BUTTON & LED LIGHTS
Button
Description
Reset
Push the power button for 3 seconds by using pin till Power LED blinks
to indicate set initialization. The device reboots when set initialization
is done.
Saved data is not being removed during set initialization.
Battery Status
Battery LED shows remaining battery when Battery Status Button is
pushed.
Power
Wi-Fi Mode
Push the Power Button for 3 seconds or until Power LED blinks.
(Power LED and Wi-Fi LED on)
External Hard Disk Mode
Connect hard disk to the desktop/laptop, turn power on by pushing the
power button then push power button for a few seconds. (Power LED
on, Wi-Fi LED off)
WPS (Wi-Fi Connection)
Use the device with Windows or an Android device when connecting
Storpia M7 Wi-Fi.
Push WPS button until the WPS LED blinks.

CHARGING
1. Charging Storpia M7
①From the package, connect USB 3.0 cable as shown in the picture above.
②Connect the other end of the cable to the power adapter or the USB port in your PC or Laptop.
③On the top left, Battery Charging LED light will turn BLUE and charging has begun.
④Storpia M7 charging is complete when Battery Charging Complete LED light turns GREEN.

2. Using as a Power Bank for mobile
①From the package, connect Micro 5pin USB cable as shown in the picture above.
②You can see that your smart phone is charging.
③Wireless connection to Storpia M7 is possible while being used as a Power Bank for mobile.
④Output provided is 500mA while Storpia M7 is in use, and up to 1.5A when Storpia M7’s power is off.
CAUTIONS
You should regularly backup of your data to avoid data loss. Gluesys is not responsible for lost data.
To minimize power loss due to body proximity, please keep at least 2cm away from your body.
If you return the device, please make sure all the accessories are included in the original device
packaging. In case of any misuse, shock, breakage or missing accessories a refund will not be provided.

Chapter 2. Using the Mobile Application
RUNNING MOBILE APPLICATION
Installing the Mobile Application is required to run Storpia on a mobile device. Install Storpia on form the
Google Play Store or from the Apple App Store.
Now, you will find Storpia app on your mobile device.
This guide is based on iOS and it might show little differences of UI or icons in case of Android.
1. Connect to Storpia M7 Wi-Fi
①General Settings
aHold the Power button until Power LED light
blinks. The power is on when the Power LED
light is Green and the Wi-Fi LED light is Blue.
bSearch for Storpia M7 Wi-Fi on your mobile
device. It shows up as StorpiaM7-XXXX (last 4
letters of MAC address). You will find the MAC
address at the back of the product.
cConnect to the Storpia M7 Wi-Fi. The initial
factory preset password is storpia1234. You
should change your password for security
protection.
②WPS connection (for Android mobile device only)

Turn the power on.
Activate the Wi-Fi option from your mobile device’s settings section.
Press the Menu button of your mobile device and select the WPS (WPS push button) option.
When the WPS setting window appears, press and hold the WPS button of Storpia M7 till WPS
LED starts blinking.
Storpia M7 Wi-Fi will be connected from mobile device automatically.
2. Execute and Access
After installing the application, the following Log-in page will be opened when you run ‘Storpia’. After the initial
login, your ID and password will be saved. If the Storpia M7 is not connected the mobile application will be run
without typing account information. You can use data when you modify the application setting information or
by accessing My Device/Download.
You should change your ID and password for security protection.
If your mobile device is not connected to the Storpia M7 Wi-Fi properly, you will not be able to see the Storpia

M7 file list. You can verify the connection by checking Storpia M7 Wi-Fi icon status.

When your mobile device is not connected to Storpia M7 Wi-Fi, and you want to navigate to the Storpia M7 tab,
it will show warning message. It will redirect you to the Wi-Fi setting page if you click the
Wi-Fi Setting
button.
3. Initial Setup Wizard
The device performs the initial Setup Wizard when connecting to Storpia M7 for the first time. You can proceed
with SSID, Administrator account and basic set-up. The device reboots when set-up is complete. Select
Cancel
(Android) or
Close
(iOS) on your mobile if you want to do this later.

* There is a difference between iOS version and Android version. In iOS version, there is no ‘My Device’ menu in
the slide menu due to iOS policy. However, in Android version, it supports ‘My Device’ feature.

4. File Browsing
①The slide menu appears when you slide the
mobile app from left to right. You can choose
the menu you want.
②You can access storage devices which are
attached to Storpia M7 by selecting Storpia. You
can choose the desired device from the list.
③You can open photos, music or video files. You
can download, delete, change the name or
move files by selecting the menu icon on the
right side of the list.
④You can check the status uploading or
downloading files in the
Upload/Download
section. Downloaded files and folders are
stored in
Download Box
.

①Select document you want to read. Please refer to

1) Play
Storpia M7 provides a dedicated music player for playing music. Please refer to
Product Information

①The Photo Viewer will appear when you select an
image file. Please refer to the
Product Information

Supported Formats
section to check list of
supported formats.
②You can start a photo slideshow by clicking
Play
icon located at the top of the Photo Viewer.
③You can set slideshow interval by clicking
Setting
icon located at the left side of the
Play
icon.
④You can set View mode from the <App Settings>-
<Basic Settings> menu.

