Welcome!
Thank you for purchasing the Wireless Forecast Station, designed for
years of trouble-free performance. This manual provides easy set up
and programming instructions for you to review.
Get Started
1. Insert 2 new AA, Alkaline batteries
into the TX141-Bv2 sensor.

2. Insert 2 new AA, Alkaline batteries into the station. Observe the
correct polarity.
3. Allow sensor and station to remain 5-10 feet apart for 5 minutes
to lock in the signal.
4. After 5 minutes place sensor outside in a shaded location.

• Mount the Outdoor Sensor on a north-facing wall or in any
well shaded area. Under an eave or deck rail is preferred.
• The maximum wireless transmission range to the forecast
station is over 300 feet (91 meters) in open air, not including
walls or oors.
• Be sure the outdoor sensor is mounted vertically.

Button Functions
ALARM Button
Normal Display:
• Press once to show alarm time
Alarm Time Display Mode:
• Press to activate or deactivate
time alarm.
• Hold for 2 seconds enter alarm
setting mode
SETTINGS Button
Normal Display:
• Hold to set time/date/etc.
SNOOZE Button
ALERTS Button
Normal Time Display:
• Hold 3 seconds to search for
outdoor sensor.
When Alarm is sounding:
• Press to activate the 10 minutes
snooze function when alarming
During Setting Mode:
• Press to exit any setting mode.
Normal Time Display:
• Press to toggle between
different alerts.
Alert Setting:
• Hold to set alert value when
armed.

Note: The weekday will set automatically as the year, month, and
date are set.
Alerts: Temperature & Humidity
Important:
• Once the alert is selected you must turn it ON to set the value.
• Leave an alert OFF (disarmed) to skip setting that alert value.
• The alert icon will show when the alert is active.
• When armed alert value is reached, station will beep until a
button is pressed. The ashing alert icon will indicate if is a
LOW or HI alert.
• Press any button to stop the temp alert sound. The alert icon will
ash while value is in alert range.
Alert Setting Order:
• Outdoor HIGH Temperature ON/OFF
• Outdoor HIGH Temperature Value
• Outdoor LOW Temperature ON/OFF
• Outdoor LOW Temperature Value
• Indoor HIGH Temperature ON/OFF
• Indoor HIGH Temperature Value

Set Alerts:
1. Hold the ALERTS button to enter Alert set mode.
2. Outdoor HIGH Alert OFF will show.
3. If you choose to set this alert, press the +or -buttons to arm (ON)
the alert.

4. When the alert is armed (ON) press the ALERTS button to set the
alert value.
5. Press the +or -buttons to adjust the High Alert value.
6. Press the ALERTS button to conrm adjustments and move
to the next alert.
7. Press the SNOOZE button at any time to exit.
8. If you do not wish to set an alert, press the ALERTS button again
to move to the next alert.
9. The Outdoor LOW Alert will show OFF.
10. Press and release the ALERTS button until you get to the alert you
wish to set.
12. To set the alert, rst press the +or - buttons to turn the alert ON.
13. When the alert is armed (ON), press the ALERTS button to set the
alert value. The Indoor LOW Alert value will ash.
14. Press the +or - buttons to change the alert value.
15. Press the ALERTS button to conrm and move to the next alert.
Repeat sequence for all alerts, or press the LIGHT button to exit.

Indoor/Outdoor Temperature Records (HIGH/LOW)
All HIGH/LOW temperatures and humidity will automatically reset at
midnight. You can manually reset them if you choose.
1. Press and release the HIGH/+ button to view temperature and
humidity maximum readings.
2. Hold the HIGH/+ button to reset maximum temperature and
humidity to current temperatures.
3. Press and release the LOW/- button to view temperature and
humidity minimum readings.
4. Hold the LOW/- button to reset minimum temperature and
humidity to current temperatures.

Temperature Trend Indicator
The temperature (2°F/1°C) trend indicator updates every 30 minutes.
The trend reects changes over the past 3 hours.
E.G.: At 3:00, compares to 12:00 data; at 3:30, compares to 12:30.

Set Alarm Time
Search for Outdoor Sensor
• Hold the SENSOR/SNOOZE button for 3 seconds to search for the
outdoor sensor.
• The tower icon will animate until the sensor signal is received or for
3 minutes if no signal available.
• IF the signal is lost, station will display the LAST DATA recorded for
10 minutes, after that 10 minutes if the signal does not come back
then the station will display dashes “--”.
• After 30 minutes, station starts looking for the sensor automatically.
Setting the alarm and activating the alarm are separate actions.
1. Hold the ALARM button for three seconds to enter alarm set
mode.
2. The Alarm Hour will ash.
3. Press the +or -buttons to adjust the hour.
4. Press the ALARM button to conrm and move to the minutes.
5. The Alarm Minutes will ash.
6. Press the +or -buttons to adjust the minutes.
7. Press the ALARM button to conrm and exit alarm settings.

Activate/Deactivate Alarm
• From normal time display press the ALARM to display the alarm
time, further press to release the ALARM button to activate or
deactivate the time alarm.
• When active the alarm bell icon will show.
• When not active the alarm bell icon will disappear.
Snooze
• When alarm sounds press the SNOOZE button to silence the alarm
for 10 minutes.
• The alarm bell icon will show and Zz will ash.
• Press any button except SNOOZE to stop the alarm for 1 day.
Note: Alarm is crescendo sound. When the alarm sounds, it
continues for 2 minute and then shuts off completely.

Indoor Comfort Level Display
• The ve sections of the comfort level display shows you when your
home is too dry or too humid for comfort.
• The arrow points to the comfort level.

Weather Forecast Icons
The forecast icons represent changes in weather over the next 6 -12
hours. The snow icon will appear at temperatures below 32°F in place
of the storm or rain icon.
This Station Learns: The forecast station calibrates barometric
pressure based on its location over a period of time to
generate an accurate personal forecast. Please allow 7 to 10
days for barometer calibration.

Warranty and Support
• Do not mix old and new batteries
• Do not mix Alkaline, Standard, Lithium or Rechargeable Batteries
• Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable
for intended use.
• Replace all batteries of a set at the same time.
• Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to
battery installation.
• Ensure the batteries are installed with correct polarity ( + and - ).
• Remove batteries from equipment which is not to be used for an
extended period of time.
• Remove expired batteries promptly.
