longer cooking period.
Cooking with the Tentworld Outback 12V Oven
1. Preheat the oven to the desired temperature. Max temperature is 180°C
and will take approximately 80+ minutes to reach temperature.
2. Place food in the oven on the shelves. Ensure you don’t overload the
oven.
3. Set the oven timer to the desired cooking time.
4. Check food occasionally and rotate/turn when necessary.
5. When food is cooked, remove contents from oven and turn off.
NOTE: The Tentworld Outback 12v Oven is designed to be used whilst on the road travelling. It per-
forms best when receiving 13.8v or higher. If you’re nding your oven is slow to reach temperature,
or is underperforming. Check voltage that your oven is receiving. Some vehicles that feature smart
alternators, may need to purchase step up converter to achieve optimal performance.
Oven Timer
1. Rotate the timer clockwise to set the desired cooking time. Range
between 1-120 minutes.
2. Timer will make an audible alarm when the set time has been reached.
3. To turn off the timer earlier, rotate anticlockwise until the timer makes a
noise.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Oven will turn off when timer has nished.
Oven Light
• The oven light will turn off once the desired temperature has been
reached.
• Any adjustments to the temperature whilst in use will turn the light back
on, until the desired temperature has been reached.
Opening and Closing the Oven
• The Tentworld Outback 12V Oven is tted with a door latch allowing you to
securely close the oven to prevent any loss of heat.
• The latch may become hot during use. Please ensure appropriate safety
precautions are taken.
Oven Use
• It is important that the oven is not overloaded as this will extend cooking
times.
• Food may be placed on the shelves provided directly, using aluminum foil
or baking trays/dishes.
• We don’t advise placing food directly on the bottom of the oven unless
you are able to check this consistently to prevent any burning.
NOTE: This oven consumes signicant power, and will rapidly discharge your vehicles starter battery.
It is recommended to only run this oven when your vehicles engine is running.