2) Playlist Management
①Select the music file which you want to play and it
will start playing. Or Click the
Menu
icon from file
list then select the
Playlist
icon to add the music file
to the playlist.
②If you want to add multiple files to the playlist at a
time, click the
Checkbox
icon located at the top.
After selecting desired files, select the
Playlist
option to add selected files to the playlist.
③You can move to Music Player section by selecting
the Music Player option from slide menu.

①You can check the music playlist by clicking
Playlist
icon located at top-right side of Music Player.
②Files deleted from their original location can’t be
played.
③If you want to change the order of the playlist, click
the icon. Move the icon up/down, which
is located at the right side of the file name, to
change the order of the playlist.
④If you want to delete files from the playlist, there
are two ways of it. First way, click
Checkbox
icon
and click the
Delete
button, which is on the bottom,
to delete the music. For another way, click the
icon and click - icon, which is on the left side, and
Delete
button will pop up on the right side. Then
click
Delete
button.
* (Android) Music files stored on your Storpia M7 device
will have the icon, Music files stored in mobile
device will have the icon.
* If you want to delete files from the playlist, click the
icon. (Files will not be deleted from its source
location.)

4. Video
①Select video file you want to play. Please refer to the
Product Information
->
Supported Formats
section to check the list of supported formats.
②[Android] You will be able to play video files using an external application installed on your mobile
device. If more than one application is installed it will allow you to select desired application.
③[iOS] By default, mp4 files can be played, but you can install an external application to play these
video files more easily.
④If it is a large file, it may take some time to load. After loading it will start playing.
5. Using Video Player app
Storpia M7 doesn’t provide a specific Video Player. Play video with video players that are installed on your mobile
device. For subtitles, a free application, Dice Player, on the Samba Server is provided for Android devices. But a pay
application, AVPlayer or Nplayer on the WebDAV Server is provided for iOS devices.
Follow the steps in the screen shots below to set up the AVPlayer(Webdav). Refer to this guide for other
application set instructions.
①Install and run AVPlayer.
②Select
Wi-Fi Transfer
.
③Select
WebDAV
.
④Type <10.10.10.254/webdav> in the Address field.
When the Storpia M7 is connected to Wired network
with a LAN cable, type the allocated IP address. Refer
to <Chapter 3. Use with a PC/Laptop> - <Connect to
Wired Network> section.
⑤Type User ID(admin) and Password(admin). Press OK.

⑥Now, Storpia M7 is added to
WebDAV server
.
⑦Click Storpia M7 that is added to WebDAV server list. It
should be connected to the Storpia M7 Wi-Fi.
⑧You can check the Storpia M7 directory.
⑨The Video file that you select will play normally as well
as subtitles.

FILE TRANSFER
1. Upload Photos and Videos
You can upload photos and videos from your mobile device to your Storpia M7 device. Select
Storpia
from slide
menu.
①Navigate to the target folder where you want to
upload files. When you get to target folder, press
the
Action
icon located at the top. And then, click
Upload
.
②You can either select from the album or you may
take a photo/video.
③[Select from a list] Select photos and videos you
want to upload. Check the number of selected files
and click
Done
button to upload to your Storpia M7
device.
④[Capture] Take a photo or video using camera and
upload it to your Storpia M7 device.

2. Other File/Folder upload (Android only)
3. Auto Upload (iOS)
Disk provides an <Auto Upload> feature to upload photos and videos from your mobile device to your Storpia M7
device automatically. To do this, you have to activate the <Auto Upload> function on your Storpia M7.
①Select
My Device
or
Download Folder
form the slide
menu. (Due to policy of iOS, upload from My Device
is not possible from iPhone/iPad.)
②Navigate to the folder where you can get
files/folders that will be uploaded and click the
Select
icon.
③Select the files/folders you want to upload. Click
the
Upload
icon located on the top.
④Select destination folder where you want to
upload.

4. Auto Upload (Android)
①Select the
App Settings
on the slide menu then
select
Auto Upload
.
②Set up Auto Upload path. It is recommended to
choose a hard disk folder on Storpia M7 rather
than to choose one from an SD card or a USB
memory.
③Activate Auto Upload when all settings are
complete. Auto Upload will start in according to
your settings.
①Select the
App Settings
on the slide menu then
select
Auto Upload
.
②Set up Auto Upload path. It is recommended to
choose a hard disk folder on Storpia M7 rather
than to choose one from an SD card or a USB
memory.

5. File/Folder Download
③Choose the file to upload automatically. You can
choose either photos or videos, or the both. (But
this doesn’t apply to iOS devices.)
④Decide the time for Auto Upload. You can either
upload all stored files or upload selected files at the
time you set.
⑤Activate Auto Upload when all settings are
complete. Auto Upload will start in according to
your settings.
①You can download files from your Storpia M7
device to your mobile device. Select
Storpia
from
slide menu.
