Installer le profilé sur un support stable (par
exemple une pile de palettes).
Set up the carrier on a stable support (for
example a stack of pallets).

Introduire le mandrin Adans le trou
central de la plateforme.
Insert the mandrel / bolt Ainto the central
hole of the base.

Insérer le mandrin A dans le trou du mât.

Une fois les 6 vis en place, terminer le serrage.
The mounted screws should be tightened.
Sobald die 6 Schrauben eingesetzt sind schrauben sie sie
fest.
Una vez que los 6 tornillos estén en su lugar termine de
apretar.
Una volta montate le 6 viti, terminare il serraggio.

Positionner le centreur inférieur sur la plateforme et le fixer à
l’aide de 3 vis E(M3,5x20) en commençant par la vis centrale
et en orientant le centreur pour trouver l’emplacement des
deux autres vis. Répéter l’opération pour les 5 autres
centreurs inférieurs
Set the inferior truing stand on the platform and secure it
using screws E (M3,5x20) to keep it in place, first using the
center screw and by orienting the truing stand find the place
of both other screws. Repeat this process for the 5 inferior
truing stands.
Die untere Zentriervorrichtung auf der Plattform anbringen
und ihn mithilfe von E (M3.5x20) befestigen, wobei Sie mit
der Hauptschraube anfangen und die Zentriervorrichtung so
orientieren, dass sie die Stellen für beiden anderen
Schrauben finden. Diesen Vorgang für die weiteren 5
unteren Zentriervorrichtungen wiederholen.
Coloque el centrado inferior en la plataforma y asegure con 3
tornillos E(M3,5x20), empezando por el tornillo central, y
guiando el dispositivo centrado para encontrar la ubicación
de los otros dos tornillos. Repita el procedimiento para los
5 centralizadores inferiores.
Posizionare il perno guida inferiore sulla piattaforma e fissarlo
con l'ausilio di 3 viti E (M3,5x20), iniziando dalla vite centrale
e orientando il perno guida al fine di trovare la posizione delle
altre due viti. Ripetere l'operazione per gli altri 5 perni
guida inferiori.

Orienter la plateforme et introduire les vis auto-taraudeuses C
(M6x40) en les vissant dans les logements avec une clef
hexagonale de 10.
Tilt the base and the self-tapping screws C(M6x40) should be
fitted through the existing inserts using a 10 hexagonal key.
Die Plattform in der richtigen Position anbringen und die
gewindeschneidenden Schrauben C (M6x40) in den dafür
vorgesehenen Stellen durch Einschrauben mit einem 10er
Sechskant-Schlüssel befestigen.
Orientar la plataforma e introducir los tornillos autorroscantes
C (M6x40) atornillándolos en los agujeros con une llave
hexagonal del 10.
Orientare la piattaforma e introdurre le viti autofilettanti C
(M6x40) negli alloggiamenti, avvitandole con una chiave
esagonale di 10 mm.

Positionner la roue sous la plateforme sur les 4 goujons et la
fixer à l’aide de 4 écrous D (M6) en utilisant une clef hexagonale
de 10. Répéter l’opération pour les 5 autres roues en veillant
à disposer de manière opposée les deux roues à frein.
Position the wheel below the platform on the studs and secure it
with 4 nuts D (M6) using a 10 hexagonal key. Repeat the
procedure for the each of the other wheels ensuring that it
has oppositely the two brake-wheels.
Die Lenkrolle auf die 4 Dübeln der Plattform anbringen und die
vorhandenen 4 D (M6) Schraubenköpfe mithilfe eines 10er
Sechskant Schlüssels festschrauben. Den Vorgang für die
weiteren 5 Lenkrollen wiederholen.
Coloque la rueda bajo la plataforma en los 4 tacos y sujete con
4 tuercas D (M6) con una llave hexagonal del 10. Repita con
las otras 5 ruedas, asegurando colocar las dos ruedas de freno
en posición opuesta.
Posizionare la ruota al di sotto della piattaforma, sui 4 perni, e
fissarla con l'ausilio dei 4 bulloni D (M6) utilizzando una chiave
esagonale di 10 mm. Ripetere l'operazione per le altre 5
ruote, accertandosi di collocare le due ruote con freno nella
posizione opposta.

Vérifier que les 6 roues soient bien serrées !
Check whether the wheels are still well fixed!
Überprüfen Sie, ob die 6 Lenkrollen richtig befestigt sind!
¡Verifique que las 6 ruedas estén bien apretadas!

Positionner le centreur supérieur sur le mât et le fixer à l'aide d'une vis
auto taraudeuse B (M6x16) et d'un tasseau plastique. Serrer à l’aide
d’une clé hexagonale de 10 ou de la clef plastique Stock&Roll (G).
Place the superior truing stand on the mast in the middle of the strip
and secure it with a self-tapping screw B (M6x16 ) using a 10
hexagonal key or the plastic key Stock & Roll (G).
Den oberen Zentrierer am Rohr anbringen und mithilfe einer
selbstschneidenden Schraube B (M6x16) und einer Kunststoffleiste
befestigen. Mithilfe eines 10er-Schlüssels oder des Stock&Roll-
Kunststoffschlüssels festziehen (G).
Posicionar el centrado superior sobre el mástil y fijar lo con la ayuda
de un tornillo B (M6x16) y del soporte en plástico. Apretarlo con la
ayuda de la llave de plástico Stock&Roll (G) o una llave hexagonal
de 10.
Posizionare il perno guida superiore sull'albero e fissarlo con l'ausilio
di una vite autofilettante B (M6x16) e di un tassello di plastica. Serrare
con l'ausilio di una chiave esagonale di 10 mm o di una chiave di
plastica Stock&Roll (G).

Mont age de Splitter :
Si vous souhaitez installer l’accessoire Splitter, veuillez-vous référer au document
« Montage de Splitter » joint au dossier puis répéter l’étape 8, 9 et 10 avant la 11.
Splitter installation:
If you need to install the Splitter accessory, please refer to "Splitter Installation"
included in the file and repeat step 8, 9 and 10 before 11.

Wenn Sie den zusätzlichen Splitter installieren müssen, beziehen Sie bitte sich
„Splitter-Installation“, die in der Datei eingeschlossen ist und wiederholen Sie Schritt 8,

Serrer modérément la vis, de manière à pouvoir faire coulisser le
centreur supérieur sans effort le long du mât!
Slightly tighten the screw, so that the superior truing stand can be slide
in and out lengthwise of the mast without effort!
Ziehen Sie die Schrauben leicht an, so dass die obere
Zentriervorrichtung mühelos entlang des Mastes verschoben werden
kann!
¡Apretar moderadamente el tornillo de manera que se deslice la parte

Répéter l’opération de montage pour les 5 autres centreurs.
Repeat the assembly procedure for each of the 5 other truing
stands.

Zentriervorrichtungen wiederholen.

Ripetere l'operazione di montaggio per gli altri 5 perni guida.
Positionner le couvercle sur le mât, en l’orientant avec la
jupe centrale et les plots d’indexage.
Fit the cover in position on the mast, ensuring the central
skirt and the indexing plugs are seated properly!
Den Deckel auf dem Mast durch Orientieren der
Zentralschürze und der Indexkontakte aufsetzen.
Coloque la tapa sobre el mástil, orientándolo con el centro y
central y los contactos de indexado.
Posizionare la copertura sull'albero, orientandola con la
guida centrale e i morsetti di regolazione.
