ASSEMBLY
STEP 1
Assemble Lower Upright Frame (2) and Base Frame (6) using Flat Washer Φ11*Φ20*2 (11), Nut
M10 (15) and Carriage Bolt M10*65 (20).
STEP 2
Install Kettlebell Plate (5&8) with Step 1 using Flat Washer Φ11*Φ20*2 (11), Nut M10 (15) and
Hex Bolt M10*70 19) as show.

STEP 3
Install Upper Upright Frame (1) to Lower Upright Frame (2) using Flat Washer Φ11*Φ20*2 (11),
Spring Washer Φ10 (12), Hex Bolt M10*20 (18) as show.
STEP 4
Install Medicine Ball Frame (4) and Name Plate (7) to Step 3 using Flat Washer Φ11*Φ20*2 (11),
Nut M10 (15) and Hex Bolt M10*70 19) ;And Flat Washer Φ9*Φ16*1.6(13), Spring Washer Φ8
(14) and Hex Bolt M8*15 (17) as show.

STEP 5
Install Fitness Ball Frame (9) to Upright Frame (1&2) using Flat Washer Φ11*Φ20*2 (11), Nut
M10 (15) and Hex Bolt M10*70 19); Install Mat Hanger (3) to Upper Upright Frame (1) using Flat
Washer Φ11*Φ20*2 (11), Nut M10 (15) and Hex Bolt M10*70 19) as show.
