALOUT
The digitalfrom each CD player is output from these jacks. Connect to the line input of the DIA Amplifier.
3.
TACT-LOCK option
Select the type of switch in the mixer for FADERSTART wire remote control.
4.
Remote
This connector is usedfor connecting to FADERSTART wire remote control unit.
5.
Relay Connector
This connector is used for connecting to another CD player to allow Relay function to work.
6.
POWER (Power Switch)
Pressthe power switch to turn the unit on, and the LED indicator will be light. To switch the

AC Power Cord
Connecting this power cord into anAC wall outlet with the proper AC voltage.
