This camera can be used without a battery, but if you would like to use the flash
then you’ll need to load 1X AA battery, as shown below:
USING THE FLASH
We recommend using the flash in low light situations (i.e.: indoors / outside at
night / on cloudy days etc).
INSERTING BATTERY
Open the battery cover (G) in the direction of the arrow. Insert one ‘AA’ alkaline
battery into the battery chamber (O).
Make sure the battery is inserted according to the correct polarity. The correct
polarity (the ‘+’ and the ‘-‘ ends of the battery) is indicated on the outside of the
battery cover.
Switch the flash button (0) to the ‘’ position and wait for the flash ready Light (K) to
glow red.
The flash has a recycling time of up to 15 seconds. This simply means that you may
have to wait up to 15 seconds for the flash to fully charge between shots.
TIP:
We recommend turning the flash back to the off position when not in use to preserve both
battery power and the longevity of the flash bulb.

The Snap LF-35M is a fun easy to use camera that is designed for casual,
everyday photography.
In order to get the most out of your Snap and ensure that it’s running smoothly for
as long as possible, we have 5 top tips for optimum use:
TIP 1:
Ensure the flash is switched to the off position when not in use.
TIP 2:
Remove the battery from the camera when not in use. This is to
preserve battery life and prevent potential battery leakage.
TIP 3:
Do not use the Snap in rainy, wet and / or highly humid conditions.
Excess moisture may cause damage to the circuit board.
TIP 4:
When winding on film on do not force the wind-on dial. If you find
there is resistance, then it is likely that you have come to the end of
your film roll and you should rewind the film using the method
outlined on
page 6
of the Snap Camera Manual
TIP 5:
When rewinding film, please ensure that you hold the rewind release
button in for the duration. Do not force the rewind lever. If you force it,
you will risk snapping your Snap
If you follow these tips, then the Snap should have a long and healthy life and
produce tons of awesome photos for you!
