with its properventilation. Items suchas bookcases orcabinets may impedethe
flow of air throughthe ventilation openings.
6.The unit should besituated away from heatsources such as radiators,heat registers,
stoves, or otherapparatus that productheat. Do notplace the unitnear open flame,
such as fireplaces orcandles.
7.The unit shouldbe connected toa power supplyas described inthe User's manual
or as marked onthe unit.
8.Power cords shouldbe routed sothat they arenot likely tobe stepped onor pinched
by items placed uponor against them.

or exhibits amarked change inperformance;
or
e.The unithas been dropped.
The user should notattempt to service theunit beyond
those means described inthe User's manual.
Toensure the optimumperformance, please readthe manual carefully.
Keep it ina safe placefor future reference.
Install your unitin a cool,dry, cleanplace away from windows, heat
sources, as wellas too muchvibration, dust, moistureor cold.
Toprevent fire or electric shock, do not expose to rain or water.
Do not operatethe unit upsidedown, it mayoverheat possibly causing
damage.
Never open the cabinet.If a foreign objectdrops into the set,contact
your dealer.
Do not use forceon switches, knobs, orcords. When moving theset,
first turn offthe unit, then gently disconnect the power plug and the
cords connecting to otherequipment. Never pull thecord itself.
Toprevent damage, pullout the cablecord and removethe antenna
cord during lightning storms.
Disconnect theAC power plugfrom the walloutlet when theunit will
not be usedfor an extendedperiod of time.
Be sure toread the troubleshooting section on commonoperating
errors before concluding thatyour unit is faulty.

Press the POWER button to the "ON" or "OFF" position.
Volume display.
Select input sound source ( LINE1 , LINE2 or LINE3 ).
" + " button to increase the volume.
" - " button to decrease the volume.
Connect audio cable to DVD ,CD / Walkman / MP3 player,TV or
other audio device.
Before inserting the plug into the AC outlet, make sure to set the
voltage selector (115V or 230V) to the voltage that is appropriate
for your area.
Connect AC power cord to the unit AC input jack.
Connect speaker cable to speaker (Right).

Troubleshooting
No sound from
speaker system.
No power to system. Ensure power supplyis connected tolive power sourceand properly connected
to speaker.
No volume orlow volume. Turn the volume"+" knob on the volume control to increase the system volume level.
Input source islow. Increase the volumelevel on theaudio source device.
No power.Power
blue LED isnot on. Wall adapter isnot plugged intothe unit correctly. Check connection ofwall adapter.
Wall adapter isnot receiving AC power. Place wall adapter ina known powered outlet.Testoutlet with a lamp
or other device.
Remote control powerbutton is notdepressed. Press power buttonlocated at theremote control BlueLED will illuminate.
Crackling sound
from speakers.
Bad connection. Check connection ofthe stereo cable.
Make sure it isconnected to " line-out""audio-out"
or the headphonejack on youraudio source-and
NOT "speaker-out".
A problemwith your audio source. Unplug the stereocable form theaudio source. Thenplug it into the
headphone jack or analternate source.(e.g., CD player, Mp3 player)
Sound is distorted. Volume levelon speaker systemis set toohigh. Please to decreasethe volume.
Sound source isdistorted. WAVand MID filesare often ofpoor quality ;thereforedistortion and noiseare easily
noticed with high-poweredspeakers. Trya different audiosource such as a music CD.
Input select is notcorrect. Ensure input select isin LINE1 , LINE2or LINE3 input connect.
Power cord isnot plugged inor is notcompletely inserted. Firmly plug inthe power thepower cord.
Line input select isnot correct. Ensure Line inputselect is inLINE1 , LINE2or LINE3.
Symptom Possible problem Solution
Radio interference. Tooclose to aradio tower. Move your speakers to see if interference goes away.
