Contoured Case for
‘Flying V’® Style Guitars
The SKB-58 Flying V case is designed to fit
1958-present Flying V type guitars from various
manufacturers including Gibson®, Epiphone®,
Jackson®, Dean®, Ibanez®, etc. Unlike a conventional,
rectangular shaped guitar case, the new SKB-58
Flying V case employs a distinctive design that
mirrors the actual shape of these unique instruments.

to cover the molded EPS foam

The exterior is constructed from a nearly
indestructible molded ABS polymer that
has been engineered to provide the ultimate
protection during transportation of these delicate
instruments while on the road.
As with all other SKB Deluxe Guitar cases, these cases include TSA recognized and
accepted/patented SKB trigger locking latch that enables the user to safely lock the
case and still have it inspected by airline security personnel. SKB is the only case
manufacturer to include TSA approved locks allowing TSA screeners to unlock cases
for security checks. Additional features include a nearly indestructible injection molded
rubber over-molded cushioned carrying handle; injection molded feet and bumper protected
valance; and like all SKB cases, the new SKB-58 Flying V and SKB-63 Firebird/Explorer cases
